&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El nombramiento como funcionarios en prácticas surtirá efectos desde la fecha del comienzo del curso de capacitación en la Escuela Balear de Seguridad Pública de las Illes Balears, que está previsto para el próximo día 21 de enero de 2026.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El nombramiento del aspirante como funcionarios en prácticas deberá mantenerse hasta que sean nombrados como funcionarios de carrera, si es necesario, o calificados como no aptos, de acuerdo con el artículo 177 del Decreto 40/2019.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGUNDO.-&lt;/strong&gt; Publicar la presente Resolución en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares (BOIB) así como en la sede electrónica del Ayuntamiento [ https://sapobla.eadministracio.cat/ ] y en el portal de transparencia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
