    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El Sr. Alcalde, mediante Decreto núm 4991/2025, de 16 de diciembre de 2025, ha adoptado la siguiente resolución:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Habiendo finalizado el plazo para efectuar reclamaciones, subsanaciones o alegaciones a la lista provisional de admitidos y excluidos para formar parte del procedimiento selectivo por turno libre, para la selección de una plaza de TÉCNICO/A MEDIO DE RECURSOS HUMANOS, personal funcionario de carrera, mediante el sistema de concurso-oposición.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;De conformidad con las bases aprobadas junto con la convocatoria por la Junta de Gobierno Local, de fecha 18 de septiembre de 2025, publicadas en el BOIB núm 128, de 25 de septiembre de 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Visto que no se han presentado alegaciones a la lista provisional de admitidos y excluidos del procedimiento de selección.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Por el presente, de conformidad con lo dispuesto en los artículos de 21.1.h) de la Ley 7/1985 de 2 de abril, reguladora de las Bases de Régimen Local y 24.d) del Real Decreto Legislativo 781/1986, de 18 de abril, por el que se aprueba el Texto Refundido de las disposiciones legales vigentes en materia de Régimen Local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESUELVO &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
