&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;1. El Consejo de Administración de Ports de les Illes Balears, mediante el Acuerdo de 10 de julio de 2025 ordenó el inicio del procedimiento de provisión por concurso de traslados de los puestos de trabajo vacantes del personal laboral de Ports de les Illes Balears. En el anexo 1 del Acuerdo figuran los puestos de trabajo vacantes que se tienen que cubrir mediante este procedimiento con indicación de la categoría y la localidad de destino.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;2. De conformidad con el artículo 21.1 del III Convenio colectivo para el personal laboral al servicio de Ports de les Illes Balears (BOIB&amp;nbsp;n.º 109, de 18 de agosto de 2022), se han negociado con el Comité de Empresa las bases que tienen que regir la convocatoria de abastecimiento de puestos de trabajo vacantes por concurso de traslados y el día 6 de noviembre de 2025 se firmó el Acuerdo entre el Comité de Empresa y la Dirección.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Consideraciones jurídicas&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;1. El artículo 21 del III Convenio colectivo para el personal laboral al servicio de Ports de les Illes Balears (BOIB&amp;nbsp;n.º 109, de 18 de agosto de 2022) establece el concurso de méritos como el procedimiento normal de abastecimiento de plazas vacantes que consiste en la valoración de los méritos exigidos en la convocatoria correspondiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;2. Por Acuerdo del Consejo de Administración de Ports de les Illes Balears de 4 de noviembre de 2025 (BOIB&amp;nbsp;n.º 151, de 15 de noviembre) se delegó en el director gerente el ejercicio de las competencias en materia de selección de personal y, concretamente, la aprobación de las convocatorias, las bases y todos los trámites necesarios hasta la resolución de los procesos de selección de personal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;Por todo esto,&amp;nbsp;dicto&amp;nbsp;la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resolución&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;1. Aprobar la convocatoria del procedimiento de provisión por concurso de traslados de los puestos de trabajo vacantes del personal laboral de Ports de les Illes Balears que figuran en el anexo 1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;2. Aprobar las bases que tienen que regir esta convocatoria, que se adjuntan como anexo 2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;3. Aprobar el baremo de méritos que tiene que regir este procedimiento, que se adjunta como anexo 3.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;4. Aprobar los requisitos de titulación para cada una de las categorías y especialidades convocadas, que se adjuntan como anexo 4.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;5. Designar la Comisión Técnica de Valoración, la composición que se adjunta como anexo 5.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;6. Hacer pública la información sobre protección de datos personales, que se adjunta como anexo 6.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;7. Publicar la Resolución en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares&lt;/em&gt; y en la web de Ports de les Illes Balears&lt;span style="color:null"&gt; &lt;em&gt;(www.portsib.es&lt;/em&gt;).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Interposición de recursos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;Contra esta Resolución, que agota la vía administrativa, se puede interponer un recurso potestativo de reposición ante el Consejo de Administración de Ports de les Illes Balears en el plazo de un mes, a contar desde el día siguiente de la publicación, de acuerdo con los artículos 123 y 124 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, y el artículo 57 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de régimen jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;También se puede interponer directamente un recurso contencioso-administrativo ante la Sala de lo contencioso administrativo del Tribunal Superior de Justicia de las Islas Baleares en el plazo de dos meses a contar desde el día siguiente de la publicación, de acuerdo con los artículos 8.2, 10.1.a) y 46.1 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción contencioso-administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;ANEXO&amp;nbsp;2&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Bases de la convocatoria del procedimiento de provisión por concurso de traslados de los puestos de trabajo vacantes del personal laboral de Ports de les Illes Balears &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;1. Objeto de la convocatoria&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;El objeto de la convocatoria es proveer con personal laboral fijo los puestos de trabajo de Ports de les Illes Balears vacantes y dotados presupuestariamente, que figuran en el anexo 1. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;2. Forma de provisión&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;La provisión de los puestos de trabajo objeto de esta convocatoria se lleva a cabo por el sistema de concurso de méritos. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;3. Requisito y condiciones de participación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;3.1. Las condiciones generales, los requisitos y los méritos de todas las persones candidatas se tienen que referir a la fecha en que acaba el plazo para presentar solicitudes y se tienen que mantener durante todo el procedimiento del concurso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;3.2. Para poder participar en el concurso de abastecimiento de puestos de trabajo, las persones aspirantes tienen que cumplir con los requisitos siguientes: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a)&lt;/em&gt; Ser personal laboral fijo de Ports de les Illes Balears a tiempo completo o a jornada parcial, o personal fijo discontinuo, en situación de activo o de excedencia. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;em&gt;b)&lt;/em&gt; Tener la misma categoría profesional que el puesto de trabajo al que opta. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;em&gt;c)&lt;/em&gt; Tener una antigüedad mínima de 2 años en el actual puesto de trabajo. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;em&gt;d)&lt;/em&gt; Tener el nivel de catalán y los requisitos específicos que se detallan en el anexo 1, conforme ordena y clasifica la&amp;nbsp;RLT&amp;nbsp;del ente. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;em&gt;e) Estar en posesión de la titulación que se indica en el anexo 4 para cada uno de los grupos, categorías y especialidades convocadas, de acuerdo con la clasificación profesional que dispone el III Convenio colectivo para el personal laboral al servicio de &lt;/em&gt;Ports de les Illes Balears. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;3.3. El personal suspendido por sanción no puede participar hasta que no la haya cumplido.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;4. Presentación de solicitudes y documentación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;4.1. El personal al servicio de Ports de les Illes Balears interesado en participar en este procedimiento tiene que rellenar y presentar la solicitud de forma electrónica mediante el trámite telemático «Solicitud de admisión para participar en la convocatoria del procedimiento de provisión por concurso de méritos» en la Sede Electrónica de Ports de les Illes Balears (&lt;em&gt;https://portsib.sedelectronica.es/dossier&lt;/em&gt;). Para realizar el trámite es necesario disponer de certificado electrónico, Cl@ve o DNI-e.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;No se&amp;nbsp;tendran&amp;nbsp;por presentadas las solicitudes que se presenten por cualquier otra vía telemática.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;En caso de presentar la solicitud de manera presencial, Ports de les Illes Balears, de conformidad con lo que establece el artículo 68.4 de la Ley 39/2015, les tiene que requerir para que la presenten en la forma indicada anteriormente o mediante la Oficina de Asistencia en Materia de Registro. A tal efecto, se considera como fecha de presentación de la solicitud aquella en la que se ha hecho la enmienda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;4.2. En el mismo trámite telemático, la persona interesada tiene que seleccionar y ordenar por preferencia los puestos de trabajo a los que opta. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;En el caso de puestos con expansión, las personas interesadas tienen que indicar únicamente el nombre del puesto y el destino. A estos efectos se considera que solicitan todas las expansiones del puesto, dado que tienen las mismas funciones y adscripción.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;Las expansiones se tienen que adjudicar por orden de puntuación de los aspirantes y se tiene que seguir el orden numérico de las expansiones. En caso de que no se tengan que adjudicar todas las expansiones de un puesto se tienen que aplicar los criterios siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;- En primer lugar, se tienen que adjudicar los puestos ocupados por personal temporal que inició el contrato con posterioridad al Real decreto ley 14/2021, de 6 de julio, de medidas urgentes para la reducción de la temporalidad en la ocupación pública. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;- En segundo lugar, se tienen que adjudicar los puestos ocupados por personal temporal con mayor antigüedad. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;4.3. En caso de que se haya presentado más de una solicitud, si hay dudas sobre el orden de preferencia consignado por la persona interesada, la Comisión Técnica de Valoración tiene que tomar en consideración el orden en que se indican los puestos de trabajo en la solicitud con el número de registro de entrada posterior. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;4.4. En el mismo trámite telemático, la persona interesada tiene que presentar la documentación que corresponda, de acuerdo con el punto 5 de las bases. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;4.5. El plazo para presentar las solicitudes y la documentación es de quince días hábiles a partir del día siguiente de la publicación en el&amp;nbsp;BOIB. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;4.6. La presentación de la solicitud para participar en el procedimiento de provisión supone que el aspirante conoce y acepta de manera inequívoca el tratamiento de datos de carácter personal por parte del órgano competente y únicamente para las finalidades establecidas en el anexo 6. El tratamiento de la información facilitada en las solicitudes debe tener en cuenta las previsiones del Reglamento (UE) 2016/679 del Parlamento Europeo y del Consejo, de 27 de abril de 2016, relativo a la protección de las personas físicas en cuanto al tratamiento de datos personales y a la libre circulación de estos datos, y de la Ley Orgánica 3/2018, de 5 de diciembre, de protección de datos personales y garantía de los derechos digitales. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;4.7. Con el vencimiento del plazo de presentación de solicitudes, caduca el plazo para renunciar a participar en el concurso o desistir. Una vez transcurrido este periodo, las solicitudes formuladas son vinculantes para la persona solicitante y los destinos son irrenunciables, salvo que, antes de la toma de posesión, se haya obtenido otro destino mediante una convocatoria pública. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;5. Acreditación de los requisitos y de los méritos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;5.1. Los requisitos y los méritos de las personas candidatas tienen que estar referidos en la fecha en que acaba el plazo para presentar solicitudes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;5.2. Los requisitos y los méritos se tienen que acreditar en la forma siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;a. Los requisitos se acreditan con los documentos que constan en el expediente personal. Las personas candidatas no tienen que presentar ninguna documentación para acreditar los requisitos, ni alegar ningún mérito, excepto los requisitos y méritos mencionados en la letra d) (experiencia en otra administración o en el sector privado y requisitos de experiencia para ocupar puestos).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;b. Ports de les Illes Balears tiene que incorporar de oficio al expediente del concurso un extracto de los méritos que figuran en el expediente personal de cada aspirante siempre con referencia a la fecha en que acaba el plazo para presentar solicitudes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;c. A efectos de tener la información necesaria para participar en esta convocatoria, el personal laboral fijo que quiera comprobar los datos que figuran en su expediente puede solicitar un extracto para conocer los requisitos y los méritos que constan y, si corresponde, aportar la documentación que no consta y considera necesario que se&amp;nbsp;tenga&amp;nbsp;en cuenta en el procedimiento del concurso. La documentación se tiene que presentar en el Registro de Ports de les Illes Balears de manera presencial o telemática mediante el trámite «Solicitud genérica» antes de que finalice el plazo de presentación de solicitudes. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;d. No obstante, las persones candidatas tienen que acreditar el cumplimiento de los requisitos y de los méritos que no sean susceptibles de inscripción en el expediente personal (experiencia en otra administración o en el sector privado y requisitos de experiencia para ocupar lugares) de la manera siguiente: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;- Para acreditar la experiencia en otra administración, hay que aportar el certificado de los servicios prestados expedido por la administración correspondiente, con la expresión de la fecha de inicio y de acabado, el cuerpo, la escala, la especialidad o la categoría profesional. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;- Para acreditar experiencia en el sector privado, hay que aportar el informe de vida laboral y el contrato laboral o un certificado de la empresa, en el que conste la categoría profesional o el puesto de trabajo. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;- Para acreditar el requisito de experiencia para ocupar el puesto de auxiliar administrativo o administrativa de contabilidad, hay que aportar el contrato laboral o el certificado de servicios prestados a otra administración, un certificado de funciones y el informe de vida laboral. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;La documentación para acreditar el cumplimiento de los requisitos y méritos que no son susceptibles de inscripción en el expediente personal se tiene que presentar junto con la solicitud de admisión o, posteriormente, mediante el trámite «Aportación de documentos» de la Sede Electrónica de Ports de les Illes Balears (&lt;em&gt;https://portsib.sedelectronica.es/dossier&lt;/em&gt;) dentro del plazo de presentación de solicitudes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;5.3. No se tiene que valorar ningún mérito del que no se haya solicitado la inscripción en el expediente de personal o se haya acreditado de acuerdo con la letra d) dentro del plazo de presentación de solicitudes. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;5.4. Las personas interesadas también pueden adjuntar en la solicitud de admisión o mediante el trámite «Aportación de documentos», la documentación (original o copia) que consideren pertinente para completar o aclarar los certificados o títulos que aparecen en el expediente o se han incorporado posteriormente, y que puede ayudar a las comisiones técnicas a resolver dudas relativas a si procede o no valorarlos. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;5.5. Excepcionalmente, cuando la relevancia del documento lo exija o la calidad de la copia genere dudas, Ports de les Illes Balears puede solicitar a la persona interesada que exhiba el documento o la información original para hacer el cotejo. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;6. Listas de personas admitidas y excluidas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;6.1. Cuando acabe el plazo para presentar solicitudes, el director gerente de Ports de les Illes Balears tiene que dictar una resolución mediante la que apruebe y haga pública la lista provisional de personas admitidas y excluidas del concurso con expresión de la causa de exclusión para cada persona y puesto de trabajo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;6.2. La resolución se tiene que publicar en la web de Ports de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;6.3. Las personas excluidas disponen de un plazo de cinco días hábiles a contar desde el día siguiente de la publicación para enmendar las deficiencias detectadas y para aportar los documentos preceptivos, mediante el trámite telemático «Aportación de documentos» disponible a la Sede Electrónica de Ports de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;6.4. Al acabar el plazo indicado, el director gerente de Ports de les Illes Balears tiene que dictar una resolución que apruebe la lista definitiva de personas admitidas y excluidas del concurso, con expresión de las causas de exclusión. La resolución se tiene que publicar en la web de Ports de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;7. Baremo de méritos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;7.1. El baremo de méritos que se tiene que aplicar para resolver el concurso es el que figura en el anexo 3.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;7.2. A efectos de valorar el trabajo desarrollado y los méritos correspondientes, se tiene que computar el tiempo que las persones candidatas han estado en situación de excedencia, reducción de jornada, permiso u otros beneficios relacionados con la maternidad o paternidad y por razón de guarda legal o cuidado de familiares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;7.3. En caso de empate en la puntuación total obtenida, para dirimir esta situación, se deben tener en cuenta los criterios siguientes por este orden:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;- 1.º Se tiene que otorgar el puesto de trabajo al candidato o candidata con más antigüedad en la administración pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;- 2.º En caso de persistir el empate, se tiene que aplicar el artículo 43.4.a) de la Ley 11/2016, de 28 de julio, de igualdad de mujeres y hombres, que establece que, si hay una representación inferior al 40% de mujeres en una categoría, en caso de empate se tiene que seleccionar la mujer, salvo que concurran en la otra persona candidata circunstancias que no sean discriminatorias por razón de sexo y que justifiquen que no se aplique la medida, como por ejemplo la pertenencia a otros colectivos con dificultades especiales para acceder a un trabajo, una vez consideradas objetivamente todas las circunstancias concurrentes en las candidaturas de ambos sexos. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;- 3.º Si todavía persiste el empate, el puesto se tiene que otorgar a la persona de más edad. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;7.4. La puntuación mínima que tiene que obtener un candidato para la adjudicación del puesto de trabajo es de 5,28 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;8. Comisión Técnica de Valoración&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;8.1. La Comisión Técnica de Valoración está formada por los miembros siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;- &amp;nbsp;Una presidenta o presidente, designado por el director gerente de Puertos Ports de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;- Una secretaria o secretario, designado por el director gerente de Ports de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;- Una o un vocal, designado por el Comité de Empresa de entre sus componentes, que tiene que actuar a título individual.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;8.2. Para cada miembro de la Comisión Técnica de Valoración se tiene que designar un titular y un suplente. La composición de la Comisión figura en el anexo 5.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;8.3. Los miembros de la Comisión Técnica de Valoración, en cualquier momento, pueden cesar en estas funciones y ser sustituidos por el órgano que los nombró.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;8.4. Los miembros de la Comisión Técnica de Valoración tienen que pertenecer, como personal fijo, a un grupo de titulación igual o superior a la que se exige para ingresar en la categoría a que corresponden los puestos de trabajo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;8.5. Los miembros de la Comisión Técnica de Valoración se tienen que abstener de formar parte si concurren los motivos de abstención previstos en el artículo 23 de la Ley 40/2015, de 1 de octubre, de régimen jurídico del sector público.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;8.6. Para constituir válidamente la Comisión Técnica de Valoración, a los efectos de realizar sesiones, deliberaciones, valoraciones y tomar acuerdos, se requiere siempre la presencia de todos los miembros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;8.7. Las funciones básicas de la Comisión Técnica de Valoración son las siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;a. Elaborar las listas provisionales y definitivas de personas admitidas y excluidas en el procedimiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;b. Valorar los méritos acreditados por las personas concursantes a los puestos de abastecimiento de la convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;c. Elaborar una lista en la que tienen que figurar todas las persones candidatas por orden de puntuación y las puntuaciones obtenidas para cada lugar de trabajo y cada apartado de los méritos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;d. Realizar la propuesta de adjudicación del puesto de trabajo de la persona candidata que haya obtenido la puntuación más alta para cada puesto de trabajo incluido en la convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;8.8. El secretario o secretaria tiene que realizar un acta de cada sesión de la Comisión Técnica de Valoración, que, al acabar la sesión o antes de empezar la siguiente, tienen que firmar los miembros de la Comisión que han asistido.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;8.9. Si algún miembro de la Comisión no quiere firmar el acta, hay de dejar constancia y se tiene que dar por válida sin su firma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;8.10. Cuando la Comisión tenga que aplicar criterios de interpretación de las bases para valorar determinados méritos, en aplicación de la denominada discrecionalidad técnica, estos se tienen que indicar claramente en el acta de la sesión en que se han acordado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;8.11. Los miembros de la Comisión Técnica de Valoración pueden hacer constar en el acta el voto contrario en el acuerdo y los motivos que lo justifican e, incluso, el sentido del voto favorable. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;8.12. Cualquier miembro tiene derecho a solicitar la transcripción íntegra de su intervención o propuesta, siempre que aporte, en el mismo momento o en el plazo que indique el presidente o presidenta, un escrito que contienda fielmente la intervención o la propuesta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;9. Resolución de la convocatoria&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;9.1. El plazo para resolver el concurso es de dos meses, a contar desde el día siguiente que finalice el plazo de presentación de solicitudes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;9.2. Quince días hábiles antes, como mínimo, de cumplirse el plazo máximo para resolver el concurso, la Comisión Técnica de Valoración tiene que publicar en la web de Ports de les Illes Balears la propuesta provisional de las adjudicaciones de los puestos de trabajo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;9.3. Una vez publicada la propuesta provisional, las personas interesadas podrán formular observaciones o reclamaciones en el plazo de diez días hábiles, a contar a partir del día siguiente de la publicación de la propuesta provisional, mediante el trámite telemático «Aportación de documentos» disponible en la Sede Electrónica de Ports de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;9.4. Una vez examinadas las observaciones y las reclamaciones presentadas dentro del plazo y oídos las posibles personas afectadas, si se considera conveniente, la Comisión Técnica de Valoración tiene que dirigir al director gerente de Ports de les Illes Balears la propuesta definitiva de adjudicación de la plaza, que puede incluir, en todo caso, los cambios que sean consecuencia de las observaciones y de las reclamaciones antes mencionadas, además de la enmienda de oficio de los errores detectados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;9.5. Se tiene que dar la misma publicidad a la propuesta definitiva de adjudicación del puesto de trabajo objeto de la convocatoria que a la propuesta provisional. A efectos de conocimiento general se tiene que publicar en el&amp;nbsp;BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;9.6. Después de la propuesta definitiva de adjudicación, el director gerente de Ports de les Illes Balears tiene que dictar la correspondiente resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;9.7. Los puestos adjudicados por el sistema de concurso de méritos son irrenunciables y los traslados voluntarios no dan lugar a ninguna indemnización.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;10. Toma de posesión&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;10.1. El plazo para tomar posesión se cuenta desde el día siguiente de la publicación de la resolución en el&amp;nbsp;BOIB&amp;nbsp;es de tres días hábiles si se reside en la localidad donde radica la plaza; de siete días hábiles si el destino está en la misma isla pero en diferente localidad, y de un mes si el destino está en una isla diferente a la de residencia. En el caso de reingreso al servicio activo, el plazo de toma de posesión es de un mes a contar desde el día siguiente de la publicación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;10.2. Sin embargo, por necesidades del servicio, la empresa puede acordar una prórroga de hasta un mes para que el personal se incorpore y tiene que comunicarlo a la unidad a la que se ha destinado el trabajador.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;Así mismo, se puede conceder una prórroga de incorporación de hasta un mes, si la persona destinada proviene de fuera de la isla y así lo solicita por razones justificadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;10.3. Los efectos económicos empiezan a contar a partir del día de la toma de posesión.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;11. Periodo mínimo de permanencia en el lugar de trabajo adjudicado&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;El personal al que se ha adjudicado un puesto de trabajo en esta convocatoria no puede participar en los concursos de traslado que se convoquen dentro de los dos años posteriores a la fecha de resolución, salvo que se les nombre para ocupar un lugar de libre designación o soliciten lugares en la misma localidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ANEXO&amp;nbsp;3&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Baremo de méritos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1. Experiencia profesional previa&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;1. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;1. Puntuación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;- Por cada mes de servicios prestados en la misma categoría profesional o ejerciendo funciones similares en la categoría profesional a la que opta en el sector público: 0,15 puntos. Solo se valoran los meses enteros en el cómputo global.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;- Por cada mes trabajado en la misma categoría profesional o ejerciendo funciones similares en la categoría profesional a la que opta en el sector privado: 0,038 puntos. Solo se valoran los meses enteros en el cómputo global.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;1. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;2. Las categorías profesionales que se indican a continuación se considera que tienen funciones similares, a título orientativo, sin perjuicio que puedan existir otros:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;- Para las categorías de&amp;nbsp;guardamuelles&amp;nbsp;y&amp;nbsp;guardamuelles&amp;nbsp;auxiliar tienen funciones similares las categorías profesionales de :&amp;nbsp;guardamuelles,&amp;nbsp;guardamuelles&amp;nbsp;auxiliar, policía portuaria, patrón o patrona&amp;nbsp;guardamuelles&amp;nbsp;y celador o celadora&amp;nbsp;guardamuelles.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;- Para la categoría de auxiliar administrativo tienen funciones similares las categorías profesionales de: auxiliar administrativo o administrativa, puesto baso auxiliar, puesto baso auxiliar administrativo, auxiliar, auxiliar contable, secretario o secretaria o cualquier otro que haya cotizado en el grupo número 7 de la Seguridad Social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;1. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;3. La puntuación máxima de este apartado es de 45 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;2. Antigüedad en las administraciones públicas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;2.1. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;Puntuación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;- Por cada mes de servicios prestados y reconocidos en la administración pública: 0,07 puntos. Solo se valoran los meses enteros en el cómputo global.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;2. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;2. La puntuación máxima de este apartado es de 15 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;3. Titulaciones académicas superior a las requeridas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;3.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;1. Puntuación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;- Título de estudios oficiales universitarios (grado, diplomatura o licenciatura): 10 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;- Título de técnico superior correspondiente a ciclos formativos de grado superior o título de técnico especialista correspondiente a formación profesional de segundo grado o equivalente: 7 puntos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;- Título de bachillerato o equivalente: 4 puntos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;3. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;2. Solo se valora la titulación superior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;3. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;3. La puntuación máxima de este apartado es de 10 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;4. Cursos de formación y otras titulaciones&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;4. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;1. Formación genérica:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;4.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;1. 0,01 puntos por cada hora de formación de competencias genéricas o transversales, como, por ejemplo, comunicación y habilidades personales, prevención de riesgos laborales, igualdad de género y calidad del servicio. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;4.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;2. No se valoran los certificados acreditativos que no indiquen las horas de duración o los créditos de la acción formativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;4.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;3. La puntuación máxima de este apartado es de 5 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;4.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;2. Formación específica que se valora para la categoría de auxiliar administrativo/iva:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;4.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;1. 0,01 puntos por cada hora de formación relacionada directamente con las funciones propias del puesto de trabajo al que opta, como por ejemplo formación de las áreas juridicoadministrativas, economicopresupuestaria&amp;nbsp;y de gestión y desarrollo de recursos humanos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;4.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;2. No se valoran los certificados acreditativos que no indiquen las horas de duración o los créditos de la acción formativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

La puntuación máxima de este apartado es de 15 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;4.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;3. Formación específica que se valora para las categorías de guardamuelles&amp;nbsp;y&amp;nbsp;guardamuelles&amp;nbsp;auxiliar:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;4.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;3.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;1. 0,01 puntos por cada hora de formación relacionada directamente con las funciones propias del puesto de trabajo al que opta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;4.3.2. No se valoran los certificados acreditativos que no indiquen las horas de duración o los créditos de la acción formativa, salvo el caso de los certificados de especialidad emitidos por la Marina Mercante en los que se tiene que tener en cuenta la duración mínima establecida para cada curso en la Orden del Ministerio de Fomento que regule los programas de formación de los títulos profesionales de Marineros de Puente y de Máquinas de la Marina Mercante, y de Patrón Portuario, así como los certificados de especialidad acreditativos de la competencia profesional. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;4.3.3. En este apartado también se tienen que valorar las titulaciones náuticas, cuando sean superiores al requisito de acceso para las personas que optan a puestos de trabajo de las categorías de&amp;nbsp;guardamuelles&amp;nbsp;y&amp;nbsp;guardamuelles&amp;nbsp;auxiliar. Solo se valora la titulación superior de cada grupo:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;u&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;- &lt;strong&gt;Titulaciones profesionales de la Marina Mercante:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;· Capitán o capitana de la Marina Mercante: 10 puntos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;· Piloto de primera de la Marina Mercante: 9 puntos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;· Piloto de segunda de la Marina Mercante: 8 puntos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;· Patrón o patrona de altura o patrón o patrona mayor de cabotaje: 7 puntos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Criterios generales:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;4.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;4.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;1. Se tienen que valorar los certificados acreditativos de cursos expedidos por centros oficiales o por las administraciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;4.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;4.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;2. No se tiene que valorar la superación de asignaturas que forman parte de unos estudios académicos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;4.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;4.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;3. En todos los casos, solo se valoran una sola vez las acciones formativas relativas a una misma cuestión o en un mismo programa, aunque se haya repetido la participación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;5. Conocimientos de lengua catalana&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;5.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;1. Puntuación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;5.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;2. Solo se tiene que valorar el certificado superior, excepto en el caso del certificado de conocimientos de lenguaje administrativo, en que la puntuación se suma a la de los certificados C1 o C2, según corresponda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;5.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;3. No se tienen que valorar en este apartado ni en el de formación, las certificaciones académicas de cursos específicos de niveles superados o cursados que no acrediten la obtención, mediante la superación de la prueba correspondiente, de uno de los niveles de conocimientos de lengua catalana que se corresponden con el Marco Común Europeo de Referencia para las lenguas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;5.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;4. La puntuación máxima de este apartado es de 4 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;6. Conocimientos de informática&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;6.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;1. Puntuación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;- 0,01 puntos por cada hora de formación. Se tienen que valorar los certificados acreditativos de conocimientos del área informática expedidos por escuelas oficiales o por las administraciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;6.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;2. Solo se valora el certificado de nivel superior o el certificado que acredite un número superior de horas de entre los referidos a una misma aplicación de ofimática como usuario.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;6.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;3. La puntuación máxima de este apartado es de 2 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;7. Conocimientos de idiomas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;7.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;1. Se tienen que valorar los certificados acreditativos de los conocimientos de cualquier lengua extranjera oficial de las escuelas oficiales de idiomas (EOI), de las universidades, de la&amp;nbsp;EBAP&amp;nbsp;y otras escuelas de la administración, así como de las otras entidades que emiten certificados de Marco europeo común considerados equivalentes. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Para una misma lengua solo se tiene que valorar el nivel superior de los que se hayan acreditado. Se considera que los certificados de un nivel de conocimientos de un idioma engloban los conocimientos de los niveles inferiores. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;7.5. Se pueden valorar simultáneamente lenguas diferentes, con los criterios mencionados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Legitimación: &lt;/strong&gt;el tratamiento de los datos personales es necesario para cumplir una obligación legal y para conseguir el interés público, como es la selección del personal al servicio de las administraciones públicas de acuerdo con los principios constitucionales de igualdad, mérito, capacidad y transparencia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Consentimiento para el tratamiento de datos: &lt;/strong&gt;la presentación de la solicitud para el proceso selectivo supone el conocimiento y la aceptación inequívocos de la persona aspirante del tratamiento de los datos de carácter personal que hará el órgano competente y únicamente para los fines establecidos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Destinatarios de los datos personales&lt;/strong&gt;: se cederán los datos a los organismos o personas siguientes, a efectos de cumplir lo que prevé la legislación vigente en materia de selección de personal:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;—&lt;span style="background-color:whitesmoke"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt; &lt;strong&gt;T&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ribunal calificador del proceso&lt;/strong&gt;: para el desarrollo y la valoración de la prueba y de los méritos alegados y acreditados en el proceso selectivo previsto en la convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;— &lt;strong&gt;Conselleria competente en materia de función pública: &lt;/strong&gt;para la inscripción del contrato en el Registro del Sector Público Instrumental de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;— &lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares: &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;en aplicación de las obligaciones que prevé la normativa para seleccionar empleados públicos con las previsiones que establece la Ley Orgánica 3/2018, de 5 de diciembre, de protección de datos personales y garantía de los derechos digitales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;— &lt;strong&gt;Otros participantes en el procedimiento selectivo: &lt;/strong&gt;en virtud del principio de transparencia que rige los procedimientos selectivos de acceso a la función pública, las persones aspirantes pueden solicitar la consulta de los méritos alegados por otros participantes para comprobar el funcionamiento correcto del proceso selectivo. En ningún caso pueden obtener los datos de contacto de otros aspirantes, como ahora la dirección postal, el número de teléfono o la dirección de correo electrónico.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;— &lt;strong&gt;Administración de justicia: &lt;/strong&gt;en caso de que algún juzgado o tribunal requiera el expediente del procedimiento, la Administración tiene que enviar los datos personales que consten en la Administración de justicia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;No se cederán los datos personales a otros organismos o terceros, salvo que haya la obligación legal o interés legítimo, de acuerdo con el RGPD.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Criterios de conservación de los datos personales: &lt;/strong&gt;los plazos de conservación de los datos son los necesarios para cumplir la finalidad del procedimiento y los que prevé la legislación de archivos para las administraciones públicas, de acuerdo con el artículo 26 de la Ley Orgánica 3/2018.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Existencia de decisiones automatizadas&lt;/strong&gt;: no se producirán decisiones automatizadas, incluida la elaboración de perfiles, con los datos personales de las personas aspirantes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Transferencias de datos en terceros países: &lt;/strong&gt;los datos no se transferirán a terceros países.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Ejercicio de derechos y reclamaciones: &lt;/strong&gt;las personas afectadas por el tratamiento de datos personales tienen derecho a solicitar a Ports de les Illes Balears la confirmación que sus datos son objeto de tratamiento, el acceso a sus datos personales, la información, la rectificación o supresión, la limitación o la oposición al tratamiento y la no inclusión en tratamientos automatizados (e incluso, de retirar el consentimiento, si procede, en los términos que establece el RGPD). También tienen derecho a la portabilidad de los datos en los términos que el ejercicio de este derecho pueda afectar al proceso selectivo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;El ejercicio de estos derechos se puede solicitar ante el responsable del tratamiento mencionado antes (Ports de les Illes Balears), mediante un correo electrónico a la dirección&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;protecciodedades@portsib.es&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;Una vez recibida la respuesta del responsable y en el supuesto de que no haya respondida en el plazo de un mes, la persona afectada por el tratamiento de los datos personales puede presentar la «Reclamación de tutela de derechos» ante la Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;) (https://www.aepd.es/).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Consecuencias de no facilitar los datos personales: &lt;/strong&gt;no presentar los datos necesarios implica que la persona interesada no puede formar parte del procedimiento selectivo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
