&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:104%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;ÓSCAR PORTAS JUAN, PRESIDENTE DEL CONSELL INSULAR DE FORMENTERA, ILLES BALEARS, HACE SABER:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:104%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Que se abre un plazo de veinte días hábiles para que, las &lt;strong&gt;personas interesadas en ser elegidas Juez de Paz &lt;/strong&gt;y que reúnan las condiciones legales, lo soliciten por escrito dirigido a esta Presidencia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Que en la Secretaría del Consell Insular de Formentera se puede examinar el expediente y pedir la información necesaria en cuanto a los requisitos, duración del cargo, remuneración, etc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Que corresponde al Pleno de esta administración pública elegir las personas para ser nombrades Juez de Paz, tanto del titular como de su sustituto, de acuerdo con lo dispuesto en los artículos 101 y 102 de la Ley Orgánica del Poder Judicial y los artículos 4 y 5.1 del Reglamento 3/1995, de 7 de junio, de los Jueces de Paz.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:104%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En el supuesto de no presentarse solicitudes, el Pleno de la Corporación elegirá libremente, comunicando el Acuerdo al Juzgado de Primera Instancia del partido.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:104%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Se publica para general conocimiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
