&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;De acuerdo con Resolución del presidente del Fondo de Garantía Agraria y Pesquera de las Islas Baleares (FOGAIBA) por la que se convocan, para el año 2024, subvenciones para inversiones en la prevención de los daños causados en los bosques por incendios forestales, desastres naturales y catástrofes. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Despues de revisar la documentación presentada junto con la solicitud de pago de la línea de ayuda indicada anteriormente, se ha constatado que falta documentación o tiene los errores que se indican en el anexo I adjunto '"Relación de solicitudes de pago a subsanar"'. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;De acuerdo con el artículo 68.1 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas, le requiero para que en el plazo de diez días a contar desde el día siguiente de la publicación de esta notificación, presente la documentación que falta o subsane los errores detectados, haciendo referencia al número de expediente y línea de ayuda. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Una vez transcurrido el plazo para subsanar las deficiencias sin que lo haya hecho, se revocará la ayuda, de acuerdo con el artículo 92.1 del Reglamento de la Ley de subvenciones citado. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
