Resolución del presidente del Fondo de Garantía Agraria y Pesquera de las Islas Baleares (FOGAIBA) de 10 de septiembre de 2015, por la que se convocan, para los años 2015 a 2019, subvenciones para la creación de empresas de jóvenes agricultores. La citada Resolución se modificó en fecha 26 de abril de 2016 (BOIB núm. 54).</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:null"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">2. Una vez analizada toda la documentación presentada, el vicepresidente del FOGAIBA resolvió favorablemente la concesión de la ayuda a favor de los interesados que figuran en el anexo de la Resolución con los datos e importes correspondientes.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:null"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">3. El 8 de septiembre de 2022, en el BOIB núm. 118, se publicó la Resolución de la concesión a los beneficiarios de las ayudas, RES1 de fecha 1 de septiembre de 2022, en la que se incluye MARIA PALERM TORRES (núm. Exp. CEJA2021_1/026), con un importe de 55.000,00 €.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:null"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">4. El 30 de abril de 2025 (registro de entrada GOIBE300986_2025), el beneficiario presenta la solicitud del segundo pago. El mismo día, también presenta la solicitud de desistimiento parcial de producción integrada correspondiente a 10.000,00 € .</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:null"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">5. Este hecho implica realizar una revocación parcial de 10.000,00 €, por tanto, el importe de ayuda auxiliable es de 45.000,00 € y el pago correspondiente al 2º tramo será de una cuantía de 17.500,00 €.</span></span></span></p> <p><strong><span style="color:null"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Fundamentos de derecho</span></span></span></strong></p> <p><span style="color:null"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">1. Revocar parcialmente las resoluciones de ayuda concedidas a las personas beneficiarias por el importe y con los plazos detallados en el anexo de esta resolución, que es de 1 expediente y que comienza y termina con MARIA PALERM GOMEZ, que suma un importe total de 10.000,00 € euros, relativa a la línea de ayuda “Creación de empresas de jóvenes agricultores”.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:null"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">2. Finalizar el procedimiento de revocación del expediente CEJA2019_1/026.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:null"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">3.
