OBJETO DE LA CONVOCATORIA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las presentes bases reguladoras tienen por objeto regular el procedimiento de selección para la cobertura de 1 plaza de Celador/a de Obra en EMAYA, Empresa Municipal de Aigües i Clavegueram S.A.-CCT.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La cobertura de plazas estructurales de plantilla propia de EMAYA se regirá en base a dos procedimientos, el de promoción interna – que regirá con carácter prioritario- y el concurso oposición. Las presentes bases regulan la convocatoria de la plaza por el procedimiento de concurso oposición abierto. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En todo lo no previsto en estas bases específicas de convocatoria, se aplicará lo dispuesto en el Convenio Colectivo Transversal de Emaya aprobado el 1 de abril de 2023 y lo dispuesto en la mesa negociadora competente. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;EMAYA declara su compromiso en el establecimiento y desarrollo de políticas que integren la igualdad de trato y oportunidades entre mujeres y hombres, sin discriminar directa o indirectamente por razón de género, así como en el impulso y fomento de medidas para conseguir la igualdad real en el seno de la organización, estableciendo la igualdad de oportunidades entre mujeres y hombres como un principio estratégico de nuestra Política Corporativa, de acuerdo con la definición de dicho principio que establece la Ley Orgánica 3/2007, de 22 de marzo, para la igualdad efectiva entre mujeres y hombres.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

CARACTERÍSTICAS DE LA OCUPACIÓN&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Misión. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Controlar la correcta ejecución de las obras realizadas por empresas externas, en coordinación y bajo la supervisión de la Dirección de obra, y con cualquier otro departamento de EMAYA implicado en la ejecución del proyecto, de acuerdo con las normativas técnicas aplicables en cada caso, y la legalidad vigente, con la finalidad de lograr que las obras se ejecuten, con el cumplimiento de los criterios de calidad, plazos y presupuesto asignado a las mismas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Funciones. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Definir la forma de ejecución y detalles de las obras a realizar, y su ámbito de ejecución, para llevarlas a cabo satisfactoriamente. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Definir la situación de la instalación (medición y replanteo topográfico del terreno, catas de investigación de servicios existentes, etc.), con el fin de valorar las características previas al comienzo de la obra.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;

	&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Supervisar la ejecución de la obra, resolviendo las incidencias, según lo estipulado en el proyecto, para verificar que se realiza correctamente. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Participar en reuniones de obra con la empresa contratista, para controlar la ejecución de la misma, y realizar posibles modificaciones con respecto al proyecto inicial. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Supervisar la interacción de la obra con el entorno urbano, para evitar posibles molestias a los ciudadanos (cortes de tráfico, ruido, suciedad producida, etc.), y solventarlas, dentro de lo posible, de manera eficiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Verificar el cumplimiento de la normativa de salud laboral y medioambiental por el contratista, para evitar posibles infracciones en este ámbito, e informar si se produjeran. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Efectuar, entre otras pruebas de calidad, pruebas de presión y estanqueidad en las tuberías instaladas, para comprobar su buen funcionamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Realizar tomas de datos y mediciones, para tener un control veraz sobre el proyecto en ejecución. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Colaborar con otros departamentos de EMAYA dentro de la obra, para que realicen los servicios que les corresponden (conexión de tuberías, movimiento de contenedores, etc.).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Realizar la comprobación del estado de otras obras (incluyendo el período de garantía) de EMAYA, para revisar el estado de pavimentos e instalaciones, y mantener su buen mantenimiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Informar de las obras realizadas a los departamentos de proyectos y topografía, para su registro en planos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Estas funciones procuran describir la naturaleza y el nivel de trabajo general ejercido por el personal asignado a este puesto de trabajo. No es una lista exhaustiva ni excluyente de todas las responsabilidades, funciones y destrezas requeridas para el trabajo. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. REQUISITOS DE LAS PERSONAS ASPIRANTES&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Para ser admitidas en el proceso selectivo, las personas aspirantes deberán reunir los siguientes requisitos a la fecha de finalización del plazo de presentación de solicitudes, durante el proceso selectivo y mantenerse hasta el momento de la incorporación a la plaza:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Requisitos generales:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:80px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Haber presentado la solicitud de participación en el proceso selectivo en tiempo y forma, y si procede, rellenar la declaración responsable junto con la hoja de autobaremación de méritos, de acuerdo con el modelo que se incorpora en esta convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:80px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Carnet de conducir B.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Requisitos específicos para el procedimiento de concurso oposición abierto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:80px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Tener la nacionalidad española o tener la nacionalidad de alguno de los demás Estados miembros de la Unión Europea o nacional de algún Estado en el que, en virtud de los tratados internacionales suscritos por la Unión Europea y ratificados por España, sea de aplicación la libre circulación de trabajadores, con excepción de aquellos puestos de trabajo que directa o indirectamente impliquen una participación en el ejercicio del poder público o en las funciones que tienen por objeto la salvaguarda de los intereses del Estado o de las Administraciones Públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:80px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Tener cumplidos 18 años de edad y no exceder, en su caso, de la edad máxima de jubilación ordinaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:80px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Tener las capacidades y aptitudes físicas y psíquicas que sean necesarias para el ejercicio de las funciones correspondientes. Las personas aspirantes que accedan a plazas reservadas para discapacitados deberán tener acreditado el grado igual o superior al 33% y lo deberán acreditar en el momento de la presentación de instancias, también deberán solicitar en la misma instancia las adaptaciones que consideren adecuadas para llevar a cabo las pruebas selectivas. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:80px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. No haber sido separada mediante expediente disciplinario del servicio o no haber sido despedida disciplinariamente (salvo declaración firme de improcedencia) de cualquier empresa del sector público, ni encontrarse con inhabilitación absoluta o especial para empleos o cargos públicos por resolución judicial. En el caso de ser nacional de otros Estados, no hallarse inhabilitada o en situación equivalente ni haber sido sometida a sanción disciplinaria o equivalente que impida, en su Estado, en los mismos términos el acceso al empleo en el sector público (declaración responsable). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:80px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. Antes de acceder a la plaza, la persona interesada deberá hacer constar que no ocupa ningún puesto de trabajo ni realiza ninguna actividad en el sector público delimitado por el Art.1 de la ley 53/1984, y que no percibe pensión o prestación incompatible. Si realiza alguna actividad privada, incluida la de carácter profesional, deberá declararlo en el plazo de diez días contados a partir del día del inicio de la relación laboral, para que el órgano competente acuerde la declaración de compatibilidad o de incompatibilidad. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:80px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;​​​​​​​&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. Superar las pruebas médicas que determine el Médico de Vigilancia de la Salud, y que certifiquen que se es apto y sin ningún tipo de restricción para el correcto desarrollo de todas las funciones de la plaza a ocupar (excepto personal con discapacidad que podrá ser apto con restricciones). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:80px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7. Estar en posesión de la titulación de Ciclo formativo Grado Superior de la familia “edificación y obra civil” o Certificado de profesionalidad equivalente a la fecha de finalización del plazo de presentación de solicitudes de participación. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:80px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8. Experiencia mínima de tres años realizando las mismas funciones objeto de la plaza&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las personas aspirantes deben cumplir con los requisitos en los términos indicados en esta convocatoria el día de la finalización del plazo de presentación de solicitudes, y deben mantenerlo hasta el momento de la adquisición de la plaza.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. EL TRIBUNAL CALIFICADOR&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si procede, constituirá un tribunal calificador para el procedimiento de promoción interna vertical y de concurso oposición abierto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El nombramiento de los miembros del tribunal se publicará en la página web de EMAYA (https://emaya.convoca.online/) finalizado el período de presentación de solicitudes del proceso de promoción interna. Dicho nombramiento se mantendrá para el procedimiento de concurso oposición abierto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El funcionamiento, responsabilidades y funciones de los miembros el Tribunal se ajustará a lo establecido en el Convenio Transversal. El Tribunal, además, queda autorizado para resolver las dudas que se puedan presentar y tomar los acuerdos necesarios para el buen orden del proceso selectivo en todo lo no previsto en estas bases. La persona que ostente la presidencia tendrá voto de calidad en caso de empate. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. SOLICITUDES&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El plazo de presentación de solicitudes comprenderá los 10 días hábiles siguientes a la publicación de la convocatoria a través del portal de ofertas de ocupación pública de Emaya, https://emaya.convoca.online/.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las solicitudes se realizarán a través de la plataforma del portal de ofertas de ocupación pública de Emaya a la que se puede acceder desde la página web de Emaya siguiendo los pasos e instrucciones que se indiquen. En todos los casos, adjuntando la documentación solicitada con &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;copia escaneada legible en formato PDF o JPG&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; (la documentación debe presentarse escaneada por las dos caras, salvo que el anverso se acredite suficientemente la información requerida). Los archivos que se adjunten a la solicitud de participación deberán nombrarse de forma clara según su contenido. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Para acreditar la experiencia requerida es necesario presentar vida laboral, contrato de trabajo y/o certificado de funciones que acredite el cargo y funciones desempeñado. Además, es necesario presentar currículum vitae actualizado. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el caso de trabajador/a autónomo, se deberá presentar el alta en actividades económicas dentro del epígrafe 501, 502, 505 o 507 (relacionado con obra y construcción) y la vida laboral. (únicamente se tendrá en cuenta la experiencia profesional como autónomo en los epígrafes indicados). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La solicitud de participación incluirá una declaración responsable y de autobaremación (alegación de méritos) que representa la veracidad de los documentos aportados o alegados, así como el conocimiento y la aceptación inequívoca de las personas aspirantes del tratamiento de datos de carácter personal. Si en cualquier momento del proceso de selección el Tribunal tiene conocimiento de la no veracidad de algún dato aportado por la persona aspirante, supondrá la exclusión automática del proceso selectivo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las personas con discapacidad reconocida igual o superior al 33% deberán presentar el correspondiente certificado de discapacidad, así como el certificado de aptitud emitido por los equipos multiprofesionales de la Dirección General de Servicios Sociales, o del organismo público equivalente, según lo previsto en el número 3 de los requisitos generales de las presentes bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En atención a la Ley de protección de datos y para la identificación de las personas candidatas, los listados constarán, como mínimo con los 4 dígitos de su DNI o NIE (***DNI1**) en todas las publicaciones. Al presentar su solicitud, la persona aspirante da su consentimiento para que el Tribunal realice, si lo considera necesario, las comprobaciones oportunas sobre los datos aportados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Finalizado el plazo de presentación de solicitudes y comprobada la documentación, se publicarán las listas provisionales de personas admitidas y excluidas, con indicación de la causa de exclusión. El hecho de constar en la lista de personas admitidas no implica el reconocimiento a las personas interesadas de que cumplen con los requisitos para participar en esta convocatoria. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Para subsanar cualquier posible defecto o acompañar documentos que sean preceptivos, las personas excluidas u omitidas dispondrán de un plazo de 3 días hábiles, a contar desde la publicación de la relación indicada. Durante este trámite no se admitirán las alegaciones de nuevos méritos no especificados en la declaración inicial. Si hubiera enmiendas, alegaciones o reclamaciones, una vez revisadas las mismas por el Tribunal Calificador, se publicará la lista definitiva de personas admitidas y excluidas. Se establece un plazo de 3 días hábiles, a contar desde la publicación del listado definitivo, para la presentación de alegaciones (únicamente para atender errores formales por parte del tribunal) y/o impugnaciones al mismo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. DESARROLLO DEL PROCESO SELECTIVO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;CONCURSO OPOSICION ABIERTO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;FASE DE OPOSICIÓN: 70 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La puntuación máxima de esta fase será de 70 puntos. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las personas admitidas en el concurso oposición deberán realizar las pruebas detalladas en el siguiente apartado que versarán sobre el temario relacionado con las funciones de trabajo y detallado en el apartado 6.2.a) de las presentes bases. Además, para superar las pruebas, será necesario tener las habilidades y conocimientos necesarios para desempeñar adecuadamente las funciones del puesto descritas en las presentes bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Tribunal publicará el listado provisional y definitivo de resultados de las personas aspirantes en sus diferentes pruebas. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Primera Parte - Prueba teórica - Hasta un máximo de 10 puntos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La prueba teórica versará del temario (punto 6.2.a de las presentes bases) y consistirá en un examen tipo test con 20 preguntas y con 4 alternativas de respuesta cada una. Se puntuará de 0 a 10 puntos y será necesario obtener un mínimo de 5 puntos para superar la prueba. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Segunda Parte - Examen sobre caso práctico – escrito – Hasta un máximo de 40 puntos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La prueba práctica consistirá en la realización de un ejercicio de carácter práctico relacionado con las funciones del puesto de trabajo objeto de la convocatoria y el temario específico propuesto. Se puntuará de 0 a 40 puntos y será necesario obtener un mínimo de 20 puntos para superar la prueba. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Tercera Parte – Pruebas competenciales - Hasta un máximo de 20 puntos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las pruebas competenciales podrán aplicar un test competencial y/o por una entrevista competencial objetivada o &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;assessment center&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;. En la publicación de la fecha de dichas pruebas, se concretará el desarrollo de las pruebas, así como las competencias a valorar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;FASE CONCURSO DE MÉRITOS – 30 puntos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La puntuación máxima de esta fase será de 30 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Los méritos alegados y justificados por las personas aspirantes en esta fase y que el Tribunal valorará, se regirán por el siguiente baremo:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Experiencia profesional en los últimos 10 años: Hasta un máximo de 15 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a. Se otorgarán 0,20 puntos por cada mes trabajado en Emaya CCT realizando las mismas funciones de la plaza objeto de la convocatoria. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b. Se otorgarán 0,15 puntos por cada mes trabajado en una empresa diferente a Emaya CCT realizando las mismas funciones o de análoga naturaleza de la plaza objeto de la convocatoria. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Formación Reglada directamente relacionada con la plaza objeto de la convocatoria; Hasta un máximo de 10 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Título de ingeniería en obra civil. 10 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Título de Técnico Superior en Prevención de Riesgos Profesionales. 5 puntos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Únicamente se valorará la formación (no reglada, cursos y formación transversal…) cuya duración sea superior a 6 horas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d. Certificado de lenguaje administrativo: 0,25 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.1.3. PUNTUACIÓN FINAL DEL PROCESO CONCURSO OPOSICIÓN ABIERTO.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La puntuación final del proceso selectivo vendrá determinada por la suma total de la fase de oposición (siempre que se haya superado) y concurso de méritos. En caso de empate en la puntuación final del concurso oposición, se otorgará a la persona del género subrepresentado en la plaza vacante, y si persiste el empate la mejor puntuación en la fase de oposición.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Se establece un plazo de 3 días hábiles, a contar desde la publicación de los resultados finales definitivos, para la presentación de alegaciones y/o impugnaciones al mismo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;ASPECTOS GENERALES PARA LOS PROCEDIMIENTOS DE CONCURSO OPOSICIÓN:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;A lo largo del proceso selectivo, el Tribunal publicará los diferentes listados provisionales de resultados, siendo que personas aspirantes podrán solicitar la revisión de su examen o bien presentar alegaciones dentro de los 3 días hábiles siguientes a su publicación. Una vez realizadas las revisiones y/o alegaciones, el Tribunal publicará el listado definitivo de resultados. Se establece un plazo de 3 días hábiles, a contar desde la publicación del listado definitivo, para la presentación de alegaciones (únicamente para atender errores formales por parte del tribunal) y/o impugnaciones al mismo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Fase de oposición.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La fase de oposición contará de la realización de pruebas que se desarrollarán en el presente apartado. La fecha/s de realización de las pruebas se publicarán en la página web de EMAYA con al menos 10 días naturales de antelación a su realización. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las personas aspirantes serán convocadas para cada prueba, quienes no asistan a dicha convocatoria quedarán excluidos de las pruebas selectivas, excepto en los casos de fuerza mayor, embarazo o riesgo de parto debidamente acreditara por el aspirante. Las pruebas deberán llevarse a cabo antes de la publicación de la lista definitiva de valoración de los méritos de las personas aspirantes (no se podrá demorar de manera que se menoscabe el derecho del resto de personas aspirantes a una resolución del proceso ajustada a tiempos razonables).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Durante el desarrollo del proceso selectivo, se podrán prever la realización sucesiva de los ejercicios en uno o más días consecutivos, en cuyo caso, el plazo para reclamar o solicitar la revisión de cada ejercicio se otorgará de forma conjunta al final de las pruebas, y la participación de las personas aspirantes en cada prueba no será condicionada a la superación de la anterior sin que se puedan considerar obtenidos derechos de ningún tipo a las personas aspirantes que superen un ejercicio posterior a uno suspendido. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Los méritos se alegarán y acreditarán para su valoración hasta la fecha de finalización del plazo de presentación de solicitudes. Las personas aspirantes deben rellenar, juntamente con la solicitud de participación, la autobaremación de los méritos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Que no haya sido acreditado en el plazo indicado y en la forma establecida en la convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Que no estén adecuadamente y claramente acreditados de acuerdo con los baremos de la fase de concurso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Los aducidos y no justificados en la forma indicada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Toda la documentación que se presente en lengua extranjera deberá ir acompañada de la correspondiente traducción jurada en cualquiera de los idiomas oficiales de las Islas Baleares, de lo contrario, no será tenida en cuenta. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La autobaremación tiene la consideración de declaración responsable. La falsedad en los datos de autobaremación determinará la exclusión del proceso y la consideración de no haber participado en el proceso, además de las actuaciones legales que deriven por la falsedad en los datos. Los errores se podrán corregir en la fase de alegaciones, si quedan acreditados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Para aquellos méritos que posibiliten la opción de comprobación de oficio, si la persona candidata solicita dicha comprobación, el tribunal, tras la revisión, podrá otorgar una puntuación superior, igual o inferior a la indicada en la hoja de autobaremación. Si la persona candidata no solicita la comprobación de oficio, tras la revisión, el tribunal podrá otorgar una puntuación inferior o igual a la indicada en la hoja de autobaremación, pero nunca superior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El tribunal no tomará en consideración los méritos aducidos en apartados/epígrafes que valoren méritos de distinta naturaleza y/o materia a la del mérito aportado, aunque coincida con un mérito a aportar en otro apartado/epígrafe. Únicamente si la persona candidata efectúa alegaciones al listado provisional de méritos indicando expresamente que quiere que un mérito aportado sea considerado en otro apartado/epígrafe, el tribunal podrá, si procede, asignar la puntuación de ese mérito al epígrafe solicitado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;A la vista de la documentación aportada, se publicará el listado provisional de méritos alegados en la declaración responsable (autobaremo) y acreditados con la documentación aportada, y se concederá un plazo de 3 días hábiles, a contar desde la publicación del listado provisional, para la presentación de alegaciones y/o impugnaciones al mismo. Finalizado dicho plazo, se resolverán las alegaciones o reclamaciones que pueda haber y se publicará el listado definitivo. Se establece un plazo de 3 días hábiles, a contar desde la publicación del listado definitivo, para la presentación de alegaciones (únicamente para atender errores formales por parte del tribunal) y/o impugnaciones al mismo. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La experiencia profesional deberá justificar la realización de forma prevalente de las funciones del puesto de trabajo objeto de la convocatoria y se computará por día real trabajado (día cotizado en vida laboral).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La acreditación de los trabajos realizados en entidades públicas empresariales (entidades de derecho público sometidas al derecho privado), en consorcios, en fundaciones del sector público, en empresas societarias del sector público y en empresas privadas, se hará mediante el certificado de la vida laboral; y la acreditación de la categoría y de las funciones desempañadas en el contrato laboral o nóminas, acta de conciliación ante TAMIB o resolución judicial, o bien mediante certificado de funciones emitido por un organismo público o por la empresa privada (con firma y sello), profesiograma del servicio de PRL, o justificación de análoga naturaleza. Si con los datos aportados no se demuestra que la experiencia es en las mismas funciones de la plaza objeto de la convocatoria, no se podrá meritar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el caso de trabajador/a autónomo, se deberá presentar el alta en actividades económicas dentro del epígrafe 501, 502, 505 o 507 (relacionado con obra y construcción) y la vida laboral (únicamente se tendrá en cuenta la experiencia profesional como autónomo en los epígrafes indicados). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La forma de acreditación de la formación se hará mediante copia por ambas caras de los diplomas (firmados y sellados o con código seguro de verificación), certificaciones o documentos oficiales. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La forma de acreditación de los conocimientos de la lengua catalán se hará mediante el correspondiente diploma, certificado o título expedido, considerado equivalente u homologado por el Govern de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.3. ADJUDICACIÓN DE LA PLAZA.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Antes de la incorporación efectiva al puesto de trabajo como personal laboral fijo, las personas que hayan presentado copias de la documentación relativa al proceso selectivo, serán requeridas para aportar la documentación original o copia compulsada. La no presentación supondrá la exclusión del procedimiento y la imposibilidad de ser nombrado personal laboral fijo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La/s persona/s candidata/s que pudiese/n aspirar a ocupar la/s plaza/s vacante/s será/n citada/s al servicio médico que, tras el reconocimiento y pruebas adicionales necesarias realizadas, indicará la aptitud o no de quien/es aspire/n; si la/s persona/s candidata/s es/son declarada/s apta/s y sin restricciones (excepto personal con discapacidad) los resultados finales obtenidos tendrán carácter de definitivos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Una vez incorporada la persona ganadora, deberá superar el período de prueba establecido por convenio colectivo.&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;En caso de renuncia a la plaza, no superación del período de prueba, o por cualquier otra circunstancia análoga, que implique que la persona ganadora no ocupe la plaza, ocupará su lugar la siguiente persona del listado definitivo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7. BOLSAS DE TRABAJO TEMPORAL&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las personas que hayan obtenido una puntuación mínima de 40 puntos en el proceso selectivo –por el sistema de concurso oposición abierto y no hayan obtenido plaza fija laboral, serán integrantes de una lista –llamada bolsa de trabajo– por orden de mayor a menor puntuación obtenida en el concurso oposición, a cargo de la cual se podrán efectuar llamamientos según las necesidades de carácter temporal de la empresa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La bolsa de trabajo tendrá una vigencia de tres años, a contar desde la fecha de publicación del acta final del concurso, salvo que se lleve a cabo un nuevo proceso selectivo en la misma categoría y/o plaza que la sustituya y tendrán prevalencia sobre las bolsas de trabajo preexistentes en EMAYA. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8. PUBLICACIÓN, COMUNICACIONES Y PLAZOS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La convocatoria del concurso oposición abierto será publicada en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares (BOIB), en la plataforma a la que se puede acceder desde la página web de Emaya https://emaya.convoca.online/, y en diarios de gran difusión en la isla de Mallorca. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las personas aspirantes que participen quedan obligadas a relacionarse con EMAYA telemáticamente en todas o algunas de las fases del procedimiento. Todas las comunicaciones del procedimiento de concurso oposición abierto serán publicadas en la plataforma a la que se puede acceder desde la página web de Emaya https://emaya.convoca.online/. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Para el cómputo de los plazos reflejados como días hábiles en la presente convocatoria, se entenderán los comprendidos entre el lunes y el viernes, por lo que el sábado se considera día no hábil. Los días naturales se entenderán los comprendidos entre lunes y domingo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En caso de discrepancia en la redacción de las versiones en catalán y castellano de la presente convocatoria, prevalece lo establecido en la versión en castellano.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
