    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Aprobada por Junta de Gobierno del Consell Insular de Formentera, en sesión de carácter Ordinario de día 30 de diciembre de 2025, de la cual se transcribe el siguiente acuerdo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;(...)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PROPUESTA DE ACUERDO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:12.0pt"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero.&lt;/strong&gt; Conceder una subvención a la Asociación de Apicultores de Formentera por importe de 2.500€.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:12.0pt"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo. &lt;/strong&gt;La gestión de la subvención se llevará a cabo según las siguientes condiciones:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;- NORMATIVA APLICABLE. Ley 38/2003 y bases de ejecución del Presupuesto.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;- FINALIDAD DE LA SUBVENCIÓN. Funcionamiento de la Asociación de Apicultores de Formentera.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;- PLAZO DE REALIZACIÓN DE LA ACTIVIDAD SUBVENCIONADA. Desde 1 de enero de 2025 hasta 30 de noviembre de 2025.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;- PLAZO DE JUSTIFICACIÓN DE LA SUBVENCIÓN. 30 noviembre de 2025.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;- FORMA DE JUSTIFICACIÓN DE LA SUBVENCIÓN. Mediante presentación de la cuenta justificativa simplificada según modelo.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;- IMPORTE DE GASTOS A JUSTIFICAR. La cuantía a justificar tendrá que ser como mínimo el importe de la cantidad concedida.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;- MOTIVOS DE LA PÉRDIDA DE LA SUBVENCIÓN. La falta de justificación de la actividad o el objeto de la subvención supondrá la pérdida de la subvención.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;- OBLIGACIÓN DE COMUNICAR la concesión de otras ayudas o subvenciones públicas.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;- PAGO una vez informada favorablemente la cuenta justificativa por los servicios técnicos del Área de Sector Primario.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;- RÉGIMEN DE GARANTÍAS. No procede.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:12.0pt"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercero.&lt;/strong&gt; Autorizar y disponer el gasto con cargo a la partida presupuestaria &lt;strong&gt;2025/1/410/48000/01&lt;/strong&gt; a favor del beneficiario &lt;em&gt;Asociación de Apicultores de Formentera&lt;/em&gt; con CIF G-57704678 por el importe concedido.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cuarto&lt;/strong&gt;. Aceptar la justificación presentada por el beneficiario y, en consecuencia, reconocer la obligación, ordenar el pago y pagar el importe de la subvención íntegramente.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Quinto&lt;/strong&gt;. Notificar este acuerdo a la Asociación de Apicultores de Formentera para su conocimiento y efectos adecuados.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Sexto&lt;/strong&gt;. Dar traslado a la Base de datos Nacional de Subvenciones.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Séptimo&lt;/strong&gt;. Publicar el convenio en el BOIB, en el tablón de anuncios y en la página web del Consell.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La Junta de Gobierno, en ejercicio de sus competencias [artículos 130.2, 132 (en relación al artículo 28) y 134 de la Ley 4/2022, 28 de junio, de consejos insulares], en base a aquello propuesto (que conforme a los artículos 35 y 88.3 y 6 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas supone la motivación de este acto), adopta, por unanimidad, el siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:12.0pt"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ÚNICO.&lt;/strong&gt; Aprobar la propuesta transcrita que se da aquí por reproducida.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
