    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La Regidora de Hacienda, Función Pública y Gobierno Interior, por resolución núm. 26986, de 10 de noviembre de 2025&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;, ha dictado lo siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERO.- &lt;/strong&gt;Nombrar al Sr. Alexandre Miquel Bergas Ribas y a la Sra. Catalina Torrens Florit, en cumplimiento del acta núm. 16 del Tribunal calificador, en calidad de asesores, con voz pero sin voto, para la preparación del primer ejercicio del concurso oposición, por promoción interna, para cubrir 3 plazas de Sargento de Bomberos, publicado en el BOIB núm. 200 de 26 noviembre de 2020 y subsanación en el BOIB núm. 208 de 15 diciembre de 2020, con el fin de llevar a cabo la ejecución de sentencia PA 322/2021.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGUNDO.- &lt;/strong&gt;Notificar la presente resolución a las personas interesadas y al presidente y secretaria del Tribunal calificador, y publicarla en el BOIB, en la Sede electrónica del Ayuntamiento de Palma y en su página web.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
