font-size:12px">En cumplimiento del artículo 91 de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, Reguladora de las Bases del Régimen Local, y del artículo 70 del texto refundido de la Ley del Estatuto Básico del Empleado Público, aprobado por el Real Decreto Legislativo 5/2015, de 30 de octubre.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Contra esta Resolución, los interesados podrán interponer recurso potestativo de reposición ante este Ayuntamiento, en el plazo de un mes a contar desde el día siguiente al de la publicación, de conformidad con lo dispuesto en los artículos 123 y 124 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Asimismo, podrán interponer alternativamente recurso contencioso-administrativo ante el Juzgado de lo Contencioso-Administrativo con sede en Palma de Mallorca, en el plazo de dos meses, de conformidad con lo establecido en los artículos 30, 112.3 y 114.1.c) de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, y 8, 10 y 46 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción contencioso-administrativa.</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">En caso de optar por la interposición del recurso de reposición, no se podrá interponer recurso contencioso-administrativo hasta que se haya notificado la resolución expresa del recurso de reposición o haya transcurrido un mes desde su interposición sin haberse recibido notificación, fecha en la que podrá entenderse desestimado por silencio administrativo.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif;
