&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Extracto del Acuerdo del Consejo Ejecutivo del Consell Insular de Mallorca Resolución del Consejero Ejecutivo que ha tenido lugar el día 30 de diciembre de 2025, relativo a la aprobación de la convocatoria de subvenciones para llevar a cabo proyectos de voluntariado para el año 2026.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;De conformidad con lo previsto en los artículos 17.3.b y 20.8.a de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, General de Subvenciones, se publica el extracto de la convocatoria, el texto del cual se puede consultar a la Base de datos Nacional de Subvenciones: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;https://www.infosubvenciones.es/bdnstrans/GE/es/convocatoria/881791&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1. Objeto de la convocatoria&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Las ayudas económicas de esta convocatoria tienen como objetivo apoyar a proyectos de voluntariado que se desarrollen en Mallorca y que generen un impacto positivo y directo en la ciudadanía.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Entendemos como proyectos de voluntariado aquellos que lleven a cabo entidades que cumplan los requisitos establecidos a la Ley 11/2019, de 8 de marzo, de voluntariado de las Illes Balears, siempre que tengan domicilio en Mallorca. Hay que precisar que la formación básica de voluntariado, institucional y de información necesaria para empezar a realizar voluntariado a la entidad, no se incluye dentro del ámbito de esta subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Finalmente, también se quiere apoyar a las entidades locales para acciones destinadas a impulsar y colaborar en las actividades de las entidades de voluntariado que actúen en su ámbito territorial, así como articular mecanismos de participación de estas, como pueden ser los planes municipales de voluntariado, según el artículo 24 de la Ley 11/2019, de 8 de marzo, de voluntariado de las Illes Balears. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Entidades beneficiarias&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2.1. Tienen la condición de beneficiarias de las subvenciones: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Línea 1. Las entidades de voluntariado que cumplan los requisitos establecidos en la Ley 11/2019, de 8 de marzo, de voluntariado de las Illes Balears, con domicilio en Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Línea 2. Ayuntamientos y entidades locales menores de la isla de Mallorca hasta 35.000 habitantes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2.2 No pueden obtener la condición de beneficiarias las entidades en las cuales se acontezca alguna de las circunstancias siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;a) Las asociaciones y entidades de tercera edad y las federaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;b) Las entidades asociativas con finalidad lucrativa, comercial, mercantil o similar, los colegios profesionales y las asociaciones profesionales y las cooperativas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;c) Las entidades que concurren en alguna de las prohibiciones establecidas en el artículo 8 de la Ordenanza general de subvenciones del Consell de Mallorca y las previstas al art. 10 del Decreto Legislativo 2/2005 de 28 de diciembre, por el que se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley de subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3. Actuaciones y gastos subvencionables&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Actuaciones subvencionables&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;A. Programas de voluntariado (Línea 1)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Los programas de las entidades de voluntariado son aquellos llevados a cabo por entidades que cumplan los requisitos establecidos a la Ley 11/2019, de 8 de marzo, de voluntariado de las Illes Balears, siempre y cuando tengan domicilio en Mallorca. Hay que decir también que no se incluyen dentro de esta convocatoria los planes de voluntariado de las entidades, de acuerdo con las definiciones del artículo 4 de la Ley 11/2019.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Tiene que ser un programa de actuaciones que impulse o desarrolle actividades de interés general que contribuyan a la mejora de la calidad de vida de las personas y la sociedad en general, y a proteger y conservar el entorno, para construir una sociedad más justa y solidaria. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Además tiene que fundamentar los principios y valores de la acción voluntaria, descritos en el artículo 5 de la ley 11/2019 de voluntariado de las Illes Balears: la libertad, la participación directa y activa como generadora de opciones de transformación social, el compromiso, el altruismo, la eficacia, la gratuidad, la responsabilidad, la cooperación, el sentido crítico, el aprendizaje, la igualdad de oportunidades y la accesibilidad de las personas con discapacidad, de las personas grandes y de las que están en situación de dependencia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;B. Acciones de impulso y colaboración en materia de voluntariado de los ayuntamientos y entidades locales de la isla de Mallorca hasta 35.000 habitantes (Línea 2)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;B.1) Fortalecer la relación y la&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;de los recursos municipales destinados a apoyar a las entidades de voluntariado del municipio:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;-Impulsar estructuras de coordinación y representación del voluntariado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;-Articulación de mecanismos de participación ciudadana, dirigido al voluntariado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;-Acontecimientos anuales para la promoción del voluntariado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;-Promover un servicio de información a la ciudadanía sobre voluntariado, asociacionismo, solidaridad, tercer sector...&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;-Asesorar sobre la gestión de programas de voluntariado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;-Promover un servicio de mediación entre la persona interesada en acciones voluntarias y las entidades de voluntariado del municipio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;-Creación de espacios de entidades, cesión de espacios a entidades de voluntariado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;B.2) Gestión de los recursos municipales destinados a apoyar a las entidades de voluntariado municipales:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Valoración de una línea de subvenciones locales a programas de voluntariado &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;B.3) Promover y difundir la labor de las entidades y la figura de la persona voluntaria: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;-Dinamizar el voluntariado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;-Promover y apoyar al voluntariado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;-Celebración del «Día Internacional del Voluntariado».&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;-Campaña de fomento del voluntariado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;-Promoción y difusión de entidades de acción voluntaria y sus actividades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;-Publicación de una guía de recursos y programas de acción voluntaria local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;-Elaborar campañas de sensibilización, concienciación y difusión del voluntariado (sencillas y próximas).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;-Creación de espacios para la promoción y reflexión en materia de voluntariado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;B.4) Plan local de voluntariado &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El Plan Local de Voluntariado es un instrumento de planificación que se desarrolla a nivel municipal para impulsar, ordenar y promover el voluntariado dentro de un territorio concreto y que tiene como objetivos principales:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;-Diagnosticar la realidad del voluntariado en el municipio (cuántos voluntarios hay, en qué ámbitos trabajan, qué carencias hay, etc.).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;-Establecer objetivos y líneas de actuación para fomentar la participación ciudadana y la acción voluntaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;-Apoyar y reconocer la tarea de los voluntarios y de las entidades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;-Facilitar que los ciudadanos puedan encontrar oportunidades para hacer voluntariado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Diseño de los programas:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;a) Diagnóstico de la realidad que motive su ejecución. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;b) Justificación y descripción clara hecha a partir de la diagnosis:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ol class="nobullet" start="1" style="margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;-&amp;nbsp;Se aceptarán programas de continuidad. Estos proyectos tendrán que justificar la necesidad de continuidad, prever mecanismos que aseguren la consecución de sus objetivos y permitan evaluar el progreso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;c) Objetivos generales y específicos, realistas, alcanzables y evaluables.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;d) Actuaciones previstas para conseguir los objetivos. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;e) Funciones de las personas voluntarias muy definidas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;f) Formación necesaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;g) Sistema de coordinación y la participación de las personas voluntarias.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;h) Destinatarios al cual va dirigido el proyecto, destinatarios directos e indirectos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;y) Recursos económicos, humanos y materiales necesarios para llevar a cabo el proyecto. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;j) Cronograma de las actuaciones con planificación de fechas, lugar de realización y otros datos de interés.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;k) Indicadores de evaluación inicial, del proceso y final claros y coherentes con los objetivos del proyecto. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;3.2. No son actuaciones subvencionables:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;a) Las aplicaciones móviles, webs u otras herramientas tecnológicas de carácter informativo que no permiten la interacción, y las encuestas ciudadanas cuando no incluyan fases de debate y deliberación, no tienen la consideración de proyectos de participación ciudadana.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;b) La captación de voluntariado (como único objetivo del programa) y la formación básica de voluntariado, institucional y de información necesaria para empezar a realizar voluntariado a la entidad. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;c) La redacción y elaboración de planes de voluntariado de las entidades de voluntariado (Línea 1).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;d) No serán en ningún caso subvencionables los programas o proyectos que ya hayan sido finalizados, debidamente justificados y que hayan recibido financiación en convocatorias anteriores promovidas por la Dirección Insular de Juventud y Participación. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;Serán, pero, subvencionables los proyectos de continuidad, entendidos como aquellos que dan seguimiento o ampliación a actuaciones previamente subvencionadas, con el objetivo de consolidar los resultados. Estos proyectos tendrán que justificar su continuidad, y prever mecanismos que aseguren la consecución de sus objetivos y permitan evaluar el progreso&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;3.3. Son gastos subvencionables&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;a) Coste del salario del personal fijo o eventual que participa directamente en el proyecto presentado. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Los gastos de personal, son elegibles las que inequívocamente responden directamente con el proyecto presentado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Para la línea 2, a los afectos de solicitar gastos de la mancomunidad, serán subvencionables las actuaciones y gastos mancomunados de personal técnico responsable en voluntariado itinerante, siempre que sean dentro de la misma línea de actuación establecida en esta convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Para solicitar estos gastos de la mancomunidad, los ayuntamientos tienen que aportar con la solicitud, documento acreditativo de municipio mancomunado y el acuerdo donde conste el coste de los gastos compartidos, desglosado y diferenciado por municipios junto con los gastos solicitados. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Para que una actividad realizada por la mancomunidad pueda ser subvencionada, solo se puede solicitar el importe total de gasto que le supone en cada municipio y no puede haber sido subvencionada en ninguna otra convocatoria de subvención del Consell de Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Las pagas extraordinarias no pueden imputarse en el mes en que se perciben, sino que el importe anual se tiene que prorratear mensualmente y se tiene que imputar la cantidad proporcional correspondiente al periodo subvencionable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Son gastos de personal no subvencionables:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ol class="nobullet" start="1" style="margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- No se aceptan los gastos derivados de las bajas laborales, puesto que no se consideran trabajo efectivo; sin embargo, las entidades pueden sustituir la persona en situación de baja laboral e imputar los gastos de la persona sustituta. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- No se aceptan los gastos derivados de la finalización de la relación jurídico-laboral entre el trabajador y el empresario. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Los gastos presentados para justificar la subvención tienen que estar realizados y abonados en el momento de presentación de la justificación. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Sin embargo, siempre que el órgano gestor disponga de la documentación correspondiente en el momento de tramitar la justificación de la subvención, también se admitirán los documentos acreditativos del pago de retenciones de IRPF y de Seguridad Social, correspondiente a gastos de trabajadores o de servicios cuando por la normativa aplicable estos gastos se tengan que abonar en un momento posterior al de la justificación previsto en esta convocatoria y siempre que este pago se haya realizado en el plazo legalmente establecido. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Cuando se imputen costes de esta naturaleza que no sea personal estructural de la entidad, la factura correspondiente tiene que indicar el tipo específico de tareas que se remuneran y el precio que corresponde a cada una y que inequívocamente responden directamente con el proyecto presentado. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Esto implica necesariamente que la factura o nómina se haya abonado en plazo y presentado con la justificación de acuerdo con el señalado en los párrafos anteriores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;b)&amp;nbsp;Alquiler de las instalaciones que estén relacionadas directa e inequívocamente con las actividades que derivan del proyecto asociativo. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;c)&amp;nbsp;Gastos de material fungible.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;d)&amp;nbsp;Gastos de uniformes necesarios para desarrollar el proyecto siempre que estén directamente relacionados. Se tiene que explicar y justificar la necesidad de este gasto en los criterios de imputación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;e)&amp;nbsp;Gastos de transporte y manutención de las personas participantes que, inequívocamente, respondan al proyecto presentado. Son los gastos generados por el desplazamiento de las personas directamente relacionadas con la actividad. Se tiene que explicar y justificar la necesidad de este gasto en los criterios de imputación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;f)&amp;nbsp;Gastos derivados de merchandising que inequívocamente responden directamente con el programa presentado. Y gastos de publicidad del programa presentado y de las actividades que se puedan derivar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Si el proyecto se desarrolla en posterioridad a la adjudicación, se tiene que incluir el logotipo del Consell Insular de Mallorca. Si se quiere incluir logotipo de la entidad en el material, este tendrá que ir al mismo lugar de prevalencia del logotipo institucional del Consell Insular de Mallorca y ser de la misma medida.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;g) Mantenimiento de plataformas, páginas webs, redes sociales o impulso a través de internet necesarias para desarrollar el proyecto siempre que estén directamente relacionados. Se tiene que explicar y justificar la necesidad de este gasto en los criterios de imputación y cumplir con las condiciones de publicación de logotipo institucional del Consell de Mallorca. Excepto lo que se recoge en el apartado 7.2.a) de la presente convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;h)&amp;nbsp;Gastos de formación tanto para los voluntarios como para los responsables y personal de las entidades, con el objetivo de ampliar sus conocimientos sobre los desafíos a abordar. Esta formación incluye temas específicos como la inteligencia emocional, la gestión de las emociones, la comprensión de las neurodivergències y la detección de los problemas de salud mental. Excepto el que se recoge en el apartado 7.2.b) de la presente convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Se tendrá que adjuntar a los documentos de justificación una declaración de la entidad de la necesidad del gasto en relación con el proyecto. Las formaciones tendrán que ser acreditadas con titulación homologada por la CE y realizadas dentro del periodo subvencionable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;i) Gastos de reconocimiento a la acción voluntaria que incluyen aquellas relacionadas con el otorgamiento de distinciones y reconocimientos para las personas voluntarias, con el objetivo de valorar y agradecer su implicación y esfuerzo en el proyecto, tal como diplomas, trofeos o similares. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;j. Contratación de recursos y servicios y personales/profesionales relacionados directa e inequívocamente con las actividades que derivan del proyecto presentado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Gastos de personales/profesionales (facturas).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Cuando se imputen costes de esta naturaleza la factura correspondiente tiene que indicar el tipo específico de tareas que se remuneran y el precio que corresponde a cada una. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Los gastos presentados para justificar la subvención tienen que estar realizadas y abonadas en el momento de presentación de la justificación. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;Sin embargo, siempre que el órgano gestor disponga de la documentación correspondiente en el momento de tramitar la justificación de la subvención, también se admitirán los documentos acreditativos del pago de retenciones de IRPF, correspondiendo a gastos de recursos de personal/profesional o de servicios cuando por la normativa aplicable estos gastos se tengan que abonar en un momento posterior al de la justificación previsto en esta convocatoria y siempre que este pago se haya realizado en el plazo legalmente establecido.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;3.4. No son gastos subvencionables:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;-Adquisición de bienes inventariables&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;-Gastos de amortización de los bienes inventariables&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- Gastos de obra nueva&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- Intereses deudores de las cuentas bancarias&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- Intereses, recargos y sanciones administrativas y penales&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- Gastos de procedimientos judiciales&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- Los costes indirectos que se enumeran a continuación: electricidad, teléfono e internet, agua y alcantarillado, correos postales, servicios de limpieza, gastos de comunidad y servicios de gestoría.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- Gastos de manutención y alimentación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- La dotación económica como reconocimiento de la acción voluntaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4. Periodo subvencionable&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El periodo subvencionable es desde el 1 de agosto de 2025 hasta el 31 de julio de 2026.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Se considera gasto realizado el que ha sido efectuada dentro del periodo elegible y efectivamente pagado en un mes contador desde la finalización del periodo subvencionable y recordando la excepción hecha en el apartado 7.3 a) Coste del salario del personal que participa directamente en el proyecto presentado referidos a los gastos de retenciones de IRPF o cotizaciones a la Seguridad Social y 7.3 j) contratación de recursos referidos a gastos y servicios y de personales/profesionales relacionados directa e inequívocamente con las actividades que derivan del proyecto presentado referidas a los gastos de retenciones de IRPF.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;5. Importe de la subvención y criterios de valoración de las solicitudes&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;5.1. Las líneas objeto de subvención son las siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Línea 1: Proyectos de entidades de voluntariado: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:80px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;- 95.000,00 € con cargo a la aplicación presupuestaria 00.92400.48901&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Línea 2: Acciones de impulso y colaboración en materia de voluntariado de los ayuntamientos y entidades locales menores de la isla de Mallorca hasta 35.000 habitantes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:80px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- 50.000,00 € con cargo a la aplicación presupuestaria 00.92400.46200&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;5.2. Los proyectos podrán ser financiados en su totalidad. El pago de estas líneas de subvenciones se hará mediante un anticipo del 100% para las entidades locales de la línea 2, una vez concedida la subvención y formalizado el convenio de colaboración con cada uno de los ayuntamientos beneficiarios. En cuanto a las entidades sin ánimo de lucro de la línea 1, el pago se hará mediante un anticipo del 50%, que en ningún caso podrá superar los 4.750,00 euros, una vez concedidas. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;5.3. Con carácter general, y siempre que sea posible atender todas las peticiones que reúnan los requisitos para ser beneficiarias, se concede a cada solicitante la cuantía solicitada, teniendo en cuenta el límite que se establece para cada beneficiario.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Si no es así, las subvenciones se adjudicarán mediante el sistema de prorrateo del crédito asignado a cada una de las líneas de manera proporcional a los puntos obtenidos (siempre que la puntuación obtenida sea de al menos 4 puntos). Así, el importe de la subvención se calculará de la manera siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Is = [(C x Ps) / Pt]&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Is = importe subvención&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;C = crédito presupuestario asignado en la convocatoria para cada una de las líneas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Ps = puntuación de la solicitud obtenida en la aplicación de los criterios de valoración &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Pt = suma de las puntuaciones obtenidas de todas las solicitudes de cada línia&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;5.4. La cuantía de la subvención puede ser hasta un máximo del 100% del presupuesto presentado para la actividad o proyecto y no puede ser superior a las cuantías siguientes: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Línea 1: Proyectos de las entidades de voluntariado: Todos aquellos proyectos de voluntariado impulsados por las entidades de voluntariado, que tengan por objeto y finalidad las recogidas al apartado 7 de esta convocatoria. El ámbito territorial de Intervención del proyecto presentado tiene que ser la isla de Mallorca. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:80px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Hasta un máximo de 10.500 € por solicitud presentada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Línea 2: Acciones de impulso y colaboración en materia de voluntariado de los ayuntamientos y entidades locales menores de la isla de Mallorca hasta 35.000 habitantes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:80px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;-&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;Hasta un máximo 1.080 € por solicitud presentada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;5.5. En ningún caso el importe resultante de la adjudicación puede ser superior a la cantidad solicitada. Así mismo, la cuantía de la subvención no puede ser superior, aisladamente o en concurrencia con otras ayudas o subvenciones, al coste de la actuación subvencionada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;5.6. Otorgado el crédito y en caso de haber remanente, se aplicará el previsto en el art. 25.2 de la Ordenanza General de Subvenciones, de acuerdo con los límites establecidos a los párrafos anteriores, y sin que sea posible otorgar crédito superior al solicitado. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;5.7. Si una vez calculados los importes de las subvenciones se produce remanente en una línea y resulta insuficiente el crédito de la otra, el remanente pasará a esta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Otorgado el crédito y en caso de haber remanente, se aplicará el previsto en el art. 25.2 de la Ordenanza General de Subvenciones, de acuerdo con los límites establecidos al apartado 9.3, y sin que sea posible otorgar crédito superior al solicitado. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Si una vez calculados los importes de las subvenciones se produce remanente en una línea y resulta insuficiente el crédito de la otra, el remanente pasará a esta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;6. Plazo de presentación de solicitudes &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;6.1. El plazo para presentar las solicitudes es de 30 días naturales, contadores a partir del día siguiente de su publicación la convocatoria en el Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears. Si el último día es inhábil, se entiende prorrogado hasta el primer día hábil siguiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;6.2. Las entidades tienen que dirigir los anexos y la documentación correspondiente a la Dirección Insular de Juventud y Participación del Departamento de Presidencia, a través del Registro Electrónico del Consell de Mallorca: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
