&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;BASES QUE DEBEN REGIR LA CONVOCATORIA PARA LA CREACIÓN DE UNA BOLSA, DE INGENIERO/A TÉCNICO/A, DE LA ESCALA DE ADMINISTRACIÓN ESPECIAL, SUBESCALA TÉCNICA, SUBGRUPO A2, FUNCIONARIO/ARIA INTERINO/INA, MEDIANTE EL SISTEMA DE CONCURSO OPOSICIÓN&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;JUSTIFICACIÓN DE LA NECESIDAD&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La Ley 31/2022, de 23 de diciembre, de Presupuestos Generales del Estado para el año 2023, prorrogado por el ejercicio 2025, establece en su art. 20. CINCO 1. La contratación de personal laboral, así como los nombramientos de personal funcionario y estatutario deberán realizarse con carácter fijo, indefinido o permanente, según proceda. No se podrá contratar personal temporal, ni realizar nombramientos de personal estatutario temporal y de personal funcionario interino salvo en casos excepcionales y para cubrir necesidades urgentes e inaplazables, en los supuestos y de acuerdo con las modalidades previstas por el texto refundido de la Ley del Estatuto de los Trabajadores, en su redacción dada por Real decreto ley 32/2021, de 28 de diciembre, el texto refundido de la Ley del Estatuto Básico del Empleado público, en su redacción dada por la Ley 20/2021, de 28 de diciembre, así como en el resto de normativa aplicable"&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Visto que actualmente el Ayuntamiento de Inca no cuenta con ninguna bolsa de personal funcionario de de ingeniero/a técnico/a ,&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;se considera que es necesario realizar el referido proceso selectivo para poder cubrir en régimen de interinidad aquellas necesidades que puedan surgir en el futuro por cualquier circunstancia, así como las situaciones previstas en el TREBEP,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El Decreto 30/2009, de 22 de mayo, por el que se aprueba el procedimiento de selección de personal funcionario interino al servicio de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares, prevé en su art. 4 un procedimiento extraordinario que se tramita mediante la convocatoria pública de un concurso o mediante la realización de una prueba selectiva cuando se han agotado las bolsas o cuando no existe ninguna bolsa anterior, por lo que se considera oportuno aplicar este proceso selectivo mediante sistema de concurso-oposición para la creación de una bolsa de personal funcionario de ingenieros técnicos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERA. Objeto de la Convocatoria&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El objeto de la presente convocatoria es la creación de una bolsa de personal funcionario de ingenieros técnicos para cubrir en régimen de interinidad aquellas necesidades que puedan surgir en el futuro previstas en el TREBEP, mediante el sistema de concurso-oposición.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Características del puesto de trabajo:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Escala: administración especial&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Denominación: ingeniero/a técnico/a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Grupo: A&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Subgrupo: A2&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Nivel de catalán: B2&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Sistema de selección: concurso oposición.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Derechos de examen: 14,38 euros (Ordenanza fiscal reguladora de la tasa por expedición de documentos administrativos, BOIB Nº 1 35 de 3 de octubre de 2023 )&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Su dedicación, jornadas de trabajo y retribuciones serán de jornada completa de trabajo del personal funcionario de esta Corporación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La persona aspirante que supere el proceso selectivo y que, formando parte de la bolsa, sea nombrada personal funcionario desarrollará las funciones propias del puesto de trabajo con carácter de interinidad y cesará de acuerdo con lo previsto en estas bases y en la normativa que sea de aplicación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGUNDA. CONDICIONES DE LAS PERSONAS ASPIRANTES&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Para tomar parte en estas pruebas selectivas, las personas aspirantes tendrán que reunir, en la fecha de expiración del plazo señalado para la presentación de solicitudes, los siguientes requisitos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a. Tener la nacionalidad española o alguna otra de las que permitan el acceso al empleo público según el artículo 57 del Texto Refundido de la Ley del Estatuto básico del empleado público, aprobado por Real Decreto Legislativo 5/2015.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b. Haber cumplido los dieciséis años y no haber alcanzado la edad de jubilación forzosa, ambas referidas al día en que finalice el plazo de presentación de instancias.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;c. Estar en posesión del título del Grado en Ingeniería en Tecnologías Industriales o titulación equivalente (ingeniero técnico industrial según anterior plan de estudios en Bolonia) o estar en condiciones de obtenerlos en la fecha de finalización del plazo de admisión de instancias.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En el supuesto de haber presentado un título equivalente al exigido se deberá alegar la norma que establezca su equivalencia, o en su defecto, deberá acompañarla con certificado expedido por el órgano competente que acredite dicha equivalencia. En caso de titulaciones obtenidas en el extranjero, las personas aspirantes tendrán que estar en posesión de la credencial que acredite su homologación o de la credencial para el ejercicio de la profesión correspondiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;d. No padecer enfermedad o defecto físico o psíquico que impida el desarrollo de las correspondientes funciones, es decir, tener las capacidades y aptitudes físicas y psíquicas que sean necesarias para el ejercicio de las funciones de ingeniero técnico.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;e. No haber sido separado/a mediante expediente disciplinario del servicio de cualquiera de las administraciones públicas o de los órganos constitucionales o estatutarios de las comunidades autónomas, ni estar en inhabilitación absoluta o especial para empleos o cargos públicos por resolución judicial para el acceso al cuerpo o escala de funcionario, o para ejercer funciones similares a las que ejercían/a o ha sido separado/a. En el caso de ser nacional de otro estado, no debe estar inhabilitado/a o en situación equivalente ni debe haber sido sometido/a a sanción disciplinaria o equivalente que impida en su estado, en los mismos términos, acceder al empleo público.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;f.&amp;nbsp;No estar sometido a causa de incapacidad o incompatibilidad de las contenidas en la legislación local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;g. Acreditar documentalmente el conocimiento de lengua catalana mediante la aportación de fotocopia del certificado de nivel B 2 de catalán de la Dirección General de Política Lingüística, de la Escuela Balear de Administración Pública u otro organismo reconocido al efecto en la legislación vigente. En caso de que no pueda acreditarse, deberá realizarse una prueba de conocimientos de lengua catalana correspondiente al nivel B2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;h. Previamente al nombramiento, la persona interesada deberá hacer constar la manifestación de cumplir los requisitos señalados en los apartados d), e) y f).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;i.&amp;nbsp;Acreditar el pago tasa de examen de acuerdo con lo dispuesto en la Ordenanza fiscal reguladora de la tasa por expedición de documentos administrativos: 14,38 euros&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCERA.- DERECHOS DE EXAMEN&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La tasa por los derechos de examen tiene un importe de 14,38 euros, que tendrán que abonarse dentro del plazo de admisión de solicitudes. Pagar los derechos de examen no supone en ningún caso el trámite de presentación de la solicitud en la Administración dentro del plazo establecido. No procederá la devolución del importe íntegro satisfecho en concepto de tasa por derechos de examen en los supuestos de exclusión de las pruebas selectivas por causas imputables a las personas interesadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;Para llevar a cabo este pago, el interesado debe dirigirse a https://inca.tributoslocales.es, pagar tasas, tasa por expedición de documento, donde figura tipo de documento que indican «derecho examen», tasa por expedición documentos-autorizaciones y licencias, y deben seleccionar «solicitudes pruebas selección del personal - A2, B/ LABORAL 1”.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CUARTA . PRESENTACIÓN DE INSTANCIAS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las solicitudes para participar en las pruebas selectivas se tendrán que presentar, telemáticamente mediante el trámite externo creado al efecto en la Sede Electrónica del Ayuntamiento o bien en el Registro General de este Ayuntamiento o en cualquiera de las formas previstas en el art. 16 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre. En cualquier caso, estas solicitudes deberán ajustarse al modelo oficial que consta en el anexo II de las presentes bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En el caso de no presentarse la instancia en la Sede electrónica o en el Registro General del Ayuntamiento, es conveniente que la persona interesada avance la solicitud registrada antes de la finalización del plazo de la presentación de las instancias mediante el envío de un correo electrónico a la dirección secretaria@incaciutat.com poniendo en el asunto &lt;strong&gt;"Expediente núm. 4992/2025 Justificante instancia Bolsa Ingeniero/a técnico/a &lt;/strong&gt;y adjuntando el justificante de la presentación de la instancia dentro de plazo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las bases que rigen este proceso selectivo se publicarán en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares.&lt;em&gt; &lt;/em&gt;El plazo de presentación de instancias será de diez (10) días hábiles contados a partir del día siguiente al de la publicación de la convocatoria en el BOIB . La convocatoria se anunciará en los lugares habituales y los sucesivos anuncios se publicarán únicamente en la web municipal del Ayuntamiento de Inca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El modelo de instancia que consta como Anexo II incluye una declaración jurada de reunir todas y cada una de las condiciones exigidas en la base segunda. Esta solicitud también incluye una hoja de autobaremación de méritos, que tendrá igualmente la consideración de declaración responsable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En esta hoja de autobaremación los aspirantes deben alegar bajo su responsabilidad cuáles son los méritos de los que disponen en la fecha de finalización del plazo de presentación de instancias de acuerdo con los previstos en la fase de concurso y que se tendrán que presentar una vez finalizada la fase de oposición.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las personas aspirantes quedan vinculadas por los méritos que alegan en este momento, por tanto, la puntuación resultante de los méritos declarados determina la puntuación máxima que pueden obtener en la fase de concurso. Los méritos se valorarán en referencia a la fecha de la finalización del plazo de presentación de instancias.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Junto con la instancia, las personas aspirantes que no quieran practicar la prueba de catalán tendrán que presentar el certificado de nivel B2 al que se hace referencia en estas bases y la titulación que se acredita como requisito para poder acceder.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las personas que participan en este proceso selectivo pueden elegir realizar los ejercicios en cualquiera de las dos lenguas oficiales de la Comunidad Autónoma. A estos efectos, las personas aspirantes deben hacer su elección en la solicitud de participación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El tribunal calificador o los órganos competentes del Ayuntamiento de Inca podrán requerir en cualquier momento del proceso a las personas aspirantes para que acrediten la veracidad de lo declarado, o de la documentación aportada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Con la formalización y presentación de la solicitud, el aspirante presta su consentimiento al tratamiento de los datos de carácter personal que son necesarios para tomar parte en la convocatoria y para el resto de la tramitación del proceso selectivo, de acuerdo con la normativa vigente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las personas aspirantes quedarán vinculadas a los datos que se hagan constar en su solicitud. El domicilio, teléfono y correo electrónico que figuren se considerarán válidos a efectos de notificaciones, siendo responsabilidad exclusiva de las personas candidatas tanto los errores descriptivos como la no comunicación durante el proceso de selección de cualquier cambio en los datos de la solicitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;QUINTA . ADMISIÓN DE ASPIRANTES&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Expirado el plazo de presentación de solicitudes, el alcalde dictará resolución aprobando la lista provisional de aspirantes admitidos y excluidos, que se hará pública en la página web del Ayuntamiento; se concederá un plazo de cinco (5 ) días hábiles para que las personas interesadas presenten las alegaciones que consideren oportunas, y serán subsanados los errores. Los/las solicitantes que dentro del plazo señalado no subsanen los defectos justificando su derecho a ser admitidos/as serán definitivamente excluidos/as del proceso selectivo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;A efectos de esta convocatoria se entienden como causas de exclusión no subsanables imputables al aspirante:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;No pagar o pagar la tasa fuera del plazo de presentación de solicitudes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Presentar la solicitud fuera de plazo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;No cumplir cualquier requisito de participación en el último día del plazo de presentación de solicitudes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Cualquier otra que resulte de la normativa aplicable o de lo que prevén estas bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En cualquier caso, con el fin de evitar errores y, si se producen, posibilitar su enmienda en tiempo y forma adecuada, las personas interesadas deberán comprobar no sólo que no figuran en la relación de personas excluidas, sino que, además, constan en la de personas admitidas, y en el caso de haber acreditado los conocimientos del nivel de catalán exigidos, deben comprobar que no figuran en el listado aspirantes convocados para realizar la prueba, o en caso contrario, comprobar que figuran como aspirantes convocados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Estas reclamaciones, si las hubiere, serán aceptadas y rechazadas en el acuerdo del alcalde presidente, por el que será aprobada la relación definitiva de aspirantes admitidos y excluidos, que se hará pública de la misma forma que la relación anterior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En caso de no producirse reclamaciones en la lista provisional, se entenderá esta elevada a definitiva, sin necesidad de nuevo acuerdo y publicación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Los errores de hecho podrán subsanarse en cualquier momento, de oficio oa petición de la persona interesada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Elevada a definitiva la lista provisional de aspirantes admitidos y excluidos, el alcalde presidente determinará la fecha para la realización de la prueba de conocimientos de catalán, por aquellos aspirantes que no acrediten el nivel requerido, así como el lugar y hora de su celebración. Las personas aspirantes se tendrán que presentar el día señalado y con el DNI.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En caso de no haber ningún aspirante que tenga que realizar la prueba de conocimientos de catalán, el alcalde presidente determinará la fecha del inicio del primer ejercicio de la fase de oposición, así como el lugar y la hora de su celebración. Las personas aspirantes se tendrán que presentar el día señalado y con el DNI.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Esta lista, junto con la fecha de la prueba de conocimientos de catalán o del inicio del primer ejercicio de la fase de oposición, según corresponda, se publicarán en la página web del Ayuntamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El hecho de constar en la lista de personas admitidas no implica el reconocimiento de que las personas interesadas cumplen los requisitos para participar en esta convocatoria. Las personas que superen el proceso selectivo tendrán que presentar la documentación acreditativa de los requisitos generales que se indica en la base segunda de esta convocatoria antes de su contratación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEXTA . TRIBUNAL CALIFICADOR&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El tribunal calificador se constituirá con un/a presidente/a, un/a secretario/a y cuatro vocales, con sus correspondientes suplentes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El tribunal calificador queda autorizado para resolver todas las dudas que puedan surgir y adoptar los acuerdos precisos para el buen funcionamiento de la convocatoria en todo lo que no se haya previsto en las presentes bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El tribunal no podrá constituirse ni actuar sin la asistencia de más de la mitad de sus miembros, titulares o suplentes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Por otra parte, se podrán designar asesores técnicos y colaboradores del tribunal en este proceso, que actuarán con voz, pero sin voto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Los miembros del tribunal tendrán que abstenerse de formar parte y de intervenir cuando concurran las circunstancias establecidas en el artículo 23 de la Ley 40/2015, de régimen jurídico del sector público, y tendrán que notificarlo a la autoridad competente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El tribunal debe respetar los principios de transparencia, objetividad e imparcialidad durante todo el proceso selectivo y debe adoptar las medidas oportunas para garantizar el anonimato de las personas aspirantes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La Junta de Personal podrá designar a un representante sindical para velar por el buen desarrollo del procedimiento selectivo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SÉPTIMA . ORDEN DE ACTUACIÓN DE LAS PERSONAS ASPIRANTES&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En caso de que se tengan que organizar turnos para llevar a cabo los ejercicios de este proceso selectivo, el orden de actuación de las personas aspirantes será determinado mediante sorteo público y se comunicará mediante publicación en la web del Ayuntamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las personas aspirantes serán convocadas en llamamiento único, aunque el ejercicio deba dividirse en distintos turnos, mediante la publicación de los anuncios de celebración de los ejercicios en la página web del Ayuntamiento. Las personas aspiradas deben acudir al turno al que han sido convocadas y serán excluidas del proceso selectivo las personas que no comparezcan.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Entre el final de un ejercicio y el comienzo del siguiente tendrán que transcurrir, al menos, 72 horas, y no podrá exceder de tres meses. Sin embargo, el Tribunal podrá acordar la ampliación de este plazo por causa justificada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Antes de iniciar la fase de oposición, aquellos opositores que no estén en posesión del nivel de catalán exigido tendrán que realizar una prueba de conocimientos de catalán.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Este proceso selectivo se iniciará en el mes de diciembre en 2025, sin perjuicio de posibles cambios por disponibilidad del tribunal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;OCTAVA. PRUEBA DE CONOCIMIENTOS DE CATALÁN&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Aquellos aspirantes que no hayan acreditado el nivel B2 de conocimientos de catalán tendrán que realizar este ejercicio que es de carácter obligatorio y eliminatorio .&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La prueba se organiza en cuatro áreas, que evalúan las siguientes habilidades:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;ÁREA 1 Comprensión oral y comprensión lectora&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;ÁREA 2 Dominio práctico del sistema lingüístico&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;ÁREA 3 Expresión escrita&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;ÁREA 4 Expresión oral&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ÁREA 1&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Se evalúa con preguntas elaboradas a partir de un texto oral/escrito. El examinando debe:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Marcar con una cruz la respuesta correcta de entre 3 o 4 opciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Marcar con una cruz si los enunciados son verdaderos o falsos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Ordenar correctamente los párrafos de un texto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ÁREA 2&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El examinando debe:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Contestar a preguntas tipo test marcando con una cruz la respuesta correcta de entre 3 o 4 opciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ÁREA 3&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El examinando debe:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Completar/redactar textos de carácter formal/informal no muy complicados: circular, instancia, correo electrónico...&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ÁREA 4&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Intervención oral sobre un tema.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El tiempo asignado para esta prueba será de &lt;strong&gt;60 minutos.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Este ejercicio se calificará como "apto" o "no apto", y serán eliminadas aquellas personas aspirantes calificadas como "no aptas".&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Concluida la prueba de catalán, el tribunal hará pública en la página web del Ayuntamiento el resultado de APTO/NO APTO junto con la relación de personas convocadas a la realización del primer ejercicio de la fase de oposición, con indicación de la fecha, hora y lugar de celebración. Las personas aspirantes se tendrán que presentar el día señalado y con el DNI.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las personas opositoras dispondrán de un plazo de tres (3) días hábiles a contar desde el día siguiente a esta publicación de los resultados para efectuar las reclamaciones oportunas o solicitar la revisión de su examen ante el tribunal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;NOVENA. FASE DE OPOSICIÓN&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La fase de oposición de este procedimiento selectivo constará de &lt;strong&gt;UN EJERCICIO &lt;/strong&gt;que se especifica a continuación, y que supone el 60% de la puntuación máxima alcanzable en esta selección.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMER Y ÚNICO EJERCICIO: SUPUESTO PRÁCTICO (60 puntos máximo)&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;De carácter obligatorio y eliminatorio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Consistirá en la resolución por escrito de un caso práctico a escoger entre dos que habrá fijado el tribunal inmediatamente antes del comienzo del ejercicio, partiendo del temario que figura en el anexo I, debiendo resolverse las cuestiones que presente el supuesto práctico, relativo a las tareas propias de la plaza que se convoca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Este ejercicio se entregará en lengua catalana o castellana, en función de lo que hayan manifestado en su solicitud de participación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las personas aspirantes podrán hacer uso de los textos de normativa legal que consideren oportunos y que lleven consigo . No se permitirá los textos comentados. Se permiten textos normativos consolidados. Los textos pueden estar subrayados pero no con apuntes y escritos adicionales. El tribunal podrá retirar a las personas opositoras los citados textos cuando considere que no reúnen las características de textos de normativa legal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Este ejercicio se calificará de 0 a 60 puntos, siendo eliminadas las personas opositoras que no alcancen un mínimo de 30 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El número de puntos que podrán ser otorgados por cada miembro del Tribunal será de cero (0) a treinta (30) puntos. Las calificaciones se adoptarán sumando las puntuaciones otorgadas por los distintos miembros del Tribunal y dividiendo el total por el número de miembros existentes en aquél, siendo el cociente la calificación definitiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Cuando entre las puntuaciones otorgadas por los miembros del Tribunal existiera, entre dos o más de ellas, una diferencia de tres o más enteros, serán automáticamente excluidas dos de ellas, las calificaciones máxima y mínima, detrayéndose la puntuación media a través de las restantes calificaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;No obstante lo anterior, si existe unanimidad de todos los miembros del tribunal se podrá optar por una valoración única y conjunta del ejercicio de cada aspirante, después de que el tribunal haya leído y corregido cada ejercicio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Se valorará en este ejercicio la sistemática en el planteamiento, los conocimientos expuestos sobre las cuestiones que correspondan, la formulación de conclusiones, la capacidad de raciocinio, la claridad y orden de ideas, el nivel de formación sobre los supuestos fichados , la correcta interpretación de la normativa aplicable a los casos planteados y la facilidad de redacción y la calidad de la expresión escrita .&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La calificación de los ejercicios se hará garantizando el anonimato.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El tiempo para resolver este ejercicio será de &lt;strong&gt;120 minutos.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;DÉCIMA . PUBLICACIÓN DE LAS CALIFICACIONES&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Concluido el ejercicio de la fase de oposición, el tribunal hará pública en la página web del Ayuntamiento la relación de aspirantes que hayan superado el mínimo establecido, con indicación de la calificación obtenida.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Todas las personas opositoras dispondrán de un plazo de tres (3) días hábiles, a partir del siguiente al de la publicación de las calificaciones, para efectuar las reclamaciones oportunas o solicitar la revisión de su examen ante el tribunal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Una vez finalizada la fase de oposición, se publicará en la web del Ayuntamiento el listado de las personas aspirantes que hayan superado esta fase junto con la calificación definitiva que hayan obtenido .&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Dentro de los tres (3) días hábiles siguientes a esta publicación, las personas aspirantes que hayan superado la fase de oposición deben acreditar los méritos alegados en la hoja del autobaremo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Los méritos deben estar ordenados y enumerados, tal y como, se hayan hecho constar en la hoja de autobaremo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;UNDÉCIMA . FASE DE CONCURSO Y MÉRITOS A VALORAR&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La fase de concurso constituye como máximo un 40 % de la puntuación máxima alcanzable del proceso selectivo. Esta fase no tiene carácter eliminatorio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En la fase de concurso el Tribunal sólo valorará los méritos alegados en el autobaremo por las personas que han superado la fase de oposición.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las personas aspirantes quedan vinculadas por los méritos que aleguen en el autobaremos, por tanto, la puntuación resultante de los méritos declarados determina la puntuación máxima que pueden obtener en la fase de concurso, y no se admitirán nueve méritos que no sean los alegados con el autobaremos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Los méritos deben acreditarse y valorarse siempre con referencia a la fecha de finalización del plazo de presentación de solicitudes para participar en este proceso selectivo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Se establece un baremo de méritos estructurado en los bloques que se indican a continuación, con las puntuaciones máximas que pueden alcanzarse en cada uno de ellos, con un máximo total de 40 puntos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Experiencia profesional: hasta un máximo de 20 puntos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Otros méritos: hasta un máximo de 20 puntos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En este segundo apartado se deben valorar los siguientes méritos con el máximo de 20 puntos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Formación académica: hasta un máximo de 12 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Formación complementaria: hasta un máximo de 12 puntos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. Conocimientos de catalán: hasta un máximo de 2 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Los méritos a valorar por el tribunal son los siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;A. Experiencia profesional. &lt;/strong&gt;Este apartado se valorará con un &lt;strong&gt;máximo de 20 puntos.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En este apartado se otorgará una puntuación global máxima de 20 puntos por los servicios prestados de acuerdo con el siguiente baremo:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a. &lt;strong&gt;Servicios prestados en la Administración pública &lt;/strong&gt;, sus organismos autónomos y empresas de ella dependientes como personal funcionario o laboral, en la misma categoría o en categorías superiores, y ejerciendo funciones análogas en la plaza que se convoca ( ingeniero/a técnico/a , Grupo A2), siempre que sea administración especial: se valorará con 0,20 puntos por mes completo trabajado a jornada completa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b. &lt;strong&gt;Servicios prestados en el ámbito privado por cuenta propia o por cuenta ajena &lt;/strong&gt;, en otros centros o empresas, en la categoría y funciones equivalentes a la de la plaza a cubrir (ingeniero/a técnico/a) : 0,10 puntos por mes completo trabajado a jornada completa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Los servicios prestados en la administración pública deben acreditarse mediante la presentación del correspondiente certificado de servicios prestados en el que consten categoría, tiempo trabajado, tipo de jornada, vinculación con la Administración, organismos autónomos y entidades públicas de ella dependientes. Junto a esta documentación se debe aportar un certificado de funciones realizadas y un informe de vida laboral expedido por la TGSS .&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Los servicios prestados en el ámbito privado deben acreditarse mediante presentación del contrato de trabajo o certificado de empresa. Estos documentos tendrán que indicar la fecha de alta y baja, categoría profesional, tipo de contrato y funciones realizadas. Excepcionalmente, para el caso de extinción de la empresa a la que se prestaron los servicios, deben aportarse los documentos originales o fotocopias que justifiquen los datos indicados anteriormente. Junto a esta documentación se debe aportar un informe de vida laboral expedido por la TGSS .&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En el ejercicio de la profesión se deben acreditar mediante certificado de alta y baja del impuesto de actividades económicas, con indicación de la clasificación de la actividad, y en su caso la licencia fiscal para períodos anteriores al día 1 de enero de 1992. Junto con esta documentación se debe aportar un informe de vida laboral que así se demuestre por la TGSS , así como aquella otra documentación que sea necesaria para demostrar la equivalencia con la categoría y funciones de las plazas que se convoquen.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las fracciones inferiores al mes completo trabajado a jornada completa se valorarán proporcionalmente. También se valorarán proporcionalmente las jornadas a tiempo parcial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;B. Formación. Este apartado se valorará con un máximo de 20 puntos.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Estar en posesión de una titulación académica distinta a la que se acredita como requisito, y del mismo nivel o nivel superior y que esté relacionada con la plaza convocada .&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Se valoran en este apartado las titulaciones académicas de carácter oficial o cuya equivalencia tenga reconocido y establecido el Ministerio de Educación, Formación Profesional y Deportes, así como los títulos propios de grado y títulos propios de posgrado establecidos por las universidades españolas en la regulación de las enseñanzas propias, cuando estén directamente relacionadas con las funciones propias de la plaza convocada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Esta valoración se realizará de la siguiente manera:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;B.1.1 Formación Universitaria:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Por cada titulación académica oficial de diplomatura universitaria, grado, primer ciclo universitario, arquitectura técnica o equivalente: 3 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Por cada titulación académica oficial de segundo ciclo universitario, licenciatura, arquitectura, ingeniería o equivalente 4 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;B.1.2 Estudios de Postgrado&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Máster: los títulos de másteres universitarios oficiales se valoran a razón de 0,02 puntos por cada crédito LRU (sistema de valoración de las enseñanzas introducido por el RD 1393/2007, de 27 de octubre) o por cada 10 horas lectivas, y a razón de 0,05 puntos por cada crédito ECTS (sistema europeo de transferencia de créditos) o por cada 25 horas lectivas, con un máximo de 6 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Títulos propios de posgrado (especialista universitario, experto universitario, y curso de actualización universitaria) se valoran a razón de 0,016 puntos por cada crédito LRU (sistema de valoración de las enseñanzas introducido por el RD 1393/2007, de 27 de octubre) o por cada 10 horas lectivas, y a razón de 0,04 puntos por cada crédito ECTS (sistema europeo de transferencia de créditos) o por cada 25 horas lectivas, con un máximo de 4 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En el supuesto de que el máster oficial o título propio de posgrado no indique los créditos o no mencione si se tratan de créditos LRU o ECTS, se entiende que los créditos son LRU y deben computarse, de acuerdo con los párrafos anteriores, a razón de 0,02 puntos por cada crédito o por cada 10 horas lectivas, si son títulos oficiales, o 0,016 puntos por cada crédito o por cada 10 horas lectivas si se trata de títulos propios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;B.2. Formación complementaria.&lt;/strong&gt; Este apartado se valorará con un &lt;strong&gt;máximo de 12 puntos:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Cursos de formación y perfeccionamiento, jornadas o seminarios directamente relacionados con las funciones de la categoría de la plaza convocada , impartidos o reconocidos por el Instituto Nacional de la Administración Pública (INAP), la Escuela Balear de la Administración Pública (EBAP), la Federación de Entidades Locales de las Illes Balears (FELIB), y los impartidos por la Universidad, por colegios o asociaciones profesionales, por sindicatos, por administraciones estatales, autonómicas o locales, o por entidades homologadas por administraciones anteriores: hasta un máximo de 12 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En todo caso, se valorarán los cursos de formación y perfeccionamiento, jornadas o seminarios con aprovechamiento de formación en área transversales impartidos o reconocidos por el Instituto Nacional de la Administración Pública (INAP), la Escuela Balear de la Administración Pública (EBAP), la Federación de Entidades Locales de las Islas Baleares (FELIB), y los impartidos por la Universidad, por colegios o asociaciones profesionales, por sindicatos, por administraciones estatales, autonómicas o locales, o por entidades homologadas por administraciones anteriores:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las áreas que se considerarán transversales:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Área jurídico-administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Igualdad de género.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Ofimática&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Área de calidad, competencias y recursos humanos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Prevención de riesgos laborales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Relacionados con la Ley Orgánica de Protección de Datos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Los créditos de aprovechamiento suponen los de asistencia, es decir, que no son acumulables la asistencia y aprovechamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Estos méritos se acreditarán documentalmente presentando copia del título de asistencia o certificado expedido por el centro o institución que haya organizado el curso, jornada o seminario, con indicación de su duración y materias tratadas. Sólo se valorarán aquellos cursos, jornadas o seminarios que estén relacionados directamente con la plaza objeto de la convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;No se valorarán en más de una ocasión cursos de temática o contenidos análogos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;No se valorarán en este apartado los certificados que no indiquen las horas de duración o créditos de la acción formativa, los que correspondan a una carrera universitaria, los de doctorado, la superación de asignaturas de un estudio académico, ni los derivados de procesos selectivos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La valoración de los cursos se realizará de la siguiente manera:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a ) Cuando los certificados de los cursos acrediten asistencia, se valorarán a razón de 0,09 puntos por cada 10 horas o 0,225 puntos por crédito ECTS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b) Cuando los certificados de los cursos acrediten aprovechamiento, se valorarán a razón de 0,12 puntos por cada 10 horas o 0,3 puntos por crédito ECTS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;c) Los cursos impartidos se valorarán con 0,24 puntos por cada 10 horas o 0,06 puntos por crédito ECTS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Si no se indica el tipo de crédito, se entenderá que son créditos de la anterior ordenación universitaria (CFC o LRU) y, por tanto, se valorarán a razón de 10 horas por crédito.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Cuando exista discrepancia entre las horas y los créditos en los certificados de una acción formativa, prevalecerán las horas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;B.3.Conocimientos de lengua catalana. &lt;/strong&gt;Este apartado se valorará con un máximo de &lt;strong&gt;2 puntos:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Sólo se valorarán las certificaciones expedidas por el Gobierno de las Islas Baleares o título, diploma o certificado equivalente según la Orden del consejero de Educación, Cultura y Universidades, de 21 de febrero de 2013 (BOIB núm. 34, de 12 de marzo de 2013).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Nivel de dominio funcional efectivo C1 : 1 punto&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Nivel de dominio C2: 1,5 puntos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Nivel de lenguaje administrativo LA: 0,50 puntos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Sólo se valorará un certificado, excepto en el caso del certificado de conocimientos de lenguaje administrativo, en el que la puntuación se sumará al otro certificado que se aporte, el C1 o C2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Acreditación&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En cuanto a la valoración de los méritos anteriores,&lt;em&gt; &lt;/em&gt;éstos se acreditarán documentalmente mediante fotocopia del correspondiente título expedido por el centro o institución oficialmente reconocida que haya organizado el curso, con indicación de su duración y las materias tratadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Un mismo mérito sólo podrá valorarse en aquel apartado en el que obtenga mayor puntuación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La valoración como mérito de un título implicará que no pueden valorarse los de nivel inferior necesarios para obtenerlo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El tribunal podrá pedir a las personas interesadas las aclaraciones o, en su caso, la documentación adicional que estime oportuna, con la única finalidad de comprobar la verdad de los méritos aportados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;DUODÉCIMA . CALIFICACIÓN DE LA FASE DE CONCURSO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Una vez valorados los méritos aportados de las personas aspirantes que han aprobado la fase de oposición se publicará en la página web del Ayuntamiento la calificación definitiva de la fase de concurso que será la suma aritmética de las puntuaciones otorgadas por los méritos alegados .&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las personas aspirantes dispondrán de tres (3) días hábiles desde esta publicación para poder presentar alegaciones a esta calificación. En caso de no existir, se entenderá definitiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;DECIMOTERCERA . CALIFICACIÓN FINAL DEL CONCURSO OPOSICIÓN&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La calificación final del concurso oposición será la suma aritmética de la calificación definitiva de la fase de oposición y de la calificación definitiva del concurso, y se expondrá en la página web del Ayuntamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;DECIMOCUARTA. ELABORACIÓN DE LA BOLSA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Finalizado el proceso selectivo, se constituirá la bolsa de ingenieros técnicos con aquellos aspirantes que hayan superado la fase de oposición.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El orden de prelación se determinará por la calificación final obtenida en el proceso selectivo que se ordenará de mayor a menor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La relación de aprobados y el orden de prelación de la bolsa se harán públicos en la página web de la Corporación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En caso de que se produzca empate en la puntuación de los integrantes de las bolsas, debe resolverse teniendo en cuenta, sucesivamente, los siguientes criterios:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Quien tenga la nota más alta en la fase de oposición.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Quien tenga mayor puntuación en el apartado de la experiencia profesional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. Si persiste finalmente el empate, se realizará un sorteo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Cuando se produzca una situación que motive el nombramiento de un/a funcionario/a interino/a, se comunicará a la persona que corresponda, según el orden de prelación en el que figure en la bolsa , el lugar y el plazo en el que debe incorporarse. Esta comunicación se realizará mediante correo electrónico o llamada telefónica, de acuerdo con aquellos datos que haya comunicado a su instancia el aspirante.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Si la persona no manifiesta su conformidad con la cobertura de la plaza ofrecida en el plazo de un (1) día hábil a contar desde la comunicación de la oferta, así como su disposición a incorporarse en el plazo que se le indique, se entenderá que renuncia a la misma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Si transcurridas veinticuatro (24) horas desde el primer intento de comunicación éste resultase infructuoso, se comunicará a la siguiente persona aspirante según el orden de prelación, sin que ello implique ni la exclusión ni la pérdida del puesto dentro de este orden.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Si la persona aspirante a la que se ofrece cubrir una vacante renuncia de forma tácita o expresa, o no se incorpora en el plazo que le haya indicado el Ayuntamiento, se comunicará la oferta a la siguiente persona aspirante según el orden de prelación fijado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las personas que renuncien de forma expresa o tácita pasarán último lugar en el orden de prelación de la bolsa, con excepción que justifiquen dentro del plazo de tres (3) días hábiles, a contar desde la comunicación de la oferta, la concurrencia de alguna de las siguientes circunstancias:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Estar en período de embarazo, maternidad o paternidad, de adopción o acogimiento permanente o preadoptivo, incluido el período en que sea procedente la concesión de excedencia para el cuidado de hijos e hijas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Estar prestando servicios como personal funcionario o laboral en el Ayuntamiento de Inca o en cualquier otra administración pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Encontrarse en situación de incapacidad temporal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Causas de fuerza mayor, debidamente justificadas y apreciadas por el tribunal o por los servicios jurídicos municipales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Por tanto, las personas aspirantes que acrediten y justifiquen documentalmente estos supuestos de excepcionalidad quedarán en la situación de no disponible en el mismo lugar que ocupan dentro del orden de prelación; en caso de no justificarlo dentro de este plazo, pasarán a ocupar el último puesto en el orden de prelación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las personas interesadas están obligadas a comunicar por escrito la finalización de las situaciones previstas anteriormente, en un plazo no superior a diez (10) días hábiles desde que se produzca, con la correspondiente justificación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La persona integrante de la bolsa, previamente a ser nombrada, deberá acreditar estar en posesión de los requisitos exigidos y de los méritos alegados en la hoja de autobaremo, y se hayan valorado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Supuesto de renuncia o cese del personal funcionario interino procedente de esta bolsa:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Aquella persona aspirante que, ocupando una plaza de ingeniero/a técnico/a procedente de esta bolsa, presente renuncia a dicho puesto de trabajo pasará al último puesto con excepción de que concurren las circunstancias relacionadas anteriormente o en casos de fuerza mayor debidamente justificados y apreciados por el tribunal o por los servicios jurídicos municipales, en los que permanecería como NO DISPONIBLE en el mismo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Aquella persona aspirante que, ocupando una plaza de ingeniero/a técnico/a procedente de esta bolsa, cese en su puesto de trabajo pasará a incorporarse de nuevo en la bolsa en el lugar que le corresponda según la puntuación obtenida en el momento en que se formó la bolsa, siempre que en ese momento esta bolsa esté vigente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Esta bolsa permanecerá vigente hasta la creación de una nueva bolsa de personal funcionario de la categoría de ingeniero/a técnico/a.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Esta bolsa será preferente en la bolsa anterior, por lo que la bolsa que se forme a raíz de esta convocatoria tendrá la consideración de bolsa activa y únicamente podrán ser llamadas por una oferta las personas en situación de disponible de esta bolsa. Una vez agotada ésta, si fuera necesario se podrá reactivar la bolsa anterior mientras se tramita un proceso selectivo para la creación de una nueva bolsa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En todo lo no dispuesto anteriormente será de aplicación la normativa de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;DECIMOQUINTA . EXCLUSIÓN DE LA BOLSA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Son causa de exclusión de las bolsas las siguientes circunstancias:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El no reunir los requisitos establecidos en la base segunda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El hecho de ser sancionado como consecuencia de un expediente disciplinario. La exclusión por este motivo estará vigente durante el plazo de un (1) año desde la imposición de la sanción por faltas leves, y por faltas graves y muy graves la exclusión definitiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Falsedad en la documentación aportada o en los datos consignados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Renuncia voluntaria formalizada por escrito.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Cualquier otra causa prevista legalmente y/o considerada ajustada a derecho, previo expediente contradictorio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;DECIMOTERCERA. INCIDENCIAS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El tribunal queda facultado para resolver las dudas que se presenten y tomar los acuerdos necesarios para el buen orden de la oposición en todo lo no previsto en estas bases. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La presente convocatoria y los actos administrativos que se deriven podrán ser impugnados por las personas interesadas en los casos y en la forma establecida por la Ley 39/2015, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PROTECCIÓN DE DATOS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En virtud de la normativa vigente en materia de protección de datos informamos que los datos recabados durante este proceso de selección serán utilizados exclusivamente para gestionar éste bajo la base de legitimación del consentimiento. En ningún caso se comunicarán datos a terceros a excepción de su nombre y apellido en los casos de ser seleccionado, en aplicación de la ley de transparencia y en garantía de los principios de concurrencia competitiva en la administración pública. Sus datos serán conservados hasta que el tratamiento sea legítimo por la finalidad por la que fueron recogidos y según la normativa de archivos aplicable a la responsable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
