&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;“DECRETO DE PRESIDENCIA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;SRA. VERÓNICA CASTELLÓ PÉREZ, PRESIDENTA EN FUNCIONES DEL CONSELL INSULAR DE FORMENTERA, ILLES BALEARS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Vistas las bases que rigen el concurso de méritos para la creación de una bolsa de inspectores/as de turismo, para cubrir, con carácter interino o temporal, las posibles necesidades de provisión urgente de plazas y puestos de trabajo del Consell Insular de Formentera, BOIB núm. 122, de 13 de septiembre de 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Dado que este proceso selectivo se rige por las determinaciones contenidas en esta convocatoria específica y por las Bases Generales de convocatorias de procesos de selección del Consell Insular de Formentera, publicadas al BOIB núm. 46, de 5 de abril de 2008.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Dada la documentación presentada por las personas aspirantes que se ha tramitado según la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las Administraciones Públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Visto el Decreto de Presidencia de día 3 de octubre de 2025 por el cual se aprueba el listado provisional de personas aspirantes admitidas y excluidas en el proceso selectivo de una bolsa de inspector/a de turismo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Dado que ha transcurrido el plazo para realizar subsanaciones, alegaciones o reclamaciones, y no se han presentado subsanaciones ni alegaciones, según informe emitido por el área de secretaria de fecha 23 de octubre de 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Por todo ello, y en virtud de las competencias que tiene atribuidas la Presidencia según la estructura organizativa del Consell Insular de Formentera para el período 2025-2027 (BOIB núm. 19, de 11 de febrero 2025); en relación con el artículo 21.1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;q&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt; de la Ley 4/2022, de 28 de junio, de consells insulars, y toda la normativa aplicable que esté vigente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;HE RESUELTO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
