    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;En fecha 6 de noviembre de 2025, el Consejo de Administración de Gestión de Emergencias de las Illes Balears (GEIB), reunido en sesión ordinaria, ha acordado aprobar la oferta de empleo público del ente para el año 2025, junto con las plazas que se describen en el anexo, en los siguientes términos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Acuerdo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero.&lt;/strong&gt; Aprobar la oferta de empleo público ordinaria correspondiente al personal laboral de la entidad pública Gestión de Emergencias de las Illes Balears para el año 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo.&lt;/strong&gt; Ofrecer los puestos de trabajo de acuerdo con el siguiente desglose (se adjuntan como anexos a este acuerdo):&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;— Dos puestos de trabajo vacantes de personal laboral, turno libre, correspondientes a las plazas de naturaleza estructural con dotación presupuestaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercero.&lt;/strong&gt; Reservar una cuota mínima de un 7 % del total de las plazas vacantes objeto de la oferta para que las cubran personas con un grado de discapacidad igual o superior al 33 %, de acuerdo con lo dispuesto en el artículo 59.1 del texto refundido de la Ley del Estatuto Básico del Empleado Público, aprobado por el Real Decreto Legislativo 5/2015, de 30 de octubre, y el resto de normativa aplicable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cuarto.&lt;/strong&gt; Disponer que las convocatorias correspondientes a los procesos selectivos de las plazas de la oferta de empleo público deben realizarse en el plazo improrrogable de tres años desde su publicación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Quinto.&lt;/strong&gt; La articulación de los procesos selectivos deberá garantizar el cumplimiento de los principios de libre concurrencia, igualdad, mérito, capacidad y publicidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Sexto.&lt;/strong&gt; Publicar este acuerdo en el Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Séptimo.&lt;/strong&gt; El orden jurisdiccional social es el competente para resolver las controversias derivadas de este acuerdo, según lo establecido en la Ley 36/2011, de 10 de octubre, reguladora de la jurisdicción social. Contra este acuerdo no puede interponerse ningún recurso en vía administrativa ni ninguna reclamación previa a la vía jurisdiccional social, sin perjuicio de que pueda presentarse una reclamación ante el órgano que acuerda esta oferta de empleo público.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
