    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En fecha 5 de noviembre de 2025 se dictó el Decreto de Presidencia n.º 2025001053 en virtud del cual se acordó:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;PRIMERO.- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aprobar la modificación del Plan estratégico de subvenciones del Consejo Insular de Ibiza, años 2023-2025, de conformidad con el anexo que se adjunta, en el sentido de:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) modificar la aplicación presupuestaria para hacer frente a la subvención directa del Consejo Insular de Ibiza al Ayuntamiento de Santa Eulària des Riu y al Ayuntamiento de Ibiza para la ejecución de determinadas acciones de las previstas en el Plan especial de conservación, protección y recuperación de ses Feixes del Prat de ses Monges, que tiene que ser a cargo de las aplicaciones presupuestarias 9120-76201 y 9120-46200.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) modificar la cuantía de la subvención directa del Consejo Insular de Ibiza al Ayuntamiento de Santa Eulària des Riu y al Ayuntamiento de Ibiza para la ejecución de determinadas acciones de las previstas en el Plan especial de conservación, protección y recuperación de ses Feixes del Prat de ses Monges que, como máximo, tiene que ser 378.007,53 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) designar el departamento gestor que tiene que tramitar la mencionada subvención, que tiene que ser el jefe de servicio de Arbitraje del Departamento de Territorio, Ordenación Turística, Movilidad, Infraestructuras Viarias y Lucha contra el Intrusismo. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;SEGUNDO.- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Publicar esta modificación del Plan estratégico de subvenciones en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
