<p style="text-align:left"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:10px"><span style="line-height:120%"><span style="color:#000000">1.El artículo 82 de la Ley 3/2007, de 27 de marzo, de la función pública de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears en el cual se regula la ocupación de puestos de trabajo en comisión de servicios.</span></span></span></p>
<p style="text-align:left"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:10px"><span style="line-height:120%"><span style="color:#000000">2. La Instrucción 1/2021, del Presidente del IMAS, de 29 de enero, que establece los criterios generales para la ocupación temporal de puestos de trabajo del IMAS mediante comisiones de servicio.</span></span></span></p>

<p style="text-align:left"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">A esta convocatoria se puede presentar el personal funcionario de carrera del IMAS, del Consejo de Mallorca, de otras administraciones locales y administraciones autonómicas, en situación administrativa de servicio activo que reúna los requisitos exigidos referentes a grupo/subgrupo, escala, subescala, clase, especialidad, conocimientos de lengua catalana y otros requisitos del puesto de trabajo, especificados en la convocatoria.</span></span></span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000"><strong>2. PRESENTACIÓN DE SOLICITUDES</strong></span></span></span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">a) El plazo para presentar solicitudes empieza el día siguiente a la publicación de la convocatoria en el Boletín Oficial de les Illes Balears (BOIB) y finaliza en el plazo de siete días hábiles a contar a partir del día siguiente de haberse publicado la convocatoria en el BOIB.</span></span></span></p>
<p style="text-align:left"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">b) La solicitud se ajustará al modelo que se recoge en el anexo de esta convocatoria.</span></span></span></p>
<p style="text-align:left"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">c) La solicitud se tiene que presentar telemáticamente de conformidad con la Disposición adicional primera de la Ordenanza por la cual se regula de administración electrónica del Consejo Insular de Mallorca y los organismos que de el dependen (BOIB n.º 69, de 16 de mayo de 2013; BOIB n.º 122, de 17 de septiembre de 2022; BOIB n.º 76, de 17 de junio de 2025), las personas aspirantes quedan obligadas a relacionarse con el IMAS telemáticamente en todas las fases del procedimiento, desde la presentación de solicitudes de participación hasta la elección de destino, incluidas las reclamaciones y los recursos administrativos que se puedan interponer, salvo los supuestos expresamente previstos. El deber de relacionarse con el IMAS por medios telemáticos incluye la obligación de recibir notificaciones electrónicas en el caso de aquellos actos o incidencias que requieran una comunicación personal.</span></span></span></p>
<p style="text-align:left"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">d) La solicitud para participar en el procedimiento de la comisión de servicios se puede tramitar accediendo a la Sede electrónica del Consejo de Mallorca, Ciudadanía, tipos de actuaciones, Recursos Humanos, Comisión de Servicios CS 1/2026, Solicitud de participación en la comisión de servicios, trámite electrónico, o directamente en el siguiente enlace</span><span style="color:#000000"> </span><span style="color:null">https://imas.secimallorca.net/carpetaciudadana/tramite.aspx?idtramite=13419</span></span></span></p>
<p style="text-align:left"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">e) Con la solicitud se debe adjuntar el Curriculum-vitae y los documentos acreditativos de la titulación o titulaciones, y de los otros requisitos exigidos en la convocatoria.</span></span></span></p>
<p style="text-align:left"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">La Administración de oficio podrá requerir en cualquier momento a las personas aspirantes que aporten la documentación original para acreditar el cumplimiento de los requisitos.</span></span></span></p>
<p style="text-align:left"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">f) No se tomarán en consideración las solicitudes de las personas aspirantes que no reúnan los requisitos exigidos para acceder al puesto de trabajo solicitado.</span></span></span></p>
<p style="text-align:left"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">g) La fecha de referencia para el cumplimiento de los requisitos exigidos alegados por las personas aspirantes será el día que finalice el plazo de presentación de solicitudes.</span></span></span></p>
<p style="text-align:left"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000"><strong>3. FORMA DE ACREDITAR</strong></span></span></span></p>
<p style="text-align:left"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000"><strong>Acreditación de requisitos</strong>: A la solicitud se deben adjuntar electrónicamente los documentos acreditativos de la titulación o titulaciones y de los otros requisitos que se exigen en la convocatoria.</span></span></span></p>
<p style="text-align:left"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">Para el personal del IMAS se expedirá de oficio <strong>un</strong> <strong>certificado del expediente personal</strong> que acredita los servicios prestados en el IMAS y los méritos alegados que consten en su expediente.</span></span></span></p>
<p style="text-align:left"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000"><strong>4.DURACIÓN</strong></span></span></span></p>
<p style="text-align:left"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">La duración inicial de esta comisión es de doce meses, prorrogable a instancia del órgano correspondiente.</span></span></span></p>
<p style="text-align:left"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">Las sucesivas publicaciones se harán en la Sede Electrónica del Consejo de Mallorca, en el «Tablón de anuncios del IMAS» de la Sede electrónica ( https://imas.sedipualba.es/tablondeanuncios/ ? ar=586), y a efectos informativos en el Portal de personal del IMAS.</span></span></span></p>
