&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El Decreto 19/2019, de 15 de marzo, por el que se establece el Plan de Gestión Pluriinsular para la pesca con artes de tiro tradicionales en aguas de las Illes Balears dispone que el director general de Pesca y Medio Marino debe fijar, mediante una resolución anual, entre otros aspectos, la lista de embarcaciones que practicarán la pesca de artes de tiro tradicional durante la temporada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Después de dar audiencia a las cofradías, a la Federación Balear de Cofradías de Pescadores y a los Consejos Insulares de Eivissa y de Formentera, se publicó la Resolución de 30 de octubre de 2025, que estableció las embarcaciones autorizadas, entre otros aspectos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En fecha de 22 de noviembre de 2025 se publicó una segunda resolución del director general de Pesca de 19 de noviembre por la que se amplía el número de embarcaciones autorizadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En fechas posteriores, varios armadores y la Federación Balear de Cofradías de Pescadores han pedido la transferencia de los derechos de pesca con artes de tiro entre embarcaciones que cumplen los requisitos del artículo 7 del Decreto 19/2019, de 15 de marzo, las cuales han sido informadas y resueltas favorablemente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Fundamentos de derecho&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El Decreto 19/2019, de 15 de marzo, por el que se establece el Plan de Gestión Pluriinsular para la pesca con artes de tiro tradicionales en aguas de las Illes Balears regula los aspectos técnicos de la pesquería y concretamente, el listado de embarcaciones autorizadas para ejercer la modalidad de pesca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. El artículo 2, apartado 10 del Decreto 12/2023, de 10 de julio, de la presidenta de las Illes Balears, por el que se establecen las competencias y la estructura orgánica básica de las consejerías de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears, dispone que la Dirección General de Pesca de la Consejería de Agricultura, Pesca y Medio Natural, ejerce, entre otras, la competencia en materia de recursos marinos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Por todo ello, dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Resolución&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1. Disponer que en la lista de las embarcaciones autorizadas para pescar con artes de tiro tradicionales durante la temporada 2025-2026, publicada en la Resolución de 30 de octubre, se excluyan las siguientes embarcaciones:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Contra esta Resolución, que no agota la vía administrativa, las personas interesadas pueden interponer un recurso de alzada ante el consejero de Agricultura, Pesca y Medio Natural en el plazo de un mes a contar desde el día siguiente de su publicación, de acuerdo con el artículo 121 y 122 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, y el artículo 58 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de régimen jurídico de la Administración de la comunidad autónoma de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
