![CDATA[<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="color:#000000">Considerando las bases que rigen la concesión de ayudas a acciones para mejorar el conocimiento, salvaguarda y difusión del patrimonio histórico de Menorca, incluido el patrimonio cultural inmaterial, aprobadas por el Consejo Ejecutivo día 8 de abril de 2024 y publicadas en el BOIB núm. 58 de 2 de mayo de 2024 y la convocatoria correspondiente al año 2025, aprobada el día 2 de junio de 2025 y publicada en el BOIB nº. 76 de 17 de junio de 2025.</span></span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="color:#000000">Dado que en las bases y en la convocatoria de estas ayudas se diferencian hasta 6 líneas de subvención, las cuales deben cumplir los requisitos y las condiciones específicas y las comunes sobre las acciones subvencionadas. </span></span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="color:#000000">Dado que la Comisión Evaluadora prevista en la base docena de las que rigen la concesión de las ayudas se reunió el día 15 de octubre de 2025.</span></span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="color:#000000">Dado que los instructores de las diferentes líneas han emitido los informes correspondientes con carácter previo a la citada reunión de la Comisión Evaluadora y son los siguientes:</span></span></span></span></p>

<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="color:#00000a">Dado que todos los proyectos a los que se propone conceder una ayuda de las líneas 3, 4 y 5 cumplen con el requisito de que las actividades subvencionadas serán aplicadas a planes, programas, anteproyectos y proyectos de inversión o, aunque no se materialice en activos, son susceptibles de producir efectos en varios ejercicios futuros.</span></span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="color:#00000a">Dado que una vez revisadas las solicitudes presentadas y valorados los proyectos por parte de los instructores, en las líneas 2, 3, 5 quedó sin repartir el importe de 57.228,76 € (correspondientes al capítulo 7) y en la línea 6 quedó sin repartir el importe de 14.257,50 € (correspondientes al capítulo 4).</span></span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="color:#00000a">Dado que se ha verificado que las personas físicas y jurídicas beneficiarias están al corriente de sus obligaciones tributarias y de la Seguridad Social.</span></span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="color:#00000a">Dado que la convocatoria de las ayudas establece que: «En caso de que en alguna de las líneas 1 a 5 no se agote la consignación presupuestaria, la cantidad sobrante se asignará a proyectos de las otras líneas de la 1 a la 5. Se seguirá el orden de puntuación otorgada, sin que se pueda superar la cantidad solicitada ni el importe máximo por solicitud establecido para la línea correspondiente».</span></span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="color:#000000">Dado que el remanente de las líneas financiadas con el capítulo 7 (líneas 1, 2, 3, 4 y 5) por importe de 57.228,76 € debe repartirse entre todas las solicitudes que no han recibido el importe máximo por solicitud establecido en la convocatoria (incluyendo las que ya tienen una ayuda por una parte del importe).</span></span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="color:#000000">Propongo al consejero ejecutivo de Cultura, Educación, Juventud y Deportes:</span></span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="color:#00000a"><strong>PRIMERO. </strong>Conceder y denegar las ayudas a acciones para mejorar el conocimiento, salvaguarda y difusión del patrimonio histórico, incluido el patrimonio cultural inmaterial de Menorca, correspondiente al año 2025, de acuerdo con las bases aprobadas, publicadas en el BOIB nº 58 de 2 de mayo de 2024.</span></span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="color:#00000a">Las ayudas concedidas para las líneas 1, 2, 3, 4 y 5 serán con cargo a la partida 33600 4790080 4 (con la posibilidad de aplicarlas a cualquier otra partida adecuada y vinculada), en un 50% en el año 2025 y un 50% en el año 2026. Las ayudas correspondientes a la línea 6 serán a cargo de la partida 33600 4790080 4 del ejercicio de 2025.</span></span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="color:#000000">Dada la aplicación del criterio de aplicación de remanentes, éstos se distribuyen entre los proyectos que tienen mayor puntuación e incrementa el importe de la línea de restauraciones, de acuerdo con el siguiente cuadro:</span></span></span></span></p>

<p><strong>LÍNEA 1. RESTAURACIONES DE BIENES DEL PATRIMONIO HISTÓRICO</strong></p>

Las ayudas que seguidamente se relacionan se conceden de acuerdo con lo que prevé la base novena, que dice que se concederá el 100 % de la cantidad solicitada a los proyectos mejor valorados (excepto si se trata de bienes de titularidad privada, en los que la ayuda otorgada no podrá superar el 75 % del presupuesto total de la intervención) hasta agotar el presupuesto de esta línea de ayudas:</span></span></span></p>
