    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="display: none"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;De acuerdo con el artículo 20.4 del Decreto 86/2008, de 1 de agosto, por el que se despliegan y se regulan los procesos electorales de las federaciones deportivas de las Illes Balears, el 24 de octubre de 2025, la Dirección General de Deportes ha ratificado a don Norberto Sebastián Laportilla Zapata como Presidente de la Federación Balear de Rugby. De conformidad con el precepto mencionado también se hace pública la composición de la Junta Directiva de la Federación Balear de Rugby y, que es la siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
