CAIB CAIB 926771 2025-12-16 73590 709847 es 2025-12-16 es 73588 2025-12-12 CAIB ![CDATA[<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Mediante acuerdo de la Junta de Gobierno de 10/12/2025, se aprobó lo siguiente:</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>“PRIMERO.-</strong> Aprobar la modificación de la Relación de Puestos de trabajo del Ayuntamiento de Palma que figura en la propuesta adjunta MF-1019 relativa al cambio de denominación de la unidad TCE0100200 Servicio de Turismo y Restauración, que pasa a denominarse TCE0100200 Servicio de Turismo y Proyectos Culturales adaptándose así a la nomenclatura del Servicio y teniendo en cuenta la reordenación aprobada por resolución de Alcaldía n.º 11129, de 17 de septiembre de 2024 (BOIB 125 de 24 de septiembre de 2024), que reordenaba el Área de Cultura, Turismo, Deportes, Restauración y Coordinación Municipal.</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>SEGUNDO.- </strong>Establecer como fecha de efectos la del día siguiente a su aprobación. </span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>TERCERO.-</strong> Publicar el contenido del Acuerdo en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares.”</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Contra la presente resolución, que agota la vía administrativa, se podrá interponer por parte de los interesados recurso potestativo de reposición en el plazo de un mes ante el mismo órgano que las haya aprobado, de acuerdo con el artículo 123 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, de procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.
