    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La Concejalía delegada de Interior y Recursos humanos mediante Decreto de la Alcaldía núm. 6773 de fecha 30 de diciembre de 2025 ha resuelto aprobar, a la vista de los resultados de la convocatoria de pruebas selectivas para cubrir, como funcionarios de carrera, dieciocho plazas de policía local al servicio del Ayuntamiento de Marratxí, lo siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a. Nombrar policías locales del Ayuntamiento de Marratxí, funcionarios en prácticas, con efectividad del día siguiente al de la publicación del presente nombramiento en el Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears, a las personas aspirantes siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Abraham Arcos, Arnau (431xxxxxH).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;18. Suau Janer, Laura (432xxxxxY).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b. Las personas aspirantes nombradas en el presente decreto tomarán posesión como funcionarios en prácticas en la fecha de 21 de enero de 2026, fecha en que tendrá inicio por parte de la EBAP del curso básico de capacitación para acceder a la categoría de policía del cuerpo de policía local para el año 2026.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;c. Los policías locales funcionarios en prácticas nombrados en el apartado primero de la presente resolución, mientras dure el período de prácticas, percibirán sus retribuciones de acuerdo con lo establecido en el artículo 34.bis de la Ley 4/2013, de 17 de julio, de coordinación de las policías locales de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;d. Acordar la publicación del presente Decreto en el Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears, comunicándolo al negociado de Seguridad ciudadana a los efectos correspondientes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;e. Comunicar el inicio de las prácticas a la Junta de Personal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;f. Contra la citada resolución, podrá interponerse el recurso de reposición establecido en los artículos 52 LBRL y 123 LPAC, en el plazo de un mes a contar del día siguiente al de la publicación del presente edicto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El citado recurso se entenderá desestimado si transcurre otro mes sin que se notifique su resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Contra lo resuelto en el recurso de reposición, que pone fin a la vía administrativa, se podrá interponer recurso contencioso administrativo en el plazo de DOS MESES a contar del día siguiente al de la notificación del acto si éste fuera expreso. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Si no lo fuera, el plazo será de SEIS MESES a contar del día siguiente a aquel, en que, de acuerdo con la su normativa específica, se produjera el acto presunto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;No obstante, podrá utilizar cualquier otro recurso si lo cree conveniente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
