El 28 de diciembre de 2024, en el BOIB n.º 170, se publicó la Resolución del consejero de Empresa, Autónomos y Energía de 23 de diciembre de 2024 por la que se aprueba, mediante el procedimiento de gasto anticipado, la convocatoria pública de subvenciones para el año 2025 para el fomento de instalaciones de energía solar fotovoltaica y microeólica dirigida a personas físicas dentro del Programa FEDER 2021-2027.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">2. Las personas que figuran en el anexo de esta propuesta obtuvieron una subvención para la implantación de instalaciones renovables.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">3. Las personas que figuran en el anexo de esta propuesta presentaron la documentación justificativa de las actuaciones realizadas, en que se acredita que el importe de la actuación ha sido inferior al previsto inicialmente o se ha reducido la instalación.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">4. Los servicios técnicos competentes han informado favorablemente sobre el pago de las subvenciones descritas en el anexo, en que se incluye una minoración del importe proporcional a las modificaciones efectuadas, las cuales se han calculado de acuerdo con la Resolución de convocatoria de estas ayudas.</span></p> <p><strong>Fundamentos de derecho</strong></p> <p><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">1. Resolución del consejero de Empresa, Autónomos y Energía de 23 de diciembre de 2024 por la que se aprueba, mediante el procedimiento de gasto anticipado, la convocatoria pública de subvenciones para el año 2025 para el fomento de instalaciones de energía solar fotovoltaica y microeólica dirigida a personas físicas dentro del Programa FEDER 2021-2027.</span></p> <p style="text-align:center"><strong>Propuesta de resolución</strong></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Propongo al consejero <span style="color:black">de Empresa, Autónomos y Energía </span>que dicte una resolución en los términos siguientes:</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">1. Reconocer la obligación y proponer el pago de una subvención a los beneficiarios que figuran en el anexo, de acuerdo con el importe que se indica.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">2. Revocar parcialmente la subvención concedida puesto que la cantidad de coste elegible ha sido inferior a lo previsto.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">3. Autorizar y disponer negativamente el gasto a revocar parcialmente de los beneficiarios y por los importes detallados en el anexo.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">4. Establecer que los beneficiarios están obligados a cumplir lo que dispone el apartado decimoprimero de la Resolución del consejero de Transición Energética, Sectores Productivos y Memoria Democrática de 23 de diciembre de 2024, así como los supuestos establecidos en el apartado decimotercero en relación con la concurrencia de ayudas.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">5. Disponer que toda alteración de las condiciones establecidas para la concesión de la subvención, como también la obtención concurrente de subvenciones o ayudas otorgadas por otras administraciones públicas o entes públicos, nacionales o internacionales, da lugar a la revisión parcial o total de la subvención y, por lo tanto, al reintegro de la cantidad correspondiente más los intereses de demora.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">Contra esta propuesta de resolución se puede alegar lo que se considere conveniente en el plazo máximo de diez días hábiles a contar desde el día siguiente de la publicación en el </span><em>Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears</em><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">.
