    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La Alcaldía Presidencia, en fecha 2 de enero de 2026, vista la solicitud presentada por Francisca Amengual Feliu, de traspaso de los derechos perpetuos de entierro del nicho 8 de la sepultura 54-zona 1 del Cementerio Municipal de Algaida, a favor de la que subscribe. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Visto el título de propiedad de fecha 14 de marzo de 1993, los cuales figuran a nombre de Matías Amengual Andreu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Vista la escritura de manifestación, aceptación y adjudicación de herencia, de fecha 21 de enero de 2015, con protocolo 88, del Sr. Matías Amengual Andreu. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Visto el certificado de defunción de su madre, Margarita Feliu Amengual, fallecida el día 18 de septiembre de 2019.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En uso de las competencias que me atribuye la Ley de Bases de Régimen Local y el Texto refundido de la Ley Reguladora de las Haciendas Locales y disposiciones complementarias. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;HE RESUELTO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1.- Admitir a trámite el inicio del procedimiento de traspaso de los derechos perpetuos de enterramiento del &lt;strong&gt;nicho 8&lt;/strong&gt; de la &lt;strong&gt;Sepultura 54&lt;/strong&gt; de la &lt;strong&gt;Zona 1&lt;/strong&gt;, del Cementerio Municipal de Algaida, y expedir el correspondiente Título de Propiedad, a favor de Francisca Amengual Feliu, sin perjuicios a terceros con mejor derecho.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2.- Publicar al BOIB la presente resolución para que, en el plazo de 10 días naturales, contados a partir de su publicación, se puedan presentar las alegaciones o reclamaciones pertinentes.”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Lo que se hace público por general conocimiento y a los efectos oportunos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
