&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- El Real Decreto 861/1986, de 25 de abril, por el cual se establece el régimen de las retribuciones de los funcionarios de Administración Local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;A la vista del Informe Jurídico obrante en el expediente, se considera que la siguiente propuesta se adecua a la legislación aplicable, procediendo &amp;nbsp;a su aprobación al Pleno de la Corporación conforme al artículo 22.2.y) de la Ley de 7/1985, de 2 de abril, de Bases del Régimen Local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;I&lt;strong&gt;NFORME-PROPUESTA DE RESOLUCIÓN&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERO&lt;/strong&gt;. Aprobar la modificación de la Relación de Puestos de trabajo de este Ayuntamiento, con las modificaciones derivadas de la negociación colectiva y de los informes adjuntados al expediente, con el texto y cuadro que figura en los anexos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGUNDO&lt;/strong&gt;. Publicar íntegramente la citada relación en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares y en la sede electrónica del Ayuntamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCERO&lt;/strong&gt;. Remitir una copia de la misma a la Administración del Estado y al órgano competente de la Comunidad Autónoma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Sin embargo, la Corporación acordará el que estime pertinente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Nota de conformidad&lt;/strong&gt;: Examinado el informe-propuesta emitido por el Secretario Interventor de fecha 26 de febrero de 2025, en virtud del que se dispone en el artículo 3.4 el Real Decreto 128/2018, de 16 de marzo, por el cual se regula el régimen jurídico de los funcionarios de Administración Local con habilitación de carácter nacional y análogos, mediante la presente nota se manifiesta la conformidad con su contenido.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Alternativamente, podéis interponer directamente recurso ante el Juzgado de lo contencioso-administrativo de Baleares, en el plazo de dos meses contados desde el día de la recepción de esta notificación, de acuerdo los artículos 8.1, 25.1 y 46.1 de la Ley 29/1998, reguladora de la jurisdicción contencioso-administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
