&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Dado que en fecha 10/11/2025 se acordó el certificado de acuerdo plenario en la sesión plenaria núm. 14, en el Ayuntamiento de Capdepera, sobre el nombramiento de los representantes de la corporación en los órganos colegiados e instituciones, se somete a información pública en el Boletín Oficial de la Provincia el siguiente texto integral:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Certificado de acuerdo de plenario del Ayuntamiento de Capdepera por el nombramiento de representantes de la corporación en los órganos colegiados e instituciones&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Hechos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1.&lt;/strong&gt; El pasado 28 de mayo de 2023 tuvieron lugar las elecciones locales. El nuevo Ayuntamiento se constituyó en sesión pública el día 17 de junio de 2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2.&lt;/strong&gt; Que en fecha 25 de octubre de 2023 se acordó la modificación del nombramiento de los representantes de la corporación en los órganos colegiados e instituciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3.&lt;/strong&gt; En fecha 10 de abril de 2025 tomó posesión la Sra. Maria Pilar Diaz Villafaina como nueva concejala de Més per Mallorca, substituyendo la vacante de concejala del partido político luego de la renuncia de la Sra. Mireia Flaquer Llull.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4.&lt;/strong&gt; En fecha 6 de noviembre de 2025 se nombró en la sesión plenaria núm. 13 a la Sra. Núria Garcia Caballeria como nueva alcaldesa del Ayuntamiento de Capdepera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;5.&lt;/strong&gt; Se considera necesario el establecimiento de los representantes de la Corporación en otros organismos en los cuales debe estar representando el Ayuntamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fundamentos de derecho&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Los artículos 26.1 de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, reguladora de las bases de régimen local, y 119 y siguientes del Real decreto 2568/1986, de 28 de noviembre, por el cual se aprueba el Reglamento de organización, funcionamiento y régimen jurídico de los entes locales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Propuesta al Pleno&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Por todo ello, se propone al Pleno del Ayuntamiento la adopción del siguiente acuerdo:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
