    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;De acuerdo con lo previsto en los artículos 17.3.b i 20.8.a de la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, General de Subvenciones y en la Ordenanza general reguladora de la concesión de subvenciones del Ayuntamiento de Santa Margalida , se publica el acuerdo del Pleno adoptado en fecha 27 de noviembre de 2025 en virtud del que se ha aprobado la convocatoria de becas que el Ajuntament concederá durante seis meses durante el ejercicio 2026 para la formación de cinco personas físicas con discapacidad y, prioritariamente, a aquellas que hayan participado en algún proyecto de formación, integración y ocupación, mediante la realización de prácticas formativas en el Ajuntament de Santa Margalida, que ha sido enviada a la Base de Datos Nacional de Subvenciones con el número de código 872036 BDNS y que a continuación se transcribe: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Lo que se hace público en cumplimiento de las disposiciones vigentes. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. OBJETO Y FINALIDAD.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. El objeto de la presente convocatoria es regular las ayudas económicas que el Ayuntamiento de Santa Margalida concederá durante&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; seis meses dentro del ejercicio 2026&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, la formación en el Ayuntamiento de Santa Margalida de cinco personas físicas con discapacidad y, prioritariamente, a aquellas que hayan participado en algún proyecto de formación, integración y empleo, mediante la realización de prácticas formativas en el Ayuntamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. La finalidad de estas subvenciones es mejorar y complementar la formación académica y práctica de estas personas, así como contribuir a su preparación de cara a su inserción en el mundo laboral de las administraciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;DESTINATARIOS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las becas están destinadas a personas discapacitadas y, prioritariamente, a aquellas que hayan participado en algún proyecto de formación, integración y empleo para la inserción laboral de personas con alguna discapacidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. CONSIGNACIÓN PRESUPUESTARIA.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el proyecto de presupuesto municipal 2026, se consignará crédito adecuado y suficiente por un importe de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;12.000,00.-€, para hacer frente a las becas objeto de la presente convocatoria, con cargo a la siguiente aplicación presupuestaria: 231 48908 "Becas personas con discapacidad".&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. PERSONAS BENEFICIARIAS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Pueden ser personas beneficiarias de las becas objeto de la presente convocatoria aquellas personas físicas que reúnan los siguientes requisitos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a. Tener una discapacidad valorada por el organismo competente superior o igual al 33%.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b. Ser residente en Santa Margalida con una antigüedad mínima desde el 31 de diciembre de 2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c. Haber participado en algún proyecto de formación, integración y empleo para la inserción laboral.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d. No hallarse desarrollando ningún trabajo remunerado ni en situación de alta o alta asimilada a la Seguridad Social y/o ser persona perceptora de ningún tipo de prestación económica proveniente de ninguna administración pública y/o entidad privada, exceptuando dependencia y pensiones, contributivas y no contributivas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e. Poseer la capacidad suficiente para desarrollar la actividad formativa objeto de la presente beca. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f. Nivel A1 de catalán. En caso de no tenerlo se realizará la prueba correspondiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Podrá obtener la condición de persona beneficiaría de las ayudas las personas en quienes no concurra la circunstancia indicada en la letra c) del apartado anterior, siempre y cuando no participen en el procedimiento con otras personas en las que si concurra tal circunstancia. En este caso, el informe de idoneidad o aptitud para el desarrollo de las tareas objeto de beca a que se refiere la letra e) de la Base 7.3 será emitido por el personal técnico municipal de servicios sociales, previamente a la resolución del procedimiento atribuido a la Junta de Gobierno.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. No podrán obtener la condición de persona beneficiaria de las ayudas las personas en quienes concurra alguna de las circunstancias que se indican en los apartados 2 y 3 del artículo 13 de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones y en el artículo 8 de la Ordenanza general reguladora de las subvenciones del Ayuntamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. ACTIVIDADES BECADAS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Son objeto de beca la realización de las prácticas o actividades formativas en el Ayuntamiento de Santa Margalida que complementen la formación de las personas beneficiarias. Sin embargo, y excepcionalmente, también será objeto de beca el aprendizaje en la realización de algún oficio. Éstas consistirán en tareas propias del puesto asignado a la persona, tales como actividades de los departamentos donde se inscriba la persona y que sean orientadas a su categoría: tareas administrativas, de atención al público, tareas de archivo, de ordenanza y de limpieza.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. El lugar previsto para el desarrollo de estas tareas será preferentemente el edificio del Consistorio, la Biblioteca, Punt Verd, Centro de Día y Servicios Sociales. Esto es, los departamentos de Cultura y Patrimonio, Medio Ambiente, Limpieza y Servicios Sociales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Estas prácticas o este aprendizaje se desarrollará durante 20 horas a la semana y tendrán una duración de 6 meses.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. RÉGIMEN DE LA CONCESIÓN. COMPATIBILIDAD O INCOMPATIBILIDAD CON OTRAS SUBVENCIONES.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Las becas objeto de la presente convocatoria se concederán en régimen de concurrencia competitiva de cuantas solicitudes cumplan los requisitos exigidos en estas bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Las ayudas económicas objeto de la presente convocatoria son incompatibles con el desarrollo de cualquier trabajo remunerado y con lo establecido en la Base 4.1 d).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. La adjudicación de otras subvenciones, ayudas, ingresos o recursos por la misma finalidad, provenientes de cualquier administración o ente público o privado, autonómicos, nacionales, de la Unión Europea o de organismos internacionales serán incompatibles con las becas del Ayuntamiento de Santa Margalida.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. La concesión de las becas objeto de la presente convocatoria no supondrá en ningún caso prestación de servicios, ni relación laboral o de funcionariado con el Ayuntamiento de Santa Margalida o con el lugar donde el beneficiario lleve a cabo el proceso de formación. Sin embargo, no supone ningún compromiso ni derecho de posterior incorporación de la persona becaria a la plantilla municipal una vez finalizada la beca otorgada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. El Ayuntamiento se hará cargo de una póliza de seguros que cubra a las personas que ostenten la condición de becarias durante la realización de las actividades objeto de beca, tanto en lo que se refiere a las posibles responsabilidades civiles frente a terceros como en lo que respecta a los accidentes personales que puedan ocurrir como consecuencia de la realización de la actividad becada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7. PRESENTACIÓN DE SOLICITUDES. PLAZO, LUGAR Y FORMA.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. El plazo para presentar las solicitudes será de 10 días hábiles desde el día siguiente a la publicación de la convocatoria en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares. Si el último día fuese inhábil, debe entenderse prorrogado hasta el primer día hábil siguiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Las solicitudes deberán formularse, obligatoriamente, mediante el trámite electrónico habilitado al efecto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Las solicitudes se formularán siguiendo el trámite habilitado y deberá adjuntarse la siguiente documentación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a. DNI/NIE/Pasaporte de la persona solicitante&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b. Certificado de empadronamiento anterior al 31 de diciembre de 2023. La presentación de la solicitud de la beca implicará, salvo que expresamente se manifieste lo contrario, la autorización de la persona solicitante para que el órgano otorgante obtenga de forma directa el citado certificado de empadronamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c. Certificado discapacitado en vigor emitido por el organismo competente que lo haya realizado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d. Si procede, justificante de haber superado el proyecto de formación, integración y empleo para la inserción laboral en la que haya participado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e. En su caso, informe emitido por el técnico responsable del lugar donde la persona haya realizado el proyecto de formación, integración y empleo para la inserción laboral, especificando la idoneidad y aptitud de la mencionada persona para el desarrollo de las tareas objeto de beca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f. Currículum Vitae de la persona solicitante, donde se detallen los trabajos y prácticas realizados, así como la tipología de formación recibida.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;g. Toda aquella otra documentación que se considere necesaria a efectos de puntuación conforme a los criterios de la Base Novena.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;h. Documentación que acredite los conocimientos del nivel A1 de catalán. En caso de no poseerlo se realizará correspondiente prueba.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;i. Certificado bancario que acredite la cuenta corriente o la libreta en la que debe ingresarse el importe de la beca a nombre de la persona becaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;j. Declaración de que la persona aspirante no recibe ninguna ayuda más por el mismo concepto, que no tiene ninguna relación laboral o contractual que implique la realización de un trabajo remunerado, que no se encuentra en situación de alta u otra asimilada a la Seguridad Social y que no percibe ninguna prestación económica proveniente de ninguna administración pública y/o entidad privada exceptuando dependencia y pensiones, contributivas y no contribuciones establecidas en la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, General de Subvenciones&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;k. Declaración responsable de estar al corriente en el cumplimiento de las obligaciones tributarias ante la Tesorería General de la Seguridad Social, ante la Agencia Tributaria y ante este Ayuntamiento. La presentación de la solicitud de la beca implicará, salvo que expresamente se manifieste lo contrario, la autorización de la persona solicitante para que el órgano otorgante obtenga de forma directa la acreditación del cumplimiento de estas obligaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. En caso de que la documentación exigida ya esté en poder del Ayuntamiento, la persona aspirante, siempre que no hayan transcurrido más de cinco años desde la finalización del procedimiento de que formen parte, podrá hacer uso de su derecho a no presentarla, haciendo constar la fecha, el procedimiento y el órgano o dependencia en que fueron presentados o emitidos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. Si la solicitud no reúne los requisitos establecidos en estas bases y en la convocatoria, se requerirá a la persona interesada para que en el plazo máximo de 10 días subsane las deficiencias, advirtiéndola que si no lo hace se la tendrá por desistida de su petición, previa resolución que se dictará en los términos previstos en el artículo 62 de la Ley 39 Común de las Administraciones Públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. Cualquiera de los órganos que intervienen en el procedimiento de concesión podrá, en cualquier momento del proceso, solicitar al interesado la información complementaria, los datos y las acreditaciones que estime necesarias.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8. PROCEDIMIENTO DE CONCESIÓN. INICIO, INSTRUCCIÓN Y RESOLUCIÓN.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. El procedimiento de concesión de estas becas se iniciará de oficio, mediante acuerdo del Ayuntamiento Pleno que aprobará la convocatoria. La convocatoria será publicada en la Base Nacional de Subvenciones, en el BOIB y en la sede electrónica de este Ayuntamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. El órgano instructor del procedimiento de concesión corresponde a la Concejalía de Servicios Sociales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Se constituirá una Comisión Evaluadora compuesta por los siguientes miembros:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Sr. Martí Àngel Torres Valls, Alcalde del Ayuntamiento que actuará como Presidente de la Mesa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

La Comisión Evaluadora se reunirá para examinar si las personas solicitantes cumplen con todos los requisitos necesarios para acceder a las becas y evaluar las solicitudes conforme a los criterios de valoración establecidos en estas Bases y en la Convocatoria. De todo lo actuado en esta reunión se levantará acta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. El órgano instructor, a la vista del expediente y del acta de la reunión de la Comisión, formulará propuesta de resolución provisional, debidamente motivada, que se publicará en la web del Ayuntamiento, abriéndose un plazo de 3 días hábiles para presentar alegaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El instructor incorporará al expediente una diligencia firmada por la persona responsable en la que conste lugar y fecha de publicación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Por lo que respecta a la presentación de alegaciones se estará a lo establecido por la presentación de solicitudes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. Si no se presentan alegaciones dentro del plazo concedido, la propuesta de resolución formulada tendrá carácter de definitiva. En otro caso, una vez examinadas las alegaciones presentadas por las personas interesadas, el órgano instructor formulará propuesta de resolución definitiva, que deberá expresar el/la solicitante o la relación de solicitantes por los que se propone la concesión de la subvención, su cuantía, especificando su evaluación y los criterios de valoración seguidos para efectuarla.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La propuesta de resolución definitiva se publicará en la web del Ayuntamiento otorgando a los beneficiarios un plazo de 3 días hábiles para que comuniquen su aceptación. Se entenderá aceptada si dentro de ese plazo no se expresa lo contrario.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7. La competencia para resolver el procedimiento y conceder la subvención se atribuye a la Junta de Gobierno Local, que dictará esta resolución una vez dictada la propuesta de resolución definitiva y emitido informe de fiscalización por la Intervención Municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8. La resolución se publicará en el tablón de anuncios de la Sede Electrónica y en el Portal de Transparencia de la web del Ayuntamiento de Santa Margalida.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9. CRITERIOS QUE HAN DE REGIR EL OTORGAMIENTO Y CUANTÍA DE LAS BECAS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. La concesión de las becas de esta convocatoria se regirá por los principios de publicidad, concurrencia, objetividad, igualdad y no discriminación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Se otorgarán cinco becas durante un período de seis meses dentro del ejercicio 2026.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Si, finalizado el plazo para la presentación de las solicitudes, el número de solicitudes es igual al número de becas, se otorgarán todas, siempre y cuando los solicitantes reúnan los requisitos para acceder a la condición de beneficiario.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. En caso de que el número de solicitudes sea inferior al número de becas, se otorgarán a todos los aspirantes siempre y cuando reúnan los requisitos para acceder a la condición de beneficiario. En este caso, se podrá ampliar el período de seis meses inicialmente previsto para la duración de la beca hasta un plazo máximo de doce meses. El tiempo a ampliar se distribuirá entre los aspirantes a partes iguales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. En caso de que el número de solicitantes sea superior al número de becas, se procederá a la valoración y orientación de las solicitudes presentadas de acuerdo con la aplicación del baremo establecido en el apartado siguiente, otorgándose las becas a los cinco solicitantes que obtengan mayor puntuación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. Con el fin de establecer la puntuación de las solicitudes presentadas, los criterios de valoración a resolver serán los siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a. Personas con discapacidad con cargas familiares . 1 punto&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b. Personas todas solas| 1 punto&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c. Familias monoparentales con hijos. 1 punto&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d. Familias numerosas. 1 punto&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e. Criterios objetivos utilizados normalmente dentro de los protocolos de servicios sociales&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f. Haber participado en algún proyecto de formación, integración y empleo para la inserción laboral 10 puntos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7. Si dos o más solicitudes obtienen la misma puntuación, el desempate se regirá mediante el resultado de un informe firmado por las técnicas de servicios sociales que tendrá en cuenta el proceso de trabajo realizado en el expediente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8. Las personas que, reuniendo los requisitos de las beneficiarias, no obtengan las cinco mayores puntuaciones, pasarán a formar parte de una lista de suplentes de acuerdo con lo que se prevé en la Base Decimotercera. Esta lista sólo tendrá validez durante el plazo de vigencia de las becas objeto de las presentes bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9. El importe máximo de subvención será de 400,00 € cada mes, por persona becaria, con un máximo de 2.400,00 € por cada una, excepto en el caso previsto en el apartado 4 de la presente estipulación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;10. La cuantía de las becas tendrá como límite máximo el crédito consignado contemplado en estas bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;10. PLAZO DE RESOLUCIÓN Y NOTIFICACIÓN.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. El plazo máximo para resolver y notificar la resolución del procedimiento no podrá exceder de seis meses, a contar desde la publicación de la convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. El vencimiento del plazo máximo sin que se haya notificado la resolución legitima a los interesados ​​para entender desestimada por silencio administrativo la solicitud de la beca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;11. OBLIGACIONES DE LOS BENEFICIARIOS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las personas becarias deben cumplir las obligaciones establecidas en las disposiciones normativas que le son de aplicación y, en concreto, de la Ordenanza general reguladora de la concesión de subvenciones del Ayuntamiento de Santa Margalida (BOIB Núm. 142 de 29/09/2012 y BOIB Núm. 70 de 29/05/20 &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a. Aceptar y cumplir con la normativa del Ayuntamiento de Santa Margalida.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b. Realizar la actividad objeto de beca de acuerdo con las condiciones establecidas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c. Colaborar con el Ayuntamiento a efectos de acreditar que se ha realizado la actividad formativa que fundamenta la concesión de la beca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d. Comunicar al órgano competente para resolver de acuerdo con la Base 8.7 de la presente convocatoria la obtención de becas o ayudas por la misma finalidad no previstas inicialmente, así como cualquier eventualidad que altere el desarrollo de la actividad becada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e. Facilitar toda la información complementaria requerida por el Ayuntamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;12. JUSTIFICACIÓN Y ABONO DE LA BECA.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. La justificación de la beca se realizará mensualmente previa emisión de informe por parte de las técnicas de servicios sociales. El indicado informe se elaborará una vez analizada la información que la persona responsable del departamento donde se desarrollen las tareas les proporcionará por escrito relativa la efectiva realización de las prácticas formativas objeto de la presente beca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Por casos de enfermedad y/u otras situaciones que impidan a la persona realizar su trabajo, el equipo de formación correspondiente emitirá un informe sobre la idoneidad de percibir la beca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;No obstante, el Ayuntamiento de Santa Margalida podrá solicitar cualquier otra documentación que considere adecuada, dadas las circunstancias y características del caso. Si la documentación presentada es incompleta o incorrecta, se requerirá para que se complete o subsane la deficiencia en el plazo improrrogable de 10 días.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. El pago se realizará por mensualidades completas o fracción proporcional al tiempo que hayan disfrutado de la beca en caso de que la persona becaria inicie o finalice la actividad sin coincidir con el mes natural.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;13. REVOCACIÓN, RENUNCIA. SUPLENCIA Y REINTEGRO.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Las becas son de concesión voluntaria, revocables y reductibles si la persona becaria se ve afectada por alguna de las causas sobrevenidas previstas en la Ley, en la Ordenanza Municipal, así como en el caso de que incumpla alguna de las obligaciones previstas en estas bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. En estos casos, previa tramitación del correspondiente procedimiento administrativo, en caso de renuncia de la persona becaria (que deberá comunicarse al Ayuntamiento con una antelación mínima de quince días) o cuando concurra otra causa debidamente justificada que impida la realización de la actividad objeto de la beca, se sustituirá a la persona becaria de acuerdo con la lista de su la persona beneficiaria deberá reintegrar las cantidades percibidas y los intereses de demora que correspondan o se prorrogará la beca otorgada con las limitaciones establecidas en la estipulación 11.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En caso de que no exista lista de suplentes, los derechos de la persona renunciante podrán acrecentar los derechos de otros becarios con las limitaciones establecidas en la estipulación 9.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;14. INFRACCIONES O SANCIONES.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El incumplimiento de los requisitos establecidos en esta convocatoria o en la normativa de aplicación, dará lugar a la aplicación del régimen de infracciones y sanciones establecido en el Título V de la Ordenanza Municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;15. NORMATIVA APLICABLE.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Es de aplicación a estas Bases la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, General de Subvenciones; el Real Decreto 877/2006, de 21 de julio, por el que se aprueba el Reglamento de la Ley 38/2003; la Ordenanza General Reguladora de la Concesión de Subvenciones del Ayuntamiento de Santa Margalida (BOIB Núm.142 de 29/09/2012 y BOIB Núm. 70 de 29/05/2021); la Ley 39/2015, de 01 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas; la Ley 40/2015, de 01 de octubre, del Régimen Jurídico del Sector Público; el Real Decreto Legislativo 2/2004 por el que se aprueba el Texto Refundido de la Ley reguladora de las Haciendas Locales; las Bases de Ejecución del Presupuesto Municipal para el año 2026 y demás normativa que le resulte de aplicación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;16. RECURSOS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La resolución que recaiga en este procedimiento no pone fin a la vía administrativa. Contra ella podrá interponerse el recurso de reposición en el plazo de un mes a contar desde el día siguiente de su notificación. Alternativamente, y en el plazo de dos meses, se puede interponer ante el Juzgado de lo Contencioso-Administrativo recurso contencioso administrativo. Todo ello sin perjuicio de cualquier otro recurso que proceda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
