[número], de fecha 8 de enero, se han aprobado las bases reguladoras del concurso de foguerons y beneïdes de Manacor 2026 (exp. 219/2026)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;BASES REGULADORAS DE PARTICIPACIÓN DEL CONCURSO DE “BENEÏDES” Y “FOGUERONS” DURANTE LAS FIESTAS DE SANT ANTONI 2026 EN EL MUNICIPIO DE MANACOR&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#434343"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1. Objeto y finalidad de la convocatoria&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El objeto de esta convocatoria es la regulación de premios económicos para promover que los vecinos y vecinas lleven a cabo un proyecto decorativo del municipio, así como fomentar la realización de decoraciones en las diferentes carrozas, carros, carruajes, comparsas, animales y &lt;em&gt;foguerons&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;De este modo, se implica a la ciudadanía de forma directa en la ornamentación típica de las fiestas de Sant Antoni para conseguir una mejora estética de las &lt;em&gt;beneïdes&lt;/em&gt; y &lt;em&gt;foguerons&lt;/em&gt; y disfrutarlas de manera conjunta. En ningún caso persiguen finalidades retributivas o compensatorias.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#434343"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2. Ámbito temporal de aplicación de los premios&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las actividades susceptibles de premio son las exposiciones de &lt;em&gt;foguerons&lt;/em&gt; que se hayan realizado el día 16 de enero de 2026, y las exposiciones de las &lt;em&gt;beneïdes&lt;/em&gt; que se hayan realizado el día 17 de enero de 2026, periodo objeto de esta convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;LÍNEA A (“BENEÏDES”)&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Cada modalidad deberá ajustarse a las bases particulares que a continuación se detallan:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CARROZAS&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Irán montadas sobre carros o remolques agrícolas. En la escena que representen no podrá faltar Sant Antoni Abat, que podrá ir acompañado del demonio u otras figuras religiosas o profanas relacionadas con su vida eremítica. El conjunto de la carroza podrá representar escenas de trabajos, tradiciones populares y celebraciones religiosas o mundanas de la antigua sociedad mallorquina.&lt;span style="display:block; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CARROS Y CARRUAJES&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Esta categoría incluye cualquier tipo de carro o carruaje tirado por bestia. Podrán estar restaurados o sin restaurar y adornados con mata, hojas de palmera, palmito, etc., o sin adornar. Los participantes con escenas sobre carros deberán elegir en el momento de la inscripción la modalidad en la que desean participar (carrozas o carros y carruajes). Ambas son incompatibles.&lt;span style="display:block; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;COMPARSAS&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Vestirán de manera que representen estampas propias de la vida tradicional mallorquina o relacionadas con la festividad de Sant Antoni. Podrán formar parte de una carroza o bien ir de forma independiente. El número mínimo de integrantes será de seis personas.&lt;span style="display:block; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CABRÍOS&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Se tendrá en cuenta el aspecto del animal, sus guarniciones y el estado del cabrío.&lt;span style="display:block; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;MONTURAS&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Se puntuará la presencia del animal, la compenetración del jinete con la bestia, el paso y las guarniciones.&lt;span style="display:block; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;VESTIMENTA&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Se valorará el respeto y la coherencia de las prendas de ropa que lleven los participantes, así como su adecuación a la época histórica a la que pertenecen.&lt;span style="display:block; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;HERRAMIENTA ANTIGUA&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Podrá participar cualquier herramienta u objeto antiguo relacionado con la agricultura o los oficios de antaño. Podrá llevarse de forma individual o formando parte de una carroza, carro, carruaje o comparsa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;LÍNEA B (“FOGUERONS”)&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las bases consideran que el &lt;em&gt;fogueró &lt;/em&gt;es un montaje de leña bien compuesto en la base y con diversas figuras representativas de la fiesta colocadas encima.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1. Composición del &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;fogueró&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;strong&gt; (disposición de la leña).&lt;/strong&gt; Se valorará el montaje y las proporciones. Se entiende que actualmente la leña es muy costosa y que pueden realizarse distintos tipos de montajes. El jurado valorará especialmente aquellos &lt;em&gt;foguerons&lt;/em&gt; que presenten una cantidad de leña y troncos adecuada a la dimensión del &lt;em&gt;fogueró&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;span style="display:block; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2. Referencia a las fiestas de Sant Antoni, a las tradiciones mallorquinas y a la agricultura.&lt;/strong&gt; Se valorarán especialmente los &lt;em&gt;foguerons&lt;/em&gt; que representen alguna escena de la tradición mallorquina o que tengan un espíritu crítico respecto a lo ocurrido en la sociedad manacorina durante el último año. Las figuras que representen la cuadrilla de demonios y Sant Antoni de Manacor se valorarán más que cualquier otra representación que difiera de la propia del municipio.&lt;span style="display:block; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3. Decoración artística, elaboración de las figuras, detalles destacables y acabados del decorado.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4. Contenido de las glosas expuestas.&lt;/strong&gt; Se entiende que las glosas deben ser críticas, pero nunca ofensivas hacia ninguna persona o colectivo. Las glosas tienen una estructura muy concreta (versos de 7 sílabas, rima abba), por lo que se valorará que las expuestas sigan esta estructura con la mayor fidelidad posible.&lt;span style="display:block; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#434343"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3. Beneficiarios&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Pueden ser beneficiarios de las ayudas previstas en esta convocatoria:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Personas físicas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Personas jurídicas con capacidad de obrar&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Entidades sin personalidad jurídica.&lt;span style="display:block; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#434343"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4. Requisitos para acceder a los premios&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#666666"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;LÍNEA A:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;DNI o NIE de la persona solicitante.&lt;span style="display:block; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Número de teléfono y correo electrónico.&lt;span style="display:block; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Número de cuenta bancaria donde se desee cobrar el premio, si procede.&lt;span style="display:block; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Declaración responsable de no encontrarse inhabilitado para obtener subvenciones de las administraciones públicas y de estar al corriente de las obligaciones tributarias y con la Seguridad Social.&lt;span style="display:block; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Aceptación de las bases.&lt;span style="display:block; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Consentimiento para que el Ayuntamiento pueda difundir fotografías de las “beneïdes”.&lt;span style="display:block; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Estar al corriente de las obligaciones fiscales con la Hacienda Municipal.&lt;span style="display:block; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#666666"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;LÍNEA B:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Nombre de la persona solicitante. En caso de APIMA, asociación o empresa, el titular será el nombre de la entidad.&lt;span style="display:block; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Los realizadores de &lt;em&gt;foguerons &lt;/em&gt;deberán tener en cuenta la seguridad, estableciendo un perímetro de seguridad y respetando la ubicación y dimensiones determinadas por las autoridades municipales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;5. Crédito y partida presupuestaria&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Los beneficiarios de los premios económicos municipales estarán obligados a cumplir las siguientes condiciones:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Llevar a cabo la actividad objeto del premio de acuerdo con las condiciones establecidas.&lt;span style="display:block; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Comunicar al Ayuntamiento de Manacor las modificaciones que se hayan producido y que sean causa de la concesión o cumplimiento de la subvención.&lt;span style="display:block; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. Someterse a las actuaciones de fiscalización y control de la Intervención del Ayuntamiento de Manacor.&lt;span style="display:block; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#434343"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;7. Procedimiento para la presentación de solicitudes (tramitación, presentación y plazo)&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El hecho de participar en el concurso implica la aceptación de todas las bases y normas del mismo, así como los acuerdos adoptados por el jurado, que serán inapelables.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El plazo para la presentación de solicitudes será hasta el día &lt;strong&gt;13 de enero a las 14:00 h&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Cualquier solicitud presentada fuera de plazo no será admitida a trámite.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#666666"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;7.1 Presentación&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las solicitudes para el concurso se formularán ante el Ayuntamiento y según los modelos oficiales, acompañando siempre la documentación indicada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Podrán presentarse de acuerdo con lo establecido en el artículo 16.4 de la Ley 39/2015:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TELEMÁTICAMENTE:&lt;/strong&gt; mediante la Sede Electrónica del Ayuntamiento de Manacor (obligatorio para los sujetos del artículo 14.2 y 3 de la Ley 39/2015),&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRESENCIALMENTE:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt; en el Registro General de Entrada del Ayuntamiento de Manacor, de 08:30 a 14:00 h.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#434343"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;8.&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;Criterios&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las solicitudes se resolverán por orden de entrada en el Registro General del Ayuntamiento de Manacor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Los criterios de referencia que servirán para determinar las cuantías subvencionables serán los siguientes, atendiendo a cada una de las 2 líneas previstas:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Línea A: “beneïdes”&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El jurado calificará a los participantes teniendo en cuenta todo aquello que haga referencia a la figura de Sant Antoni, a las tradiciones populares y a todo lo relacionado con la festividad del santo. Los acuerdos adoptados por el jurado serán inapelables.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Línea B: “foguerons”&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Se valorará positivamente la buena ortografía en las glosas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Se realizarán tres menciones especiales a:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las glosas mejor elaboradas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La leña mejor presentada y colocada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La calidad artística del&lt;em&gt; fogueró&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Estas menciones se otorgarán siempre que el jurado considere que existe suficiente calidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Cada apartado tendrá una valoración de 0 a 10, excepto el apartado 3, que tendrá un valor de 0 a 20. La puntuación máxima que puede obtener un &lt;em&gt;fogueró&lt;/em&gt; es de 150 puntos. La puntuación obtenida de cada &lt;em&gt;fogueró&lt;/em&gt; será la suma de todos los puntos obtenidos.&lt;span style="display:block; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. En caso de empate, los miembros del jurado decidirán la forma de deshacerlo mediante deliberación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Se tendrá en cuenta la puntuación obtenida en el punto 3. En caso de desacuerdo en la deliberación, el presidente, que será uno de los tres miembros del jurado, decidirá cuál es el orden final.&lt;span style="display:block; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. No se permitirá participar en el concurso, ni se valorará, ningún &lt;em&gt;fogueró&lt;/em&gt; que tenga temática insultante hacia una persona o colectivo.&lt;span style="display:block; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. Todos los objetos y figuras que formen parte del &lt;em&gt;fogueró&lt;/em&gt; en el momento de la visita del jurado deberán ser quemados.&lt;span style="display:block; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;5. Las glosas deberán entregarse en un documento impreso en el momento de la visita del jurado al &lt;em&gt;fogueró&lt;/em&gt;. La entrega de este documento sumará 10 puntos a la puntuación del &lt;em&gt;fogueró&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;span style="display:block; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#434343"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;9. Procedimiento, resolución y pago de la subvención&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#666666"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;9.1&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;Las subvenciones se concederán mediante procedimiento de concurrencia competitiva según lo establecido en el artículo 22 de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, General de Subvenciones, y de acuerdo con los principios de publicidad, transparencia, objetividad, igualdad y no discriminación, conforme a lo establecido en las bases y la convocatoria que las regulan.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#666666"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;9.2&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;El órgano competente para la ordenación y la instrucción del procedimiento de concesión de la ayuda prevista en esta convocatoria es el Departamento de Fiestas. No obstante, se procede a crear una comisión técnica evaluadora/jurado, en cumplimiento del artículo 22.1 de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, General de Subvenciones, para que emita informe respecto al resultado de la evaluación de las solicitudes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La Comisión resolverá de forma motivada en un plazo no superior a tres días, contados a partir del día de finalización de las beneïdes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La Comisión Técnica Evaluadora estará integrada por un presidente, un secretario (miembro del Patronato de Sant Antoni, sin voz ni voto) y dos vocales. Los miembros del jurado serán designados por el Patronato de Sant Antoni y estarán relacionados con el mundo cultural manacorí en general.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El jurado calificará a los participantes de las beneïdes teniendo en cuenta todo aquello que haga referencia a la figura de Sant Antoni, a las tradiciones populares y a todo lo relacionado con la festividad del santo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Si el jurado calificador lo considera conveniente, se podrá declarar desierto el concurso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Los participantes de este concurso aceptan el resultado de la votación popular realizada por el medio facilitado y el veredicto del jurado en caso de empate.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#666666"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;9.3&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;Recibidas las solicitudes, el órgano competente deberá instruir los procedimientos, comprobar el cumplimiento de los requisitos exigidos en estas bases y en la convocatoria correspondiente y, en su caso, requerir a los solicitantes que aporten toda la documentación e información complementaria que se estime oportuna para fundamentar su solicitud, o que subsanen los defectos apreciados en la solicitud, en el plazo de cinco (5) días hábiles, con advertencia de que, en caso de no presentar subsanación, se les tendrá por desistidos del procedimiento, previa resolución al respecto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Además, este órgano podrá realizar de oficio todas las actuaciones que considere necesarias y convenientes para la determinación, conocimiento y comprobación de los datos que figuren en las solicitudes, en virtud de los cuales se valorarán las solicitudes para la resolución del expediente de concesión del premio del concurso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La Comisión Técnica Evaluadora, con los datos aportados en la instancia presentada en el Ayuntamiento, creará un grupo de WhatsApp para informar a los responsables de los foguerons del recorrido que realizará el jurado. Se deberá tener muy en cuenta que el número de teléfono móvil que se facilite en la instancia deberá ser el de la persona que estará en el &lt;em&gt;fogueró&lt;/em&gt; en el momento de la visita del jurado, no necesariamente el de quien realice la inscripción del &lt;em&gt;fogueró&lt;/em&gt; en el concurso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La Comisión Técnica Evaluadora designada emitirá un informe respecto al resultado de la evaluación efectuada sobre la totalidad de las solicitudes, indicando los beneficiarios y las cuantías de las subvenciones correspondientes a cada uno, así como aquellas que deban ser desestimadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#666666"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;9.4&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;El órgano competente procederá a la redacción y notificación de la propuesta de resolución de la concesión del premio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Los premios se notificarán en las redes sociales del Patronato los días 16 y 17 de enero tan pronto como sea posible.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#666666"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;9.5&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;El órgano competente para resolver y conceder la subvención es la Junta de Gobierno Local. La resolución de concesión determinará la cuantía concedida e incorporará, en su caso, las condiciones y obligaciones a las que está sujeta la persona beneficiaria. Dicha resolución será notificada a los interesados con indicación de los recursos pertinentes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#434343"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;10. Normativa de aplicación&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. En todo lo no previsto en estas bases se estará a lo dispuesto en la Ordenanza General de Subvenciones del Ayuntamiento de Manacor, publicada en el Boletín de las Illes Balears n.º 175, de 24 de noviembre de 2007. Asimismo, son aplicables los preceptos básicos de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, General de Subvenciones; la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del régimen jurídico del sector público, así como el resto de disposiciones legales y reglamentarias que resulten de aplicación.&lt;span style="display:block; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Para resolver todas las cuestiones no previstas en estas bases y para interpretar las dudas que puedan surgir en su aplicación, es competente el órgano con facultades para aprobar las bases, que queda autorizado para dictar aquellos actos que sean necesarios.&lt;span style="display:block; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#434343"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;11. Publicidad&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El texto íntegro de estas bases y convocatoria se publica en la web municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las personas beneficiarias deberán hacer constar la colaboración del Ayuntamiento de Manacor en la ejecución de las acciones/actividades, en toda la documentación y publicidad generada por el citado proyecto, en particular en los carteles, folletos, anuncios y otros elementos de propaganda utilizados para darlo a conocer, y en los vídeos, programas informáticos o cualquier otro medio de difusión que sirva de soporte del producto resultante de la colaboración, mediante la inclusión del logotipo del Ayuntamiento de Manacor, de conformidad con el artículo 18 de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, General de Subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#434343"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;12. Información y asesoramiento&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Pueden dirigirse al Departamento de Fiestas a la dirección de correo electrónico &lt;strong&gt;festes@manacor.org&lt;/strong&gt; o a las oficinas centrales, ubicadas en la calle Major, nº 22, tercera planta, teléfono 971 84 91 00, extensión 2005.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#434343"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;13. Protección de datos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;De conformidad con lo previsto en la Ley Orgánica 3/2018, de 5 de diciembre, de protección de datos personales y garantía de los derechos digitales:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El responsable del tratamiento de los datos de los interesados es el Ayuntamiento de Manacor (CIF P0703300D, calle del Convent, 1, Illes Balears), único destinatario de la información aportada voluntariamente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La finalidad del tratamiento de los datos es gestionar la solicitud de subvención en régimen de concurrencia competitiva para promover y facilitar el acceso al deporte de competición y a su práctica individual y colectiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El tiempo de conservación de los datos es el plazo de vigencia de este expediente. No obstante, los datos se conservarán con fines de archivo de interés público o fines estadísticos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El Ayuntamiento de Manacor está legitimado para el tratamiento de los datos en el ejercicio de los poderes públicos o competencias propias.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Los datos no se cederán a terceras personas ajenas al Ayuntamiento de Manacor, salvo que deban ser comunicados a otras entidades públicas por imperativo legal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Los interesados tienen derecho a acceder a sus datos y solicitar su rectificación o, en su caso, cancelación, oposición o supresión. Pueden solicitar la limitación o, en su caso, oponerse al tratamiento de sus datos. Para ejercer estos derechos, el interesado podrá hacerlo de las siguientes maneras:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b) Presencialmente, mediante escrito presentado en el Registro General del Ayuntamiento de Manacor, o a través de cualquiera de los medios establecidos en el artículo 16.4 de la Ley 39/2015.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Contra esta resolución, que pone fin a la vía administrativa, potestativamente se podrá interponer recurso de reposición ante la Alcaldía del Ayuntamiento de Manacor en el plazo de un mes, contado a partir del día siguiente a la fecha de publicación de esta convocatoria en el Boletín de las Illes Balears, o directamente recurso contencioso-administrativo ante el juzgado de lo contencioso-administrativo competente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Todo ello de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el artículo 52.1 de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, reguladora de las bases del régimen local; los artículos 123 y 124 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas; y los artículos 8.1, 25.1 y 46.1 de la Ley 28/1988, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción contencioso-administrativa, sin perjuicio de que se puedan interponer cualesquiera otros recursos que se estimen pertinentes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
