ANDRÉS ROIG MARÍ PRESIDENTE DE LA MANCOMUNIDAD INTERMUNICIPAL DE SERVICIOS PÚBLICOS INSULARES DE IBIZA</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%">1.-La Junta de Gobierno de esta Mancomunidad con fecha 3 de Diciembre de 2025, ha aprobado con carácter inicial el Presupuesto General, a nivel de artículo y único grupo de función, Bases de ejecución y plantilla de Personal de esta Mancomunidad, que ha de regir en el ejercicio 2026.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%">2.-Que dicho expediente se somete a exposición pública durante el periodo de quince días, de conformidad con lo establecido en el artículo 169 del Real Decreto Legislativo 2/2004 de 5 de marzo por el que se aprueba el texto Refundido de la Ley Reguladora de las Haciendas locales, a efectos de que los interesados que se señalan en el apartado1 del artículo 170 de dicha ley, puedan examinarlo&nbsp; y presentar, en su caso, reclamaciones por los motivos que se indican en el apartado 2 del mismo.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%">3.-Que en ausencia de reclamaciones, dicho acuerdo se entenderá elevado a definitivo.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif;
