&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1. En el Anexo 3 Comisión técnica de valoración de la Resolución del Consejero de Hacienda, Innovación y Función Pública de 5 de septiembre de 2025 por la cual se aprueban la convocatoria, las bases, el baremo de méritos y la designación de las comisiones técnicas de valoración del procedimiento para proveer puestos de trabajo de personal funcionario de carrera del Consell Insular de Mallorca (BOIB nº. 121 de 11 de septiembre de 2025), se ha designado la composición de todos los miembros de la Comisión técnica de valoración de este procedimiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2.&amp;nbsp;Por motivos organizativos internos en la composición de la Comisión técnica de valoración de este procedimiento, se ha decidido modificar las designaciones establecidas en el anexo 3 de la Resolución de 5 de septiembre de 2025, con el fin de poder continuar con la tramitación del procedimiento. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Fundamentos de derecho&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1.&amp;nbsp;El artículo 109.2 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas, establece que las administraciones públicas pueden rectificar en cualquier momento, de oficio o a instancia de las personas interesadas, los errores materiales, de hecho, o aritméticos existentes en sus actos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2.&amp;nbsp;La Resolución del Consejero de Hacienda, Innovación y Función Pública de 5 de septiembre de 2025 por la cual se aprueban la convocatoria, las bases, el baremo de méritos y la designación de las comisiones técnicas de valoración del procedimiento para proveer puestos de trabajo de personal funcionario de carrera del Consell Insular de Mallorca (BOIB nº. 121 de 11 de septiembre de 2025).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;3.&amp;nbsp;El Acuerdo del Consejo Ejecutivo de fecha 28 de septiembre de 2022, delega determinadas atribuciones del Consejo Ejecutivo en el Consejero Ejecutivo de Hacienda y Función Pública (ahora Consejero Ejecutivo o Consejera Ejecutiva de Hacienda, Innovación y Función Pública, de acuerdo con el BOIB nº. 92, de 15 de julio de 2025) en materia de personal (BOIB nº. 128, de 1 de octubre de 2022), visto lo que dispone el artículo 9 de la Ley 40/2015, de 2 de octubre, de Régimen Jurídico del Sector Público, en relación con el artículo 28 de la Ley 4/2022, de 28 de junio de consejos insulares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Por todo lo que se ha expuesto, dicto la siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
