&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: white"&gt;1. La señora Francisca Morell Campins interpuso un recurso contencioso administrativo (Pa 452/2025, tramitado ante el Juzgado Contencioso-Administrativo número 4 de Palma) contra:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: white"&gt;- &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Resolución del director general del Servicio de Salud de las Islas Baleares de 16 de octubre de 2025 &amp;nbsp;por la que se desestima el recurso de reposición interpuesto por la señora Francisca Morell Campins contra la Resolución del director general del Servicio de Salud de las IslasBaleares de 28 de abril de 2025 por la que se publica la lista definitiva con la puntuación de las personas candidatas del concurso de méritos para constituir bolsas generales para seleccionar personal estatutario temporal del Servicio de Salud de la categoría enfermero/enfermera y la lista de excluidos por no acreditar que cumplen los requisitos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: white"&gt;2. De manera directa o indirecta este recurso puede resultar relevante para diversas personas que podrían tener la condición de interesadas en el procedimiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fundamentos de derecho&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: white"&gt;1. El artículo 49 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción contencioso-administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: white"&gt;2. El artículo 45 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: white"&gt;Por todo ello, dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resolución&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: white"&gt;1. Emplazar a las personas interesadas en el recurso contencioso administrativo interpuesto por la señora Francisca Morell Campins, para que puedan personarse como demandadas ante el el Juzgado Contencioso-Administrativo número 4 de Palma, en el plazo de nueve días, a partir del día siguiente de la publicación de esta resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: white"&gt;2. Comunicar a las personas interesadas que si se personan fuera del plazo establecido se las considerará como parte, sin que por ello se tenga que retrotraer ni interrumpir el curso del procedimiento y que, si no se personan, el procedimiento continuará y no será procedente hacerles ninguna otra notificación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: white"&gt;3. Ordenar la publicación de esta resolución en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
