Aprobación de la MF-1020 relativa a la creación del puesto de trabajo de TAG y la modificación del puesto de jefe/a de negociado de Protocolo del Área de Alcaldía ]] CAIB 2025-12-16 73591 ![CDATA[<p><span style="display:none">&nbsp;</span><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Mediante acuerdo de la Junta de Gobierno de 10/12/2025, se aprobó lo siguiente:</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>“PRIMERO.-</strong> Aprobar la modificación de la Relación de Puestos de trabajo del Ayuntamiento de Palma que figura en la propuesta adjunta MF-1020 relativa a la creación del puesto de trabajo de TAG y la modificación del puesto de Jefe/a de negociado de Protocolo del Área de Alcaldía, en el sentido que se concreta en la propuesta.</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>SEGUNDO.-</strong> Aprobar las funciones específicas del puesto de nueva creación de TAG que figuran a continuación:</span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Emitir informes con relación a los gastos de carácter institucional y representativo de los regidores/as y la indemnización por sus gastos en ejercicio del cargo.</span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Tramitar los expedientes de contratación pública, mediante la redacción de informes, memorias justificativas y pliegos tanto técnicos como administrativos.</span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Colaborar con el resto del personal administrativo del Área en las nuevas tareas que tiene que llevar cada área en relación con las fases contables de la ejecución del presupuesto propio.</span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Colaborar y apoyar técnico administrativo de alto nivel en las funciones de las direcciones generales que lo integran.</span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Colaborar y apoyar en la gestión y ejecución del presupuesto del Área.</span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Colaborar en materia de administración electrónica.</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>TERCERO.- </strong>Establecer como fecha de efectos la del día siguiente a su aprobación.</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>QUART.-</strong> Publicar el contenido del Acuerdo en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares.”</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Contra la presente resolución, que agota la vía administrativa, se podrá interponer por parte de los interesados recurso potestativo de reposición en el plazo de un mes ante el mismo órgano que las haya aprobado, de acuerdo con el artículo 123 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, de procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.
