    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Se hace público, que por Decreto de Alcaldía n.º 965 de fecha 12/11/2025, se resolvió el siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;‘'&lt;strong&gt;Primero. &lt;/strong&gt;Aprobar la relación de personas que han superado las pruebas selectivas para cubrir, como personal funcionario de carrera, una plaza de oficial de Policía Local de la oferta pública de empleo correspondiente en 2025, de la administración especial, subescala servicios especiales, grupo C, subgrupo C1, de conformidad con las correspondientes puntuaciones otorgadas por el Tribunal calificador:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo.&lt;/strong&gt; Proponer nombrar funcionario en prácticas al aspirante que ha superado el proceso selectivo con mayor puntuación, el Sr. Jesús Miguel Pieres Marqués, indicándole que dispone de un plazo de 10 días hábiles, desde la fecha de publicación de esta resolución, para presentar los documentos acreditativos que cumple los requisitos que exige la convocatoria, conformo el previsto en la cláusula segunda y novena de las bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercero.-&lt;/strong&gt; Publicar esta resolución en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares (BOIB) y en la página web del Ayuntamiento.''&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
