&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Asunto:&lt;/strong&gt; Edicto del acuerdo plenario sobre la modificación de retribuciones del equipo de gobierno (Alcaldesa)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Aprobado el siguiente acuerdo en la sesión plenaria núm. 13 en fecha 6 de noviembre de 2025 en el Ayuntamiento de Capdepera, se somete a información pública en el Boletín Oficial de la Provincia el siguiente texto integral:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Propuesta de acuerdo de la dedicación de los miembros políticos de la corporación y de las retribuciones&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Hechos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1.&lt;/strong&gt; El pasado 28 de mayo de 2023 tuvieron lugar las elecciones locales. El nuevo Ayuntamiento se constituyó en sesión pública el día 17 de junio de 2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2.&lt;/strong&gt; Se considera necesario el establecimiento del régimen de dedicación de los miembros políticos de esta Corporación, así como de la retribución que comporta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3.&lt;/strong&gt; El pasado día 23 de octubre de 2023, se firmó un pacto de gobernabilidad entre los grupos municipales PP y Més per Capdepera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4. &lt;/strong&gt;En fecha 27 de octubre de 2023 se acordó la retribución a los concejales del equipo de gobierno.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;5.&lt;/strong&gt; En fecha 13 de marzo de 2025 renunció como concejala de Més per Capdepera la Sra. Mireia Flaquer Llull.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;6.&lt;/strong&gt; En fecha 10 de abril de 2025 tomó posesión la Sra. Maria Pilar Díaz como nueva concejala de Més per Capdepera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;7. &lt;/strong&gt;En fecha 10 de julio de 2025 se modificaron las dedicaciones y retribuciones de los miembros políticos de la corporación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;8.&lt;/strong&gt; En fecha 29 de octubre de 2025 renunció la Sra. Mireia Francesca Ferrer como alcaldesa, y se llamó a la Sra. Núria Garcia Caballeria como alcaldesa en función.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;9. &lt;/strong&gt;En fecha 6 de noviembre de 2025 se nombró a la Sra. Núria Garcia Caballeria como nueva alcaldesa del Ayuntamiento de Capdepera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fundamentos de derecho&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. De conformidad con el artículo 75 de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, reguladora de las bases de régimen local, y de otra normativa concordante, los miembros de la corporación tienen derecho a percibir retribuciones para ejercer sus cargos, cuando los desarrollen en régimen de dedicación exclusiva o con dedicación parcial, así como a percibir asistencias por la concurrencia efectiva en las sesiones de los órganos colegiados de la corporación, en las condiciones que establezca el pleno de la corporación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En aplicación del apartado 5 del citado artículo 75 LRBRL deberá darse publicidad del acuerdo plenario en el Boletín Oficial de la Provincia y en el tablón de anuncios de la corporación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Propuesta al Pleno&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Por todo eso, se propone al Pleno del Ayuntamiento, la adopción del siguiente acuerdo:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGUNDO. &lt;/strong&gt;Esta retribución se percibirá en catorce pagas, doce correspondientes a las mensualidades del año y las dos restantes correspondientes a las mensualidades de junio y diciembre, y dándoles de alta en el régimen general de la Seguridad Social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCERO. &lt;/strong&gt;Durante la maternidad de la Sra. Mireia Francesca Ferrer Jaume, la Sra. Agripina Rocha Rodeiro y el Sr. Sergi Viejo Barba pasarán a tener una dedicación exclusiva del 100%, modificando sus respectivas retribuciones al 100% (36.230€).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CUARTO. &lt;/strong&gt;Las retribuciones se actualizarán cada año con la cuantía que se establezca por la Ley de Presupuestos Generales del Estado por los funcionarios, siempre que no se superen los límites máximos retributivos que no se superen los límites máximos retributivos del artículo 75 bis de la LRBRL.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;QUINTO. &lt;/strong&gt;Notificar este acuerdo a los concejales y concejalas interesados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEXTO.&lt;/strong&gt; Publicar el presente acuerdo en el Boletín Oficial de la Provincia y en el tablón de anuncios de la corporación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
