    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Mediante Acuerdo de 3 de noviembre de 2025, la Junta de Gobierno Local ha aprobado la convocatoria del concurso de decoración navideña de fachadas y balcones de las viviendas del municipio de Calvià “Ilumina Calvià 2025” y las bases que han de regirla. De acuerdo con los artículos 9.3 y 17.1 de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, General de Subvenciones, se publican a continuación las bases reguladoras de la convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Bases reguladoras del concurso de decoración navideña “Ilumina Calvià 2025”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Ajuntament de Calvià convoca la sexta edición del concurso de decoración navideña de fachadas y balcones de viviendas particulares del municipio de Calvià.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. OBJETIVOS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Crear un ambiente navideño y festivo en el municipio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Dinamizar y potenciar la decoración de las fachadas y balcones del municipio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Fomentar la participación ciudadana en el embellecimiento del municipio, durante las fiestas navideñas 2025/2026.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Dinamizar la participación activa de la ciudadanía de Calvià y potenciar el tejido social y vecinal del municipio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Incentivar la creatividad de los vecinos del municipio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. PARTICIPACIÓN/INSCRIPCIÓN&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Podrán participar en este concurso, todas aquellas personas físicas que realicen el montaje en el balcón, ventana, puerta, fachada de casa o jardín exterior visible desde zona pública de su vivienda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Queda excluida del concurso la decoración de fachadas u otros elementos de locales comerciales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. PROYECTO DE DECORACIÓN&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La decoración tendrá que tener relación con la festividad de Navidad y los motivos tradicionales de la misma, teniendo los participantes plena libertad en cuanto a técnica y estilo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Queda expresamente prohibido el uso de cualquier elemento que pueda suponer un perjuicio para la ciudadanía, que pueda dañar el mobiliario urbano, que obstaculice el paso de personas por el acerado, que ocupe la calzada (en parte o en su totalidad), o que no respete la seguridad vial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. TÉCNICAS Y MATERIALES&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Para la decoración navideña se podrán emplear todo tipo de materiales que los participantes consideren oportunos, así como materiales provenientes de la naturaleza u otro medio natural. Se podrán emplear así mismo elementos de decoración iluminativa, siempre que la decoración e iluminación no suponga un peligro para la integridad de los habitantes en las viviendas ni de los viandantes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Queda totalmente prohibido el empleo de fuego, antorchas, velas o cualquier otro elemento pirotécnico en la iluminación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Será descalificado cualquier concursante que muestre en su balcón o ventana cualquier tipo de publicidad, eslogan (salvo el nombre de esta campaña que se recoge en el punto 5.8.) o similar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. CONDICIONES DE PARTICIPACIÓN&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. El participante se responsabilizará del adecuado cumplimiento de estas bases y de la realización de los trámites, permisos, medidas preventivas o de cualquier otra índole que puedan ser necesarias para su participación en el concurso, eximiendo al Ajuntament de Calvià de cualquier responsabilidad por su incumplimiento u omisión.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. La organización del concurso se reserva el derecho de resolver cualquier eventualidad no especificada en estas bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. El montaje y desmontaje de los elementos decorativos será realizado por cada participante.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Los elementos decorativos navideños deberán permanecer expuestos durante el periodo establecido (del 16 de diciembre 2025 al 7 de enero 2026, ambos inclusive) en conjunto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. El participante autoriza la publicación de la dirección objeto de este concurso en redes o cualquier otro medio propiedad del Ayuntamiento para fomento del concurso y para que pueda ser visitado por quien lo desee.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. La decoración en el balcón, ventana, puerta, fachada de la casa o jardín exterior habrá de ser visible desde la zona pública de su vivienda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7. En caso de que se produjera algún tipo de desperfecto del material empleado durante el período de exposición, éste será responsabilidad del particular que ha montado la decoración siendo competente para su subsanación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8. En las obras y decoraciones expuestas deberá reflejarse el nombre del concurso “ILUMINA CALVIÀ”.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9. Los premiados no deben tener deudas en período ejecutivo de pago con el Ayuntamiento de Calvià en el momento de la concesión, salvo que el pago de dichas deudas estuviera debidamente garantizado, de conformidad con lo dispuesto en la Ley Reguladora de las Haciendas Locales. Tampoco incurrir en alguna de las circunstancias que se determinan en el artículo 13.2 y 13.3 de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, General de Subvenciones incapacitantes para obtener la condición de beneficiario.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;10. Los premiados deben hallarse al corriente de pago de las obligaciones por reintegro de cualquier subvención o premio concedido con anterioridad por este Ayuntamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. PLAZOS Y PROCEDIMIENTO DE PARTICIPACIÓN&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Los interesados pueden inscribirse a través del formulario situado en la página web del Ayuntamiento de Calvià. Será necesario rellenar todos los campos del formulario y cumplir las condiciones de registro solicitadas, adjuntando una fotografía para participar en el concurso. Es recomendable tener en cuenta qué tipo de decoración navideña se resalta. En caso de que la fachada o el balcón tenga una decoración con iluminación navideña, es adecuado hacer la fotografía por la noche, mientras que si se trata de otro tipo de decoración no luminaria, se puede presentar una fotografía con la luz del día.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Plazos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Registro y envío de la fotografía a través de formulario: del 5 de diciembre de 2025 a las 12:00 h al 16 de diciembre de 2025 a las 12:00 h.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Los elementos decorativos navideños han de permanecer expuestos: del 16 de diciembre de 2025 al 7 de enero de 2026, ambos inclusive.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Publicación del listado de participantes en la página web del Ajuntament de Calvià: 17 de diciembre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Votación popular a través de Facebook de los premios por zona: del 17 de diciembre a las 12:00 h, hasta el el día 22 de diciembre a las 10:00 h.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Publicación de los resultados en la página web del Ayuntamiento: 23 de diciembre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Entrega de premios: 5 de enero de 2026.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Las fotos deben estar nombradas con la zona y una referencia personal (por ejemplo el nombre o las iniciales). Por ejemplo: Foto/Magaluf/María.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La fotografía de cada participante será recogida, junto con el nombre de la propuesta escogida, en un álbum de fotografías de cada zona que servirá para el sistema de votación en Facebook.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Se hará promoción del concurso mediante la página web del Ajuntament de Calvià, redes sociales, radio, entre otros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7. PREMIOS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Los resultados del concurso serán notificados a las personas ganadoras entre el 23 de diciembre de 2025 y el 4 de enero de 2026, a través de los datos de contacto que hubiesen facilitado, así como en la web municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si no se consiguiera contactar con la persona ganadora, en un plazo de 72 horas desde el primer intento de contacto, o ésta renunciara al premio, se pasaría al siguiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

La entrega de premios se realizará durante la celebración de la Cabalgata de Reyes el 5 de enero de 2026.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

En caso de acumulación en la misma persona del premio especial y del premio por zona, el premio por zona pasará automáticamente al siguiente clasificado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8. RÉGIMEN JURÍDICO Y CRÉDITO PRESUPUESTARIO.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;A la presente convocatoria le será de aplicación lo dispuesto en la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, Ley General de Subvenciones (en adelante LGS) y en el Real Decreto 887/2006, de 21 de julio, por el que se aprueba el Reglamento de la misma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El gasto que comporta la presente convocatoria asciende a 6.880,00 euros imputables a la partida presupuestaria 92400 4800010 SUBVENCIÓ DINAMITZACIÓ ZONES, del vigente presupuesto municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9. VOTACIÓN&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El sistema de votación será mixto, en el caso de los premios por zona será el resultado de la votación popular en las redes sociales. En el caso de los premios especiales dependerá de la valoración del Jurado, que valorará especialmente la originalidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Funcionamiento del sistema de votación popular para los premios de decoración de zonas:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Se publicará un álbum de fotos en la página de Facebook del Ajuntament de Calvià con la fotografía de cada participante, que servirá de base en el sistema de votación, que se realizará a través de las interacciones de los usuarios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cada perfil personal de Facebook podrá votar todas las imágenes que desee.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La persona ganadora será aquella propuesta que, con la fotografía que concurse haya logrado más interacciones en la página Facebook del Ajuntament de Calvià. Se entiende como interacción a los “me gusta”, “me encanta”, “me sorprende”, “me entristece”, “me enoja” con la misma valoración. El segundo premio por zona recaerá sobre la propuesta que reciba el segundo número mayor de votaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;No se tendrán en cuenta como interacciones/votaciones los comentarios o compartidos que haya tenido la fotografía, ni las interacciones del contenido compartido en otras páginas o perfiles.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Jurado estará compuesto por cinco miembros: La teniente de alcalde de Participación Ciudadana, el regidor delegado de Participación Ciudadana, y tres vocales más, elegidos por la teniente de alcalde de Participación Ciudadana.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Actuará como secretario con voz pero sin voto, el secretario municipal o persona en quien delegue.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cada miembro del Jurado puntuará la decoración de 1 a 5 puntos. La suma de todos los puntos recibidos por los miembros del citado Jurado, dará lugar a los ganadores del concurso. En caso de empate, se volverá a puntuar, pero en esta ocasión se puntuará del 1 al 3, así sucesivamente hasta que haya un ganador.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El fallo será inapelable, pudiendo declarar desierto el premio. Cualquier duda o vacío que pudiera surgir de la interpretación y aplicación de las presentes bases será resuelta en su momento por el Jurado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el proceso de valoración, el jurado tendrá en cuenta aspectos como la originalidad, la utilización de elementos artesanos y materiales reciclados, la iluminación, la ambientación, la estampa en su conjunto y la creatividad tanto en la utilización de elementos como en la disposición de los mismos, que pueden ser de carácter tradicional o modernos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;10. OTRAS CONSIDERACIONES&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;10.1 - El Ajuntament de Calvià exonera completamente a Facebook de toda responsabilidad por parte de cada persona concursante o participante y notifica que esta promoción no está patrocinada, avalada ni administrada por Facebook, ni asociada en modo alguno a Facebook.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;10.2 - El Ajuntament de Calvià se reserva el derecho de cancelar y modificar las condiciones y fechas del concurso, previa notificación a las personas participantes a través de su muro de Facebook.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;10.3 - El Ajuntament de Calvià, como organizador del concurso, tiene derecho a interpretar sus bases. En caso de conflicto se resolverá en base a criterios de racionalidad, igualdad y equidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;10.4 - Las personas participantes ceden el derecho de las imágenes remitidas al Ajuntament de Calvià para su publicación en medios de comunicación, página web y redes sociales. Asimismo, las personas participantes autorizan la publicación de su nombre y zona de la instalación si resultan ganadoras. El Ajuntament de Calvià no almacenará ni utilizará la información de las personas concursantes ni votantes para otros hasta que no sea el propio concurso. Las fotografías de los ganadores pasarán a ser propiedad del Ayuntamiento, que se reserva el derecho de uso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;10.5 - El Ajuntament de Calvià pretende que la competición entre los diferentes participantes en la promoción se haga con igualdad de oportunidades y con estricto respeto a las normas de la buena fe. Por ello, el Ajuntament de Calvià se reserva el derecho de eliminar de la promoción por causa justificada cualquier usuario/a que defraude, altere o inutilice el buen funcionamiento y el transcurso normal y reglamentario de la misma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Sin perjuicio de lo anterior, se entenderá, a título enunciativo pero no limitativo, que se produce fraude cuando se detecta el supuesto uso de aplicaciones independientes en el Website; realizar un abuso de consultas en el servidor y todos aquellos comportamientos que puedan resultar aparentemente abusivos y/o malintencionados, como puede ser el intercambio o compra de likes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La constatación de cualquiera de estas circunstancias durante la promoción, supondrá la descalificación automática de la promoción, así como la pérdida del premio si se le hubiera otorgado. El Ajuntament de Calvià se reserva el derecho de emprender acciones judiciales contra aquellas personas que realicen cualquier tipo de acto susceptible de ser considerado manipulación o falsificación de la promoción.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;10.6 - De conformidad con lo que dispone el Reglamento General de Protección de Datos (UE) 2016/679 y la normativa española relativa a la protección de datos personales, ponemos en su conocimiento que:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Los datos de contacto del delegado de Protección de Datos del Ajuntament de Calvià son: dd@calvia.com&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. La finalidad con que se tratan sus datos es la puerta de un registro de datos referidos a personas inscritas, de forma voluntaria, en el concurso de decoración navideña de 2025 organizado por el Ajuntament de Calvià.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. La base legal para el tratamiento de los datos es el desarrollo de las competencias municipales conferidas por la legislación estatal y autonómica reguladora del régimen local y su consentimiento, que podrá revocarse en cualquier momento, si bien sin efectos retroactivos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. La información se conservará de acuerdo con los criterios y plazos establecidos en la Ley 15/2006, de 17 de octubre, de archivos y patrimonio documental de las Islas Baleares. En cualquier caso, al revocar el consentimiento será eliminado el registro.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. Cesiones de datos previstas: podrá ser publicada, a través de la web municipal y las redes sociales, la identidad de los ganadores, participantes o colaboradores de los concursos, y se podrán utilizar las fotografías compartidas por los participantes y aquellas tomadas por el Ajuntament de Calvià durante el desarrollo del concurso, para una difusión pública no comercial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7. Podrá ejercitar, en los casos y formas previstos en la legislación vigente, los derechos de acceso, rectificación, supresión, limitación del tratamiento, oposición y portabilidad en el Servicio de Participación Ciudadana del Ajuntament de Calvià, calle Julià Bujosa Sans, alcalde, nº. 1, Calvià.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8. En todo caso, puede presentar una reclamación ante la Agencia Española de Protección de Datos.
