&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. El 14 de noviembre de 2025, la Comisión Negociadora del Convenio colectivo del sector de la construcción de la comunidad autónoma de las Islas Baleares acordó las tablas salariales para los años 2025 y 2026&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt; y subscribió la correspondiente acta de la reunión.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. El 20 de noviembre de 2025, Margarita Sandra Verger Rufián, en representación de la Comisión Negociadora del Convenio colectivo, solicitó el registro, el depósito y la publicación de la citada acta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fundamentos de derecho&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. El artículo 90.3 del Texto refundido de la Ley del Estatuto de los Trabajadores, aprobado por el Real Decreto Legislativo 2/2015, de 23 de octubre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. El Real Decreto 713/2010, de 28 de mayo, sobre registro y depósito de convenios y acuerdos colectivos de trabajo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. El artículo 45 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las Administraciones Públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Por todo ello, dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resolución&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Inscribir y depositar el acta de la aprobación de las tablas salariales para los años 2025 y 2026 de la Comisión Negociadora del Convenio colectivo del sector de la construcción de la comunidad autónoma de las Islas Baleares de 20 de noviembre de 2025, en el Registro de Convenios Colectivos, Acuerdos Colectivos y Planes de Igualdad de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Notificar esta Resolución a la persona interesada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. Hacer constar que la versión castellana del texto es la original firmada por los miembros de la Comisión Negociadora y que la versión catalana es su traducción.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. Publicar el Acta en el &lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En Palma, a 14 de noviembre de 2025, se reúnen las personas antes relacionadas en la representación que ostentan y consta en el encabezamiento de este escrito, integrantes de la Mesa Negociadora del Convenio Colectivo del Sector de la Construcción de Baleares, con ámbito temporal del 01.01.2022 al 31.12.2026, al objeto de aplicar el acuerdo adoptado por la Comisión Negociadora del VII Convenio General del Sector de la Construcción, de 4 de noviembre de 2025, en las Tablas Salariales que han de regir en el año 2025 y 2026 en el Convenio Colectivo del Sector de la Construcción de Baleares y a tal efecto acuerdan:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero&lt;/strong&gt;. Aprobar las tablas salariales para el periodo comprendido entre el 01.01.2025 y el 31.12.2026 en las cuantías que se recogen en los Anexos I y II de este acuerdo, respectivamente, que comprenden la tabla salarial de 2025, resultante de aplicar la cláusula de garantía salarial del 0,4% sobre la tabla salarial del 2024, además del incremento pactado del 3,5% y la tabla salarial de 2026 con el incremento pactado del 3%.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo&lt;/strong&gt;. Aprobar las tablas de contribuciones al Plan de Pensiones para el periodo comprendido entre el 01.01.2025 y el 31.12.2026 en las cuantías que se recogen en los Anexos III y IV de este acuerdo, respectivamente, que comprenden la tabla de contribuciones de 2025, resultante de aplicar la cláusula de garantía salarial del 0,4% sobre la tabla salarial de 2024, además del incremento pactado del 0,5% y la tabla de contribuciones de 2026 con el incremento pactado del 0,25%.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercero&lt;/strong&gt;. Los atrasos salariales generados desde el 1 de enero de 2025, deberán ser satisfechos dentro del mes siguiente al de su publicación en el BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cuarto&lt;/strong&gt;. Autorizar a D. Andrés Moll Linares para que realice cuantas gestiones sean precisas para el registro y publicación de los presentes acuerdos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Y no habiendo más asuntos que tratar, se levanta la presente acta que es firmada por las partes reunidas como muestra de conformidad con su contenido, en la fecha y lugar antes indicados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
