    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La Junta de Govern Local, en la sesión ordinaria de día 14-01-2026, aprobó las nuevas bases que deben regir la tramitación de las prestaciones económicas no periódicas de carácter social, que regirán a partir de que se publiquen en el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;A continuación, se transcriben las bases mencionadas:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;BASES QUE REGULAN LA CONVOCATÓRIA DE LAS PRESTACIONES ECONÓMICAS de urgencia social dirigidas a personas que se encuentran en situación de vulnerabilidad social y necesidad socioeconómica, de l'ajuntament de ciutadella de menorca para el año 2026&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Artículo 1. OBJETO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El objeto de las Bases es el de regular el aceso, la tipología de las ayudas, los requisitos, el procedimiento y el resto de condiciones para que una persona y/o una família pueda aceder a las prestaciones sociales de carácter económico en la modalidad de urgéncia social, cómo lo prevé la Ley 4/2023, de 27 de febrero, de prestaciones sociales de carácter económico de les Illes Balears, otorgadas por l'Ajuntament de Ciutadella, a través de los servicios sociales comunitários básicos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Estas ayudas pueden atender desde casos de extrema pobreza hasta situaciones de reciente vulnerabilidad social, fragilidad o nueva pobreza, donde pueden contribuir a resolver situaciones puntuales y/o retrasar situaciones de deterioro. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En general, la finalidad es la de resolver situaciones que requieren una respuesta rápida en el apoyo económico que afecte a personas o unidades convivenciales por necesidades sobrevenidas, gastos imprevistos, déficit temporal de ingresos económicos o emergencias naturales o sociales, y acontezcan una necesidad de acceso a recursos de primera necesidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;De acuerdo con el artículo 83 de la Ley 4/2023, la finalidad de las ayudas de urgencia social es la cobertura de las necesidades sociales básicas que permiten la subsistencia de las unidades de convivencia y, prioritariamente, de las definidas en los supuestos siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Imposibilidad transitoria de continuar en el uso y el goce de la vivienda habitual.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Carencia de medios económicos para conservar las condiciones de habitabilidad, incluidas, entre otros, los gastos de adquisición de equipación básica de la vivienda habitual.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c)Alimentación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d)Curas personales esenciales, traje e higiene.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e)Alojamiento temporal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f)Transporte en casos que garanticen procesos de inserción laboral o formativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;g) Gastos de medicación y otras curas sanitarias diagnosticadas por personal facultativo sanitario del sistema público de salud, cuando no se hayan podido cubrir por jefe otro sistema de protección social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;h) Situaciones de emergencia que pongan en peligro la convivencia en la unidad familiar, de riesgo de exclusión social de la unidad de convivencia o de alguno de los miembros, que no estén previstas en este artículo ni por otras prestaciones del sistema público de servicios sociales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;i) Otros conceptos debidamente justificados por el profesional en trabajo social que tramita la ayuda económica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Por su naturaleza, estas ayudas no están sometidas a un plazo concreto de solicitud, dado que la necesidad se puede presentar en cualquier momento del año.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La gestión de las prestaciones económicas de urgencia social tiene que fundamentarse en una base conceptual alrededor de las necesidades de las personas, que&amp;nbsp;tenga&amp;nbsp;en cuenta los diferentes tipos de necesidades y la evolución de estas a lo largo del tiempo. Se necesita, por lo tanto, un trabajo que integre diferentes dimensiones a efectos de lograr y/o multiplicar el efecto de la ayuda material y, concretamente, en los ámbitos de atención a la persona, como la ocupación, la vivienda, la educación y la salud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;div style="page-break-after:always"&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Podrá ser beneficiaria, de acuerdo con el artículo 88 de la Ley 4/2023 las personas que constituyan una unidad de convivencia independiente, que sean atendidas por los servicios sociales comunitarios básicos del municipio de Ciutadella de Menorca, con residencia efectiva, y que cumplan los requisitos siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Haber presentado la solicitud de la prestación a los servicios sociales comunitarios donde tiene que realizar la demanda de ayuda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Colaborar con los técnicos de los servicios sociales comunitarios básicos, aportando toda la información necesaria, facilitando el acceso al domicilio y buscando soluciones conjuntas en la situación de necesidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Estar en situación de necesidad social provocada por una situación de déficit de ingresos económicos. Esta situación tiene que ser valorada por uno o una trabajador o trabajadora social de los servicios sociales comunitarios básicos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Artículo 2. MARCO LEGAL&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El marco legal lo fundamenta principalmente la Ley 4/2009, de 11 de junio, de servicios sociales de las Islas Baleares, la cual en el artículo 22 compilación la tipología de prestaciones económicas de servicios sociales, las de carácter subjetivo, las de derecho de concurrencia y las de urgencia social y la Ley 4/2023 de 27 de febrero, de prestaciones sociales de carácter económico de las Islas Baleares, que en su Título IV regula el objeto de la prestación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Artículo 3. IMPORTE DE LAS AYUDAS. FINANCIACIÓN&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las ayudas serán atendidas con cargo a la aplicación presupuestaria 2311.231.480.00 que contiene un importe de 56.000,00 € en total.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Artículo 4. RÉGIMEN DE COMPATIBILIDADES E INCOMPATIBILIDADES&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Las ayudas que se otorguen de conformidad con estas bases no son incompatibles, por su naturaleza, con ninguna pensión ni prestación pública, sin perjuicio de la obligación de las personas beneficiarias de comunicarlo a este ayuntamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. El importe de las subvenciones o ayudas que se concedan no puede superar, en ningún caso, de manera aislada o con concurrencia con otras ayudas, el coste de la actividad subvencionada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Artículo 5. TIPOS DE PRESTACIONES DE URGENCIA SOCIAL&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En términos generales, estas ayudas pueden estar causados por alguna de las siguientes situaciones: ayudas básicas o ayudas de intervención social inmediata para cubrir situaciones de emergencia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cada tipología tendrá unas obligaciones concretas y específicas. Estas alcanzan la siguiente clasificación en función de las necesidades a atender:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5.1. AYUDAS BÁSICAS:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5.1.1 Ayudas para la alimentación e higiene, ropa y calzado&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Ayudas para alimentación e higiene&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Ayudas para alimentación infantil e higiene&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Ayudas para ropa y calzado&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5.1.2. Ayudas para la vivienda&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Ayudas para alquileres de la vivienda habitual o pagos puntuales de cuotas de hipoteca&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Ayudas para la adquisición de equipación básica del hogar&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Ayudas para garantizar suministros básicos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Ayudas para reparaciones o adaptación de la vivienda habitual&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Ayudas para mantener las condiciones mínimas de higiene de la vivienda&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Ayudas para alojamientos temporales (pensiones, hostales)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;div style="page-break-after:always"&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;​​​​​​​&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5.1.3. Ayudas para actividades educativas a menores&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Ayudas para material escolar y libros&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Ayudas para comedor escolar durante el periodo lectivo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Ayudas para actividades extraescolares y de ocio durante el periodo lectivo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Ayudas para comedor durante el verano&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Ayudas para actividades de ocio durante el verano&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Ayudas para transporte escolar&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Ayudas para la escolarización de 0-3 años&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Ayudas por haber participado en proyectos socioeducativos, de formación municipal&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5.1.4. Ayudas para motivos sociosanitarios&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Gastos para ayudas técnicas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Ayudas para la reparación/adaptación del hogar&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Gastos para tratamientos médicos y terapéuticos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Ayudas para estancias a centros residenciales&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5.1.5. Ayudas para la inserción social y laboral&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Ayudas individuales para promover la integración sociolaboral (transporte)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Ayudas individuales para promover la integración social (acciones formativas)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Desplazamientos y trámites que fomenten la inclusión&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5.2. Ayudas de intervención social inmediata&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Ayudas de emergencia social&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Artículo 6. REQUISITOS GENERALES DE LAS PERSONAS BENEFICIARIAS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Podrá ser beneficiaria cualquier persona y, por extensión su familia que se encuentre en una situación de vulnerabilidad social y necesidad socioeconómica y para la cual las ayudas establecidas sean necesarios para contener o evitar el empeoramiento de la situación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Se consideran varios requisitos para acceder a la prestación relacionados con el empadronamiento, la edad, la determinación de la situación de necesidad social, la situación de necesidad económica, la ausencia de apoyos económicos de la red de apoyo social y familiar, y la imposibilidad de acceder a otras prestaciones, así como la colaboración con el personal técnico de servicios sociales aportando toda la información necesaria, facilitando el acceso al domicilio y buscando soluciones conjuntas en la situación de necesidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Además, pero, se podrá otorgar una ayuda económica, de carácter excepcional cuando, desde el informe social, se justifique una determinada situación de especial vulnerabilidad por la persona o por el núcleo familiar a pesar de que este no cumpla con algunos de los requisitos para el acceso a las ayudas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En general:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.1. Estar empadronado/a en el municipio de Ciutadella de Menorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.2. Ser mayor de 18 años, o menor con cargas familiares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.3. Estar en una situación de necesidad económica (se determina con el establecimiento de un nivel de ingresos máximos por núcleo de convivencia).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.4. Estar en una situación de necesidad social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.5. No disponer de bienes amuebles, inmuebles (diferentes de la vivienda habitual); ni rentas de la actividad económica, ni rentas del capital suficientes para la cobertura de las necesidades básicas. Con carácter general, no disponer de recursos económicos alternativos -provenientes de la red de apoyo social y familiar- que demuestren la existencia de medios suficientes para atender la necesidad para la cual se solicita la ayuda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.6. No haber recibido ayuda económica de este ayuntamiento en los últimos 12 meses. De forma excepcional y siempre que exista una situación de necesidad social de atención básica o de intervención social&amp;nbsp;inmediata, se podrá valorar una ayuda económica fuera de este plazo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Artículo 7. CONDICIONES PARA LA CONCESIÓN DE LAS AYUDAS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Se valorarán las solicitudes en función de la situación de necesidad económica y en función de la situación de necesidad social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7.1. Situación de necesidad económica&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Si la unidad familiar está formada por un solo miembro, los ingresos mensuales no pueden superar el 150% del IPREM (14 pagas). Esta cantidad queda fijada en 1.050,00 € euros mensuales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Por unidades familiares con dos o más miembros se incrementará en un 30% por el segundo miembro, en un 20% por el tercero y en un 10% a partir del cuarto miembro, todos ellos sobre el baremo del importe máximo de ingresos según compilación la tabla siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Para calcular los ingresos económicos de la unidad de convivencia se hará la media de los ingresos obtenidos en los últimos seis meses anteriores (desde&amp;nbsp;la fecha del registro de entrada de la solicitud). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7.2. Situación de necesidad social&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La valoración social será completada por el informe técnico del profesional en trabajo social, en el cual puede realizar consideraciones especiales de cada caso. Como situaciones de necesidad social:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7.2.1. Composición familiar &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;-Família numerosa &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;-Família monoparental &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;-Madre/padre separada/o con cargas familiares o tutor legal &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;-Persona sola &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7.2.2. Situación sociofamiliar &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;-Familia con algún miembro con grado de discapacidad igual o superior al 33% y/o con resolución de grado de dependencia y/o incapacidad laboral y/o incapacidad judicial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;-Persona y/o familia con situación de exclusión residencial. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;-Mujer embarazada con dificultades de inserción laboral derivadas por este motivo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;-Padre/madre separado/da&amp;nbsp;o tutor/a legal con cargas familiares sin percibir pensión de alimentos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;-Persona del núcleo de convivencia con problemas de salud física o mental. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;-Problemática social: drogodependencias, víctimas de violencia de género, personas recién llegadas, situación de vulnerabilidad, exclusión o aislamiento social, etc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;-Menores en situación de riesgo: absentismo escolar, inadaptación escolar, menores con necesidades educativas especiales, menores con medidas educativas, etc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;-Dificultades de conciliación de la vida laboral y la familiar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7.2.3. Otros aspectos importantes &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;-Investigación activa de ocupación. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;-Familia responsable y colaboradora que acepta el plan de mejora, cumple los objetivos acordados, y se considera la ayuda como recurso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7.3. Condiciones específicas según la tipología de ayuda e importes máximos de concesión&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cada tipología de ayuda tendrá, además, unas obligaciones concretas y específicas que se detallarán en el plan de trabajo individual y/o familiar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7.3.1. Ayudas para la alimentación e higiene, ropa y calzado&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Ayudas para alimentación e higiene. Para aquellas personas o familias que, por circunstancias puntuales, no cuentan con ingresos económicos suficientes para cubrir las necesidades básicas de alimentación de todos sus miembros, hasta un máximo de 180 € por persona y mes, y un máximo de 6 meses.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Ayudas por alimentación infantil e higiene, menores de 0-3 años, con un máximo de 240€ mensuales y un máximo de 6 meses.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En los casos de&amp;nbsp;fillets&amp;nbsp;de padres separados que tienen resuelta una custodia compartida se computará un 50% del máximo total.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Ayudas para ropa y calzado con un máximo de 50€ por persona.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7.3.2. Ayudas para la vivienda&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Ayudas para alquileres de la vivienda habitual o pagos puntuales de cuotas de hipoteca cuando existan, tanto en régimen de alquiler como de propiedad, garantías de continuidad en esta con un máximo de 4 meses/año.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;-Ayudas para la adquisición de equipación básica y de primera necesidad del hogar para la vivienda habitual, con un máximo de 800 €.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Ayudas para garantizar suministros básicos (electricidad) y el correcto funcionamiento de las instalaciones básicas, así como el alta de consumo de energía eléctrica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En los casos de deudas por suministro eléctrico se valorará la concesión o la denegación de la totalidad de la factura o de las facturas pendientes de pago y no de una parte de estas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En los casos de alta de consumo de electricidad se valorará hasta un máximo de 300 €.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Ayudas para reparaciones o la adaptación de la vivienda habitual para proporcionar niveles mínimos de habitabilidad y eliminación de barreras arquitectónicas, con un máximo de 800 €. Se trata de todas aquellas obras que se llevan a cabo en un domicilio con el objetivo de mejorar la calidad de vida de las persono. Se otorgará solo en aquellos casos en que la persona solicitando no se haya podido acoger, por un motivo justificado, a las ayudas de accesibilidad a edificios y vivienda por la consellería competente del Gobierno de las Islas Baleares, y se podrán conceder hasta un máximo de 800 €.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Ayudas para mantener las condiciones mínimas de higiene de la vivienda, mediante limpiezas y otras actuaciones de carácter puntual que eviten o minimicen situaciones de riesgo higiénico, con un máximo de 500€.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Ayudas para alojamientos temporales (pensiones, hostales) en casos de extrema necesidad y situaciones de emergencia social, atendida la temporalidad de la situación, siempre que no sea posible la estancia en la casa de acogida por carencia de plazas libres, por no cumplir los requisitos o por no valorarse el recurso adecuado con un máximo de 7 días de estancia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En todos los casos de ayudas por vivienda tiene que quedar acreditado que no se han podido acoger a las diversas convocatorias de ayudas de la Consellería de vivienda del Gobierno de las Islas Baleares u otras ayudas que convoque la Administración local o autonómica durante el periodo de solicitud de las ayudas reguladas en estas bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7.3.3. Ayudas para actividades educativas a menores&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Ayudas para material escolar y libros de Educación infantil, Primaria y Secundaria, con los máximos siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Infantil: hasta 180 euros curso escolar por&amp;nbsp;niño/a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Primaria: hasta 250 euros curso escolar por&amp;nbsp;niño/a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Secundaria: hasta 280 euros curso escolar por&amp;nbsp;niño/a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En caso de solicitudes de material escolar para el pago del Chrome&amp;nbsp;book&amp;nbsp;se podrá financiar hasta un máximo del 75% del coste de este dispositivo electrónico visto el elevado coste que presenta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Ayudas para comedor escolar durante el periodo lectivo hasta un máximo del 75% del coste total, dando prioridad a las necesidades de conciliación de la vida laboral y familiar, necesidades especiales a nivel educativo y familiar, etc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Ayudas para actividades extraescolares y de ocio durante el periodo lectivo: hasta un máximo del 75% del coste anual.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;-Ayudas por actividades de ocio y comedores de actividades de verano: hasta un máximo del 100% del coste total.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;-Ayudas para transporte escolar, hasta un máximo del 75% del coste total anual. Así mismo, en los casos que no puedan acogerse a transporte escolar organizado, se puede subvencionar el coste de la tarjeta de transporte del Consejo Insular.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Ayudas por haber participado en proyecto socioeducativo, de formación municipal con un máximo de 430€.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En todos los casos de ayudas clasificadas en la categoría de actividades educativas tiene que quedar acreditado que no se han podido acoger a las ayudas que convoque la Consellería competente en educación por el mismo concepto. Cuando se reciba una ayuda de la Consellería de Educación, este se podrá complementar en casos de elevada necesidad hasta llegar al 75% del coste total.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Excepcionalmente, en el caso de las ayudas por actividades educativas y cuando se den circunstancias en que sea necesario priorizar el bienestar y la atención del menor, se pueden superar los máximos previstos en los apartados anteriores. En cualquier caso, las excepciones tienen que estar debidamente justificadas con los informes técnicos correspondientes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7.3.4. Ayudas para inserción social y laboral&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Ayudas individuales de transporte para promover la integración sociolaboral para aquellas personas con especiales dificultades de inserción social y laboral que no se puedan acoger a otros tipos de becas, ayudas o prestaciones, y siempre que el desplazamiento esté motivado por actividades de formación o de activación del mercado de trabajo. Se valorará la posibilidad de financiar una parte de la tarjeta de transporte correspondiente con un máximo de tres meses.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Ayudas individuales para promover la integración sociolaboral a través de la asistencia de acciones formativas así como gastos derivados de la adquisición de material, con un máximo de 200.00€.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Desplazamientos y trámites que fomenten la inclusión para aquellas personas que no cuentan con recursos económicos suficientes para poder atender los gastos de desplazamiento que sean imprescindibles para favorecer la inserción social (desplazamientos para hacer frente a tratamientos de deshabituación toxicológica, desplazamientos para tramitación de documentación, asistencia a juicios, permisos, visitas penitenciarias y otras circunstancias que favorecen la inclusión) con un máximo de 500.00€.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7.3.5. Ayudas por motivos sociosanitarios&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Gastos para ayudas técnicas: para aparatos como audífonos, ojeras, sillas de ruedas, fajas ortopédicas, prótesis, colchones antiescaras, adaptación de vehículos, etc. Para fijar el tanto por ciento a financiar se valorará, además, que el modelo solicitado se adecue a la prescripción hecha por el especialista, si está o no financiado por lo&amp;nbsp;IBSALUT&amp;nbsp;y/u otra entidad, y el grado de necesidad y discapacidad. Se calculará a partir del coste total del presupuesto presentado, financiando hasta un máximo del 75% del coste total.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Se otorgará solo en aquellos casos en que la persona solicitando no se haya podido acoger a la convocatoria de ayudas económicas para gente mayor y discapacidad que el Consejo Insular de Menorca aprueba anualmente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Gastos para tratamientos médicos y terapéuticos: se trata de aquellos tratamientos que no son cubiertos por el sistema nacional de salud, por el sistema de autonomía y de atención a la dependencia o por cualquier organización de servicio público implantada en el territorio, como pueden ser tratamientos psicológicos, de rehabilitación, de estimulación temprana, de logopedia, odontológicos o prescripciones de medicamentos. En estos casos excepcionales se valorará la capacidad económica de la unidad de convivencia, la necesidad del tratamiento, la frecuencia y el periodo previsto de tratamiento, y el grado de discapacidad. Se calculará a partir del coste total del presupuesto presentado, subvencionando un máximo del 75% del coste total.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Estancias en centros residenciales: en aquellos casos en que el retorno en el domicilio sea totalmente inviable atendida la situación sociofamiliar, de salud o por otras circunstancias que no permitan la convivencia o la residencia de una persona en una vivienda, se valorará hasta la totalidad de la estancia en el centro.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7.3.6. Ayudas por intervenciones sociales inmediatas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Se trata de emergencias graves e imprevisibles que hacen que una persona/familia se encuentre de repente en una situación de necesidad; por ejemplo, por causas climáticas, catástrofes naturales, incendios, inundaciones,&amp;nbsp;inseguridad&amp;nbsp;en la edificación del hogar y otras situaciones similares. Se valorará la situación de emergencia en su globalidad y se emitirá propuesta de concesión máxima.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Artículo 8. DOCUMENTACIÓN QUE DEBE ACOMPAÑAR LA SOLICITUD&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8.1. La documentación relacionada en este artículo será considerada como máxima y se reclamará, en cada caso, a la persona solicitando la necesaria para realizar la valoración económica y social de una forma fidedigna.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En ningún caso se reclamará documentación que ya conste al expediente de la persona solicitante o del núcleo convivencial, siempre que esta sea vigente, ni aquella que se pueda conseguir de oficio según lo dispone el artículo 6.2 letra b de la Ley 11/2007, de 22 de junio, de acceso electrónico de los ciudadanos a los servicios públicos, como es el caso del empadronamiento en el municipio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8.2. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Documentación general para cualquier tipo de ayuda&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;-Solicitud de ayuda, de acuerdo con el modelo que figura como anexo Y de estas bases con una serie de declaraciones exprés. Además en todos los casos, con la presentación de la solicitud, se tiene que presentar la identificación del solicitante y se tienen que declarar o aportar los documentos siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Anexo II Declaración de cuentas bancarias abiertas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Anexo III Declaración de corderos inmuebles&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En caso de ayudas concedidas en concepto de manutención y a efectos de justificación se tendrá que aportar debidamente firmado el Anexo VI&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La solicitud junto con la identificación (DNI/NIE, pasaporte o documentación acreditativa) y la documentación aportada se tiene que dirigir al órgano administrativo competente en materia de servicios sociales del Ayuntamiento de Ciutadella. Acompañando esta documentación, el personal de trabajo social podrá pedir siempre que lo considere oportuno, todo o parte de la documentación siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;-DNI/NIE, pasaporte o documentación acreditativa del resto de miembros del núcleo convivencial&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;-Justificación de los ingresos o las rentas del núcleo de convivencia:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Copia de la declaración de la renta o del certificado negativo de hacienda del último año.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Vida laboral.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Certificado de la/las pensión/ns&amp;nbsp;del sistema de seguridad social, si es beneficiario/a.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) Certificado del servicio público de prestaciones donde conste si percibe una prestación pública por paro y el importe de la prestación. Si no percibe ningún tipo de ingreso económico, la persona tendrá que presentar un certificado negativo del sistema público de prestaciones que así lo justifique.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e) Certificado de estar en demanda de trabajo al&amp;nbsp;SOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f) En caso de personas trabajadoras por cuenta ajena: fotocopia del contrato de trabajo y las seis últimas nóminas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;g) En caso de personas trabajadoras autónomas: última liquidación trimestral de IRPF o, si no la pueden aportar, declaración de responsabilidad de los ingresos que tiene.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;h) Transferencias recibidas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;i) Movimientos bancarios de los últimos seis meses.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;-Fotocopia del libro de familia completo o Documento de Registro Civil Individual.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;-Sentencia de separación o divorcio, o convenio regulador donde consten la pensión alimenticia y la custodia de los hijos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;-Documentación acreditativa de la reclamación de la pensión de alimentos (en caso de que no se cumpla esta medida).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;​​​​​​​&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;-Certificado de la condición de discapacidad expedida por la administración autonómica competente u otros informes que expongan la situación de salud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;-Resolución del grado y del nivel de dependencia emitido por la administración autonómica competente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;-Informe médico de algún miembro del núcleo de convivencia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;-Resolución judicial acordando el desahucio de la vivienda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;-Presupuesto detallado del objeto susceptible de ayuda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;-Informe médico especificando la necesidad de tratamiento y que este no es cubierto por el sistema público de salud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;-Justificación de los gastos fijos mensuales del núcleo de convivencia:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) contrato de alquiler de la vivienda&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) último recibo pagado de alquiler&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) último recibo pagado de crédito hipotecario&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) último recibo pagado de préstamos bancarios&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e) movimientos bancarios de los últimos seis meses&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- En los casos en que corresponda, declaración responsable de estar al corriente del pago de las obligaciones con la hacienda del Estado y de la&amp;nbsp;CAIB&amp;nbsp;y, si procede, también con la Seguridad Social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si se autoriza mediante consentimiento otorgado de forma exprés a la consulta de los datos necesarios para la mencionada acreditación rellenando el apartado correspondiente de los modelos de solicitud recogidos al ANEXO correspondiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cualquier otra documentación que ayude a valorar la situación de la persona o de la unidad familiar correctamente la solicitud podrá ser requerida durante el proceso de tramitación de esta, y podrá ser requerida tanto por el profesional en trabajo social o aportada por la persona interesada, si lo considera conveniente. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Artículo 9. INICIO DEL EXPEDIENTE Y EXAMEN DE LA DOCUMENTACIÓN&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las ayudas se concederán de acuerdo con los principios de objetividad, de transparencia, de igualdad, no-discriminación y publicidad, por medio del procedimiento de concurrencia competitiva a partir de la convocatoria y hasta agotar el crédito presupuestario.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Una vez presentada la solicitud de ayuda económica y presentada la documentación al o a la trabajador/a social, este emitirá la valoración socioeconómica mediante un informe social. Elevará esta propuesta a la Comisión Técnica de Ayudas Económicas, donde se emitirá la propuesta de concesión y la cuantía o la denegación de la solicitud. Será el órgano competente el que aprobará o denegará, en última instancia, la petición de ayuda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Artículo 10. COMISIÓN TÉCNICA DE VALORACIÓN DE LAS PRESTACIONES ECONÓMICAS De URGENCIA SOCIAL&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La Comisión Técnica de Valoración estará formada por un mínimo de 3 personas, uno/a trabajador/a social, el auxiliar administrativo/va en quien recaerá la Secretaría y la Directora del servicio en calidad de Presidenta de la Comisión.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Esta comisión es la encargada de estudiar y examinar todas las solicitudes presentadas, y de hacer una valoración cuidadosa de cada situación de necesidad social y económica. De la decisión tomada en comisión se generará una acta de los acuerdos tomados, y la secretaria emitirá certificado de la propuesta favorable o desfavorable de la concesión de la ayuda y la cuantía propuesta, con el visto bueno de quien ejerce la presidencia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La resolución del expediente de concesión de las ayudas tiene que ser exprés y motivada de acuerdo con los criterios de valoración establecidos a las bases, y tiene que fijar, con carácter definitivo, la cantidad específica de cada uno de las ayudas concedidas y la forma de pago.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El órgano competente para la resolución de los expedientes es la regidora de servicios sociales, por delegación de la alcaldesa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si la resolución es favorable, se realizará la transferencia, siempre que sea posible, a favor de la persona, entidad o servicio, la ayuda o colaboración de la cual sean necesarios para resolver el estado de necesidad de la persona peticionaria, y, subsidiariamente, a favor de la persona solicitante, la cual se obliga a presentar a las oficinas de servicios sociales del Ayuntamiento de Ciutadella de Menorca, la justificación documental del gasto realizado con la ayuda recibida.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Artículo 11. MOTIVOS DE DENEGACIÓN DE UNA AYUDA ECONÓMICA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. No haber seguido un itinerario de investigación de trabajo para mejorar la situación socioeconómica personal y/o familiar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Haber rechazado o, por descuido, no obtener un recurso técnico o económico disponible en el municipio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. No aportar la documentación requerida en el plazo máximo de un mes contador a partir de la fecha de la solicitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Extinción de la causa que motivó la solicitud de la ayuda económica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. El incumplimiento del plan de trabajo/contrato establecido entre el profesional y la persona y/o la familia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. La no-justificación de una ayuda económica concedida con anterioridad por los Servicios Sociales del Ayuntamiento de Ciutadella.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7. La falta de todos o de algunos de los requisitos necesarios para su concesión.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8. Dificultar la labor técnica de valoración de la solicitud recibida.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9. Que exista persona legalmente obligada y con posibilidad de prestar ayuda en la persona solicitante.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;10. Que la ayuda solicitada no sea adecuado o sea insuficiente para la resolución de la problemática planteada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;11. Que en el plazo de los 12 meses anteriores a la solicitud le haya sido extinguido o revocado cualquiera otra ayuda o prestación social por incumplimiento de las condiciones establecidas en su concesión.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;12. El falseamiento o la ocultación de cualquier de los datos declarados por las personas solicitantes podrá dar lugar a la denegación de la ayuda solicitada, incluso cuando la persona solicitando&amp;nbsp;tenga&amp;nbsp;los requisitos para la concesión.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;13. Que se demuestre que la persona solicitante puede satisfacer adecuadamente las necesidades por sí misma y/o con el apoyo de sus familiares, representantes legales o guardadores de hecho.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;14. Que existan pensiones, aunque no superen el límite de ingresos económicos que se piden, que estas&amp;nbsp;tengan&amp;nbsp;un carácter periódico, y, por lo tanto, en estos casos se podrán conceder ayudas en situaciones de emergencia social cuando la situación ha sido sobrevenida e imprevista.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;15. Cualquier otro motivo que, atendiendo a las circunstancias y la previa valoración del personal técnico del servicio, estime la denegación de forma motivada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Artículo 12. OBLIGACIONES QUE CONTRAEN LAS PERSONAS BENEFICIARIAS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;De acuerdo con el Artículo 84, las personas beneficiarias de las prestaciones están sujetas a las obligaciones siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Destinar el importe de la ayuda a la finalidad para la cual se ha otorgado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Reintegrar el importe de las cuantías percibidas indebidamente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Facilitar la tarea a las personas designadas para verificar su situación económica y familiar, proporcionándolos toda la información precisa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) Comunicar en el Ayuntamiento la obtención de subvenciones y/o ayudas para idéntica finalidad, procedentes de cualquier ente público o privado, estatal o internacional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e) Justificar la ayuda concedida con la presentación de facturas acreditativas del gasto. En los casos de ayudas económicas concedidas en concepto de manutención y productos básicos y de primera necesidad se firmará una declaración específica, según modelo normalizado (anexo VI). La justificación se efectuará en el plazo máximo de un mes, una vez finalizados el concepto y los plazos por los cuales se ha concedido la ayuda económica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f) Con carácter general, el otorgamiento de la ayuda queda condicionado a la aceptación de la obligación de seguir un plan de trabajo individual y familiar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Artículo 13. MODIFICACIÓN DE LA RESOLUCIÓN DE CONCESIÓN&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cualquier alteración de las condiciones tenidas en cuenta para la concesión de la ayuda y, en cualquier caso, la obtención concurrente de subvenciones o ayudas otorgadas por otras administraciones o entes públicos o privados, estatales o internacionales, puede dar lugar a la modificación de la resolución de concesión.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;​​​​​​​&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Artículo 14. REVOCACIÓN DE LAS AYUDAS CONCEDIDAS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;De acuerdo con el que dispone el artículo 37 de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones, se tiene que revocar la subvención cuando, posteriormente a la resolución de la concesión, la persona beneficiaria de esta incumple total o parcialmente las obligaciones o los compromisos contraídos a los cuales está condicionada la eficacia del acto de concesión de la subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Como consecuencia de la revocación de la subvención, queda sin efecto el acto de concesión y corresponde el reintegro de las cantidades percibidas indebidamente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Artículo 15. REINTEGRO DE LAS AYUDAS CONCEDIDAS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) De acuerdo con el que disponen los artículos 37 y 38 de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones, la persona beneficiaria tiene que reintegrar total o parcialmente las cantidades recibidas y, si procede, el interés de demora, en los casos siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;-El incumplimiento de la finalidad para la cual se concedió la subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;-La obtención de la subvención sin que se cumplan las condiciones requeridas para esto, o cuando se alteren las condiciones tenidas en cuenta para concederla, siempre que sea por causas imputables a la entidad beneficiaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;-El incumplimiento de la obligación de justificación o la justificación insuficiente, en los términos establecidos en el artículo 30 de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;-La concurrencia de subvenciones incompatibles para la misma actividad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;-La negativa a someterse a las actuaciones de comprobación y control previstas en la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, o la obstrucción injustificada de estas actuaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Para reintegrar las ayudas se tienen que aplicar los procedimientos previstos para este efecto en los artículos 41, 42 y 43 de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones, en los cuales se tiene que garantizar la audiencia a las personas interesadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Las cantidades reintegradas tienen la consideración de ingresos de derecho público y pueden ser exigidas por la vía de constreñimiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Artículo 16. RÉGIMEN DE INFRACIONES Y SANCIONES &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El régimen de infracciones y sanciones administrativas aplicables será el establecido en el título IV de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones, y, si procede, a la normativa de desarrollo en materia de subvenciones que haya aprobado la entidad que&amp;nbsp;tengan&amp;nbsp;atribuida la gestión de estas ayudas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El órgano competente para imponer las sanciones que se deriven de infracciones del establecido en estas bases y de la normativa aplicable a las entidades locales en materia de subvenciones es quienes ejerce la presidencia de la entidad que&amp;nbsp;tenga&amp;nbsp;atribuida la gestión de estas ayudas, de conformidad con el establecido en el artículo 66.3 de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones, y en el 21 de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, reguladora de las bases del régimen local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Artículo 17. INSPECIÓN&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;De acuerdo con el que disponen estas bases, las subvenciones que se concedan se tienen que someter a la inspección correspondiente según la normativa legal vigente que resulte de aplicación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Artículo 18. OTRAS DISPOSICIONES&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Normativa aplicable:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En todo aquello no previsto expresamente en estas bases regirán las disposiciones que sean de aplicación en materia de subvenciones, especialmente las contenidas en las normas siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
