El 28 de diciembre de 2024, en el BOIB nº. 170, se publicó la Resolución del consejero de Empresa, Autónomos y Energía de 23 de diciembre de 2024 por la que por la que se aprueba, mediante el procedimiento de gasto anticipado, la convocatoria pública de subvenciones para el año 2025 para el fomento de instalaciones de energía solar fotovoltaica y microeólica dirigida a personas físicas en el Programa FEDER 2021-2027</span></p> <p><span style="color:black; font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">2. Las personas que figuran en el anexo presentaron una solicitud de subvención en el marco de la convocatoria.</span></p> <p><span style="color:black; font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">3. Las personas que figuran en el anexo&nbsp; aportaron la documentación requerida para la justificación de la realización de las actuaciones subvencionables.</span></p> <p><span style="color:black; font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">4. Revocar la concesión de las subvenciones para el fomento de instalaciones de energía solar fotovoltaica y microeólica dirigida a personas físicas y comunidades de propietarios dentro del Programa Operativo FEDER 2021-2027 detalladas en el anexo de esta resolución, por los importes que en él se indican.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">2. Autorizar y disponer negativamente el gasto a favor de los beneficiarios por los importes detallados en el anexo con cargo a la partida presupuestaria 2025/G/731A01/78000/00/19701/31111.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">3. Declarar concluido el procedimiento y, por tanto, archivar los expedientes indicados en el anexo.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">4.
