&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En el BOIB núm. 29, de 6 de marzo de 2025, se publicó la Resolución del presidente de la AETIB, de 4 de marzo, por la que se aprueban los pliegos de las condiciones generales que deben regir la tramitación de los expedientes de contratación que se deriven de las solicitudes de patrocinios con entidades privadas para eventos singulares culturales y deportivos que generen repercusión mediática mínima para las marcas de las Islas Baleares y la Agencia de Estrategia. Turística de las Islas Baleares (AETIB), durante los años 2025,2026 y 2027. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;De una primera lectura de la convocatoria se ha advertido un error material en la Resolución del presidente de la AETIB de fecha de 4 de marzo de 2025 y en concreto en el Anexo A de los Pliegos de condiciones generales que deben regir la convocatoria pública para la tramitación de los expedientes de contratación que se deriven de las solicitudes de patrocinios con entidades privadas para eventos singulares culturales y deportivos que generen repercusión mediática. mínima para las marcas de las Islas Baleares y la Agencia de Estrategia Turística de las Islas Baleares (AETIB), durante los años 2025,2026 y 2027, en concreto, se ha observado que dado que la convocatoria se publicó en el mes de marzo de 2025 y que, para esta anualidad, sólo se podían considerar para el patrocinio los acontecimientos celebrados a partir del 25 de marzo,&amp;nbsp; no se incluyeron los meses anteriores, enero y febrero. Dado que la convocatoria también queda abierta para las anualidades 2026 y 2027, en las que los eventos son elegibles desde el 1 de enero del año correspondiente, resulta necesario incorporar la valoración de los eventos que se lleven a cabo durante los meses de enero y febrero.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fundamentos de derecho&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1.- El artículo 109.2 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común, establece que &amp;quot;Las administraciones podrán, asimismo, rectificar en cualquier momento, de oficio o a instancia de los interesados, los errores materiales, de hecho o aritméticos existentes en sus actos&amp;quot;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2.- El artículo 56 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de régimen jurídico de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares, dispone que la revocación de los actos de gravamen o desfavorables y la rectificación de los errores materiales, aritméticos y de hecho en actos y disposiciones administrativas corresponde al órgano que ha dictado el acto o la disposición&amp;quot;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Por todo ello, dicto la siguiente,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resolución&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero.-&lt;/strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="margin-bottom: 0cm; margin-top: 0cm"&gt;Rectificar el error advertido en la Resolución del Presidente de la AETIB de fecha de 4 de marzo de 2025 y en concreto en el apartado 3.1 del Anexo A de los Pliegos de condiciones generales que deben regir la convocatoria pública para la tramitación de los expedientes de contratación que se deriven de las solicitudes de patrocinios con entidades privadas para acontecimientos singulares culturales y deportivos que generen repercusión mediática mínima para las marcas de las Islas Baleares y la Agencia de Estrategia Turística de las Islas Baleares (AETIB), durante los años 2025,2026 y 2027.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="margin-bottom: 0cm; margin-top: 0cm"&gt;En el siguiente sentido:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En el apartado 3.1.1 Características del evento incluido en el apartado 3.1 VALORACIÓN OBJETIVA DEL EVENTO Y ACREDITACIÓN JUSTIFICATIVA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1. Fechas previstas para la realización del evento. &lt;strong&gt;Máximo 10 puntos. &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Indicar el mes en que tiene lugar el evento. Se puede seleccionar como máximo una de las opciones indicadas. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En caso de que el evento se desarrolle en dos meses, se debe indicar el mes en que se ejecute la mayor parte del evento, en caso de igualdad de días se indicará el mes que más puntuación tenga asignada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Contra esta resolución —que agota la vía administrativa— se puede interponer recurso potestativo de reposición ante el presidente de la AETIB en el plazo de un mes a contar desde el día siguiente de su publicación en el BOIB, de acuerdo con lo establecido en el artículo 57 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de régimen jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares (BOIB núm. 44,&amp;nbsp; de 3 de abril) y el artículo 123 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, de procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas (BOE núm. 236, de 2 de octubre).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;También se puede interponer recurso contencioso administrativo ante el juzgado de lo contencioso administrativo, en el plazo de dos meses desde el día siguiente al de la publicación en el BOIB, de acuerdo con lo establecido en el artículo 46 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, de la jurisdicción contencioso-administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
