&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Adenda &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;al &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Convenio instrumental regulador de las obligaciones derivadas de la concesión de una subvención nominativa del Consejo Insular de Ibiza al Ayuntamiento de Ibiza para el ejercicio 2024, en materia de protección civil&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Partes&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Vicente Alejandro Marí Torres, presidente del Consejo Insula&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;r de Ibiza, en representación de esta institución, con NIF S0733001B y &lt;/span&gt;en el ejercicio de las facultades atribuidas por el artículo 9 de la Ley 8/2000, de 27 de octubre, de consejos insulares, y el artículo 52 del Reglamento orgánico del Consejo Insular de Ibiza.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;De otra, el señor Rafael Triguero Costa, alcalde del Ayuntamiento de Ibiza por nombramiento del Pleno de 17 de junio de 2023, en nombre y representación de esta entidad, actuando en virtud de las facultades previstas en el artículo 21.1.b) de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, reguladora de les bases de régimen local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Antecedentes&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;. &lt;/strong&gt;En fecha 13 de noviembre de 2024 el Consejo Insular de Ibiza y&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;el&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Ayuntamiento de Ibiza firmaron el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Convenio instrumental regula&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;dor de las obligaciones derivadas de la concesión de una subvención nominativa del Consejo Insular de Ibiza al Ay&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;untamiento&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; de Ibiza para el ejercicio 2024, en materia de Protección Civil,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;para financiar los gastos de material necesario&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;s&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; para el funcionamiento y el mantenimiento del voluntariado del servicio público de protección civil del Ayuntamiento &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;realizados durante las anualidades 2024 y 2025&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;, por un importe máximo de 42.000 €.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; En fecha 13 de agosto de 2025, mediante RGE núm. 2025026285&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ce181e"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;el&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ce181e"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Ayuntamiento de Ibiza solicitó&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; la ampliación del plazo de justificación del convenio, indicando que:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;«En fecha 13/11/2024 se firma el Convenio instrumental regulador de las obligaciones derivadas de la concesión de la subvención nominativa del Consejo Insular de Ibiza al Ayuntamiento de Ibiza para el ejercicio 2024, en materia de protección civil. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;En este Convenio, el Consejo Insular acuerda la distribución de 42.000€ al Ayuntamiento de Ibiza, cantidad que se destina a la compra de un furgón combi 6/8 plazas. El punto 8 del Convenio establece que la justificación se realizará antes del 30 de noviembre de 2025. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Actualmente se están tramitando las actuaciones preparatorias para la licitación del vehículo y , superados los trámites municipales, se tienen que enviar a Contratación centralizada del Estado, para adquirirlo a través del Acuerdo-marco de suministro de vehículos comerciales ligeros (AM 18/2024) AGE, en el que el Ayuntamiento de Ibiza está adherido. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;En los Pliegos de este acuerdo, se establece que el plazo de entrega del vehículo por parte de la empresa tiene que ser de un mínimo de 120 días y máximo de 210 días a partir del día siguiente a la notificación del contrato basado. Teniendo en cuenta los plazos de los procesos del contrato y posterior suministro del vehículo por parte de la empresa concesionaria adjudicada y el volumen de tramitación general del Ayuntamiento,&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;SE SOLICITA &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;La prórroga de 6 meses a partir de la fecha de justificación establecida en el convenio para la justificación de la subvención, prorrogando hasta el 31 de mayo de 2026, para poder finalizar de manera satisfactoria el proceso de compra iniciado por este Ayuntamiento.».&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; En fecha&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; 14 de agosto de 2025, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;el consejero ejecutivo del Departamento de Presidencia, Hacienda, Gestión Económica y Deportes dictó providencia de incoación, disponiendo &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;que se realicen los trámites necesarios para la formalización de una adenda al &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Convenio instrumental regula&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;dor de las obligaciones derivadas de la concesión de una subvención nominativa del Consejo Insular de Ibiza al Ay&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;untamiento&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; de Ibiza para el ejercicio 2024, en materia de protección civil, con&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; NIF P0702600, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;para financiar los gastos de material necesarios&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; para el funcionamiento y el mantenimiento del voluntariado del servicio público de protección civil del Ayuntamiento &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;realizados durante las anualidades 2024 y 2025&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; estableciendo como fecha máxima de justificación de la subvención concedida, el día &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;31 de mayo de 2026.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4. &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;De conformidad con l&lt;/span&gt;a cláusula décima del convenio firmado que indica que la modificación del mismo tendrá que ser aprobada por las partes y se incluirá en este, en forma de adenda, a propuesta de la Comisión Mixta de Seguimiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En este sentido, en fecha 20 de agosto de 2025 se reunió la Comisión y se acordó prorrogar el convenio de referencia hasta el 31 de mayo de 2026.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Las partes se reconocen mutuamente la capacidad legal necesaria para formalizar esta adenda al convenio de colaboración firmado, de acuerdo con las siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cláusulas&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primera&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Modificar la cláusula 8 del convenio en el siguiente sentido:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;DONDE DICE:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;«De conformidad con la base núm. 24 de las bases de ejecución del presupuesto del Consejo Insular de Ibiza para la anualidad 2024 y, al tratarse de una transferencia de capital (Cap. 7), la justificación se realizará antes del 30 de noviembre de 2025&lt;/span&gt;». &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TIENE QUE DECIR:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;«De conformidad con la base núm. 24 de las bases de ejecución del presupuesto del Consejo Insular de Ibiza para la anualidad 2024 y, al tratarse de una transferencia de capital (Cap. 7), la justificación se realizará antes del &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;31 de mayo de 2026&lt;/span&gt;». &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segunda&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Modificar la cláusula 16 del convenio en el siguiente sentido:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;DONDE DICE: &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;«Este Convenio es vigente hasta el 31 de diciembre del 2025 desde la fecha de su firma&lt;/span&gt;». &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TIENE QUE DECIR:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;«Este Convenio es vigente hasta el 31 de mayo de 2026 desde la fecha de su firma&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;». &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercera&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El Convenio instrumental regula&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;dor de les obligaciones derivadas de la concesión de una subvención nominativa del Consejo Insular de Ibiza al Ay&lt;/span&gt;untamiento de Ibiza para el ejercicio 2024, en materia de Protección Civil&lt;/span&gt; se verá únicamente modificado en las cláusulas especificadas en la presente adenda, manteniendo en el resto del convenio su redacción y sentido iniciales. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cuarta&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Esta adenda entrará en vigor el mismo día de su firma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
