font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:0.35cm">.../...»</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">Visto que las personas beneficiarias, en el mismo momento que solicitaron la subvención para el fomento del uso de materiales biodegradables en acolchado agrícola, comunicaron y justificaron al Departamento competente en materia de agricultura la finalización de las actuaciones objeto de subvención mediante la solicitud de pago; acompañando las facturas y documentos acreditativos de los gastos realizados, junto con los correspondientes justificantes de pago, así como una relación detallada de las facturas mencionadas. </span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:0.35cm">Visto el informe técnico emitido en fecha 3 de octubre de 2025 por la ingeniera técnica agrícola de la Sección de Agricultura (Departamento de Promoción Turística, Medio Rural y Marino de este Consejo Insular), respecto las solicitudes de concesión y pago de las ayudas económicas para el fomento del uso de materiales biodegradables en acolchado agrícola.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:0.35cm">Visto el informe de fecha 31 de octubre de 2025 sobre el estado de seguimiento de las ayudas para el fomento del uso de materiales biodegradables en acolchado agrícola, en cumplimiento del art. 88.3. del Reglamento de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, General de Subvenciones, para hacer efectivo el pago por un total de <strong>12.178,29€</strong> del vigente presupuesto del año 2025.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:0.35cm">Dado que existe crédito presupuestario y que lo propuesto es lo adecuado a la naturaleza del gasto que se propone contraer, y que se incorpora al expediente de la Convocatoria el correspondiente certificado de existencia de crédito de fecha 18 de marzo de 2025 (Exp.2/2025000001607).</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:0.35cm">Visto el Acuerdo del Consejo Ejecutivo del Consell Insular d'Eivissa, del día 9 de mayo de 2025, de aprobación de la Convocatoria de ayudas específicas para el desarrollo del ámbito rural y ganadero en la isla de Ibiza para el año 2025-2026 y correspondiente extracto que se publicó en el BOIB núm. 61 de fecha 15-05-2025 y en la Base de Datos Nacional de Subvenciones (BDNS) con núm. 832127.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif;
