&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1.&lt;/strong&gt; La Presidencia del Instituto Mallorquín de Asuntos Sociales (en adelante IMAS) mediante Resolución, núm. 5601 de 20 de marzo de 2024, se aprobó la convocatoria de la concertación social del servicio de acogida residencial especial para niños, niñas o adolescentes migrantes no acompañados (BOIB núm. 40, de 23 de marzo de 2024).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Los precios establecidos para la prestación del servicio objeto de esta concertación social vienen fijados por &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#111111"&gt;Resolución de la Presidencia del IMAS, núm. 3726 de 20 de febrero de 2024, de aprobación de la previsión y fijación de precios de los servicios a concertar durante el año 2024 por el IMAS (BOIB núm. 26, de 22 de febrero de 2024).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2. &lt;/strong&gt;Por Resolución de la Presidencia del IMAS núm. 10501 de 22 de mayo de 2024, se aprobó la adjudicación de 16 plazas de la concertación social del servicio de acogida residencial especial para niños, niñas o adolescentes migrantes no acompañados, a la entidad FUNDACIÓN DIAGRAMA INTERVENCIÓN PSICOSOCIAL (en adelante DIAGRAMA) por un periodo de 2 años (BOIB núm. 70, de 28 de mayo de 2024).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3. &lt;/strong&gt;El 5 de junio de 2024, se formalizó el acuerdo de acción concertada suscrito por el IMAS con la entidad DIAGRAMA para el servicio de acogida residencial especial para niños, niñas o adolescentes migrantes no acompañados (Código CSV: K9AAAPK7LLA4UZRNZTQM).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;4. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Constan en el expediente de referencia la conformidad de la entidad concertada a la revisión del precio, así como el acta de la sesión de la Comisión Evaluadora &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;de fecha 17 de noviembre de 2025, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;aprobando la propuesta de &lt;/span&gt;la jefa del &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Servicio de Acogidas Residenciales, &lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;para la revisión del precio de la concertación social objeto de esta resolución (Código CSV: &lt;/span&gt;K9AADKY9EADTWZTVYR4N&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;5. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Mediante Resolución de la Presidencia del IMAS, &lt;/span&gt;núm. 27871 de 10 de noviembre de 2025, rectificada por Resolución núm. 28175 de 12 de noviembre de 2025,&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt; de actualización y fijación de precios de los servicios para &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;personas menores de edad&lt;/span&gt; de la Dirección insular de Centros y Programas de Atención integral a la Infancia y Adolescencia, concertados por el IMAS, para los años 2025-2026&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;, &lt;/span&gt;entre los que se encuentra el servicio objeto de esta revisión con efectos retroactivos desde el 1 de enero de 2025 conforme a la tabla siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En este informe se recogen los antecedentes mencionados y propone la revisión de los precios&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt; de la &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;concertación social del servicio de acogida residencial especial para niños, niñas o adolescentes migrantes no acompañados, por su periodo de vigencia y se cuantifica el coste máximo individualizado de este incremento en los siguientes términos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;7. &lt;/strong&gt;Mediante Resolución de la Presidencia del IMAS, de 20 de noviembre de 2025, se acordó iniciar el procedimiento para la revisión de precios de la concertación social del servicio de acogida residencial especial para niños, niñas o adolescentes migrantes no acompañados (Código CSV: K9AADLAZENWLXAVWUQZ7).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;8. &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Dado que este procedimiento comporta gasto plurianual, consta en el expediente de referencia el informe favorable de autorización emitido por el Servicio de Contabilidad y Presupuestos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;, así como los pertinentes documentos contables con cargo a la partida presupuestaria 20.23120.26000.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;9. &lt;/strong&gt;El Servicio Jurídico-Administrativo y la Intervención Delegada, han emitido sendos informes favorables a la revisión del precio de esta concertación social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fundamentos de derecho&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1.&lt;/strong&gt; La Ley orgánica 1/2007, de 28 de febrero, de reforma del Estatuto de Autonomía de las Islas Baleares (BOIB núm. 32 ext., de 1 de marzo de 2007; corrección de errores BOIB núm. 29, de 28 de febrero de 2008), en concreto el artículo 70.4 relativo a la competencia propia de los consejos insulares en materia de servicios sociales y asistencia social. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2&lt;/strong&gt;. La Ley 14/2001, de 29 de octubre, de atribución de competencias a los consejos insulares en materia de servicios sociales y seguridad social, establece en el artículo 14 la potestad reglamentaria normativa atribuida a los consejos insulares en materia de servicios sociales, dentro del marco de la regulación básica establecida por el Gobierno de las Islas Baleares (BOIB núm. 135, de 10 de noviembre de 2001 y BOE núm. 284, de 27 de noviembre de 2001). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3. &lt;/strong&gt;La Ley 4/2009, de 11 de junio, de servicios sociales de las Islas Baleares (BOIB núm. 89 de 18 de junio de 2009 y BOE núm. 163 de 7 de julio de 2009) prevé en el artículo 27 y en la disposición final cuarta, que cada Consejo Insular, en el marco de sus competencias, debe definir las prestaciones propias de servicios sociales, complementando la cartera básica de servicios sociales que aprueba el Gobierno de las Islas Baleares, la cual fue aprobada mediante el Decreto 32/2023, de 26 de mayo, por el que se aprueba la Cartera básica de servicios sociales de las Islas Baleares 2023-2027, &lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;se establecen principios generales para las carteras insulares y locales y se modifican diversas normativas del ámbito social (BOIB núm. 70, de 27 de mayo de 2023).&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4. &lt;/strong&gt;Los Estatutos del Instituto Mallorquín de Asuntos Sociales (BOIB núm. 67, de 18 de mayo de 2019) aprobados por acuerdo del Pleno del Consell de Mallorca de fecha 11 de abril de 2019, en especial lo establecido en el artículo 2 de acuerdo con el cual el IMAS, como organismo autónomo creado por el Consell de Mallorca, adscrito al Departamento de Bienestar Social del Consell de Mallorca, es el organismo que ejerce las competencias atribuidas por cualquier título al Consell de Mallorca en materia de servicios sociales y protección de menores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;5. &lt;/strong&gt;Decreto de la Presidencia del Consell de Mallorca por el que se nombran los miembros del Consejo Ejecutivo de 10 de julio de 2023 (BOIB núm. 95, de 11 de julio de 2023) por el que se nombra al señor Guillermo Sánchez Cifre consejero ejecutivo de Bienestar Social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;6&lt;/strong&gt;. El órgano competente para aprobar esta resolución es la Presidencia del IMAS, de acuerdo con el artículo 7.2.28 de los Estatutos del IMAS (BOIB núm. 67, de 18 de mayo de 2019). No obstante, y de acuerdo con el artículo 8.2.1 las Vicepresidencias del IMAS suplirán a la Presidencia y asumirán sus atribuciones en caso de vacante, ausencia, enfermedad, imposibilidad física u otra causa legal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;7. &lt;/strong&gt;La Ley 4/2009, de 11 de junio, de servicios sociales de las Islas Baleares, prevé &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;en el artículo 89 sexías la posibilidad de revisar las condiciones del concierto durante su vigencia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;8.&lt;/strong&gt; Resolución de la Presidencia del IMAS, núm. 5601 de 20 de marzo de 2024, de aprobación de la convocatoria de la concertación social del servicio de acogida residencial especial para niños, niñas o adolescentes migrantes no acompañados (BOIB núm. 40, de 23 de marzo de 2024).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;9&lt;/strong&gt;. Resolución de la Presidencia del IMAS núm. 10501 de 22 de mayo de 2024, de adjudicación de 16 plazas de la concertación social del servicio de acogida residencial especial para niños, niñas o adolescentes migrantes no acompañados (BOIB núm. 70, de 28 de mayo de 2024).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;10. &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Resolución de la Presidencia del IMAS, &lt;/span&gt;núm. 27871 de 10 de noviembre de 2025, rectificada por Resolución núm. 28175 de 12 de noviembre de 2025,&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt; de actualización y fijación de precios de los servicios para &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;personas menores de edad&lt;/span&gt; de la Dirección insular de Centros y Programas de Atención integral a la Infancia y Adolescencia, concertados por el IMAS, para los años 2025-2026&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;11&lt;/strong&gt;. La Ley 12/2018, de 15 de noviembre, de servicios a las personas en el ámbito social en la comunidad autónoma de las Islas Baleares (BOIB núm. 146 de 22 de noviembre de 2018) prevé en el artículo 7.2 que &lt;em&gt;«los acuerdos de acción concertada pueden ser objeto de revisión y, en su caso, de modificación, en los términos establecidos en el acuerdo correspondiente, cuando varíen las circunstancias iniciales de la suscripción, para adecuar las condiciones económicas y las prestaciones asistenciales a las nuevas necesidades. En todo caso, el cambio de finalidad de la entidad o de control financiero obliga a la revisión del acuerdo inicial de acción concertada».&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;12. &lt;/strong&gt;El Decreto 48/2017, de 27 de octubre, (BOIB número 132 de 28 de octubre de 2017) por el que se establecen los principios generales a los que deben someterse los conciertos sociales, prevé en el artículo 24 la &lt;em&gt;«Revisión y modificación de las condiciones técnicas y económicas». &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;13. &lt;/strong&gt;La Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas (BOE núm. 236, de 2 de octubre de 2015).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;14.&lt;/strong&gt; El artículo 214 del Real Decreto Legislativo 2/2004, de 5 de marzo, por el que se aprueba el Texto refundido de la Ley reguladora de las Haciendas Locales, y considerando el acuerdo de aprobación del régimen de fiscalización e intervención limitada previa de requisitos básicos y toma de razón en ingresos del Consell Insular de Mallorca y de las entidades de su sector público sujetas a función interventora de fecha 12 de diciembre de 2019, el expediente ha sido sometido a la Intervención delegada del IMAS para la emisión del preceptivo informe de fiscalización previa (BOE núm. 59, de 9 de marzo de 2004).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En virtud de la competencia atribuida legalmente, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercero&lt;/strong&gt;. UNIFICAR la documentación contable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cuarto&lt;/strong&gt;. NOTIFICAR esta resolución a la entidad concertada y requerirla a fin de que, para el pago de la actualización del precio, presente antes del 30 de noviembre de 2025, dos facturas complementarias por la diferencia de precio del servicio prestado durante los periodos del 1 de enero hasta el 30 de septiembre de 2025, y la otra del 1 al 31 de octubre de 2025. Los servicios que se presten durante el mes de noviembre de 2025 se facturarán al precio aprobado en esta resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Quinto&lt;/strong&gt;. INFORMAR a la entidad concertada que, dada su conformidad expresa, esta resolución se incluirá como adenda a su acuerdo de acción concertada, rigiéndose el concierto por el Acuerdo de acción concertada suscrito con el IMAS modificado el precio plaza y presupuesto total, de acuerdo con esta resolución. No obstante, la entidad puede instar la firma de una adenda específica en el plazo de cinco días desde la notificación de esta resolución. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Sexto. &lt;/strong&gt;COMUNICAR esta resolución a la Dirección insular de Centros y Programas de atención integral a la infancia y adolescencia, al Servicio de Gestión Económica, a la Intervención delegada del IMAS y a la Dirección insular de Hacienda y Presupuestos. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Séptimo. &lt;/strong&gt;PUBLICAR esta resolución en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares, así como en el Tablón de Anuncios del IMAS y en la sede electrónica del Consell de Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Esta resolución no pone fin a la vía administrativa y contra ella se puede interponer, de acuerdo con el artículo 28.1 de los Estatutos del IMAS aprobados por Acuerdo del Pleno del Consell de Mallorca de 11 de abril de 2019 (BOIB núm. 67, de 18 de mayo de 2019), recurso de alzada ante el Consell Executiu del Consell Insular de Mallorca, dentro del plazo de un mes, a contar a partir del día siguiente al de la notificación de la presente resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Contra la desestimación expresa del recurso de alzada podrá interponerse recurso contencioso-administrativo ante el Juzgado de lo Contencioso Administrativo, en el plazo de dos meses, a contar a partir del día siguiente al de la notificación de la desestimación del citado recurso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Contra la desestimación por silencio del recurso de alzada podrá interponerse recurso contencioso-administrativo ante el Juzgado de lo Contencioso Administrativo, en cualquier momento a partir del día siguiente a la desestimación presunta (tres meses desde la interposición del recurso sin que se haya notificado la resolución).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;No obstante lo anterior, puede ejercitarse, en su caso, cualquier otro recurso que se estime pertinente. Todo ello de conformidad con la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la Jurisdicción Contencioso-Administrativa, y de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
