    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El Pleno del Ayuntamiento de Consell, en sesión ordinaria celebrada en fecha 25 de noviembre de 2025, adoptó, entre otros, acuerdo de aprobación de expediente colectivo de bajas de derechos reconocidos pendientes de cobro procedentes de ejercicios cerrados y obligaciones pendientes de pago, en el siguiente sentido:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero.-&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Dar de baja de los derechos pendientes de cobro por importe de 20.893,03 €&amp;nbsp;que se relacionan en el anexo facilitado&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Derechos reconocidos pendientes de cobro procedentes de cargos de valores efectuados durante los ejercicios 2013 a 2024, por importe total de 20.893,03 € en los siguientes términos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
