&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;"&lt;strong&gt;CONCURSO DE DECORACIÓN DE FACHADAS NAVIDEÑAS PARA PARTICULARES&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;BASES GENERALES&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1. OBJETO Y FINALIDAD&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El objeto de esta convocatoria, promovida por el Ayuntamiento de Andratx, tiene como misión Incentivar la participación ciudadana en el transcurso de las fiestas de Navidad, proponiendo que los ciudadanos engalane y decoren con luces y adornos navideños las fachadas de sus viviendas. Y, así, contribuir a crear un ambiente festivo a las calles de nuestro municipio durante la próxima Navidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Con éste propósito, y vista la buena acogida que tuvo el concurso de las anteriores navidades por parte de la población de nuestro municipio, se abre este concurso de decoración de fachadas navideñas para todos los particulares, con una cordial invitación a todos los ciudadanos que participen. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2. DESTINATARIOS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Podrán participar en el concurso todas aquellas personas residentes en el término municipal de Andratx.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Los participantes tendrán que cumplir todos los requisitos establecidos en el artículo 13 de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, Ley General de Subvenciones. Se destaca la necesidad de encontrarse al corriente de las obligaciones tributarias ante la Agencia Tributaria de las Islas Baleares (ATIB), ante la Agencia Estatal de la Administración Tributaria (AEAT), de la Seguridad Social y ante el Ayuntamiento de Andratx.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La Tesorería Municipal del Ayuntamiento de Andratx expedirá, de oficio, una certificación que acreditará si los solicitantes cumplen con sus obligaciones fiscales con este Ayuntamiento y si tienen o no deudas pendientes con el mismo, ya sean conceptos tributarios o no tributarios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3. BASES REGULADORAS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Para todos los casos no previstos en esta convocatoria será aplicable:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Ley 38/2023, de 17 de noviembre, General de Subvenciones (BOIB 276, de 18 de noviembre de 2003).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Real Decreto 887/2006, por el que se aprueba el reglamento que desarrolla la Ley General de Subvenciones (BOIB 176, de 25 de julio de 2006).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas (BOE 236 de 2 de octubre de 2015).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Ordenanza general de subvenciones de Andratx 2017 (BOIB 47, de 20 de abril de 2017).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Resto de normativa que resulte de aplicación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4. CRÉDITO PRESUPUESTARIO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Durante el ejercicio presupuestario 2025, se destina la cantidad de 45&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;0 euros (€) a la subvención objeto de esta convocatoria, con cargo a la aplicación presupuestaria 933.22609 TRADICIONS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;5. REQUISITOS Y CONDICIONES&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Podrán participar en este concurso todos los vecinos que decoren con motivos navideños los balcones, ventanas o fachadas de los edificios ubicados dentro del municipio de Andratx. Sólo se podrá inscribir una decoración por solicitante.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;div style="page-break-after:always"&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Los participantes tendrán plena libertad en cuanto a técnica y estilo de decoración de sus balcones, ventanas y fachadas, siempre que la decoración y la iluminación no suponga un peligro para los viandantes. Siendo los participantes, los responsables del montaje correcto de la decoración y garantizando que no se provoque ningún daño a las personas ni a los inmuebles.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Para la decoración de Navidad, se podrán emplear todo tipo de materiales que los participantes consideren oportunos, así como materiales que provengan de la naturaleza, siempre que procedan de talas naturales. Además, también se podrán emplear decoraciones luminosas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La decoración debe guardar relación directa con los motivos navideños. Quedando totalmente prohibido la iluminación de elementos con fuego, antorchas, velas y cualquier elemento pirotécnico.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Las decoraciones de les fachadas permanecerán montadas durante el periodo mínimo comprendido entre el &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;día 13 de diciembre de 2025 hasta el 5 de enero de 2026, ambos incluidos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Los participantes cederán, siempre que estén de acuerdo y con carácter no exclusivo, los derechos de imagen de las fotografías de sus fachadas o elementos decorados, con carácter indefinido, a favor del Ayuntamiento de Andratx, a los efectos de su difusión por cualquier medio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;6. CATEGORÍAS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Este concurso, al corresponder a una iniciativa que se emprendió en las navidades del año 2024, únicamente se configurará con una única categoría de decoración exterior navideña en fachadas con tres premios individualizados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;7. CRITERIOS DE VALORACIÓN&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Los criterios de valoración que tendrán que regir las votaciones por parte del jurado técnico y del jurado popular serán los siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a) Diseño de la composición y valor artístico.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;b) Originalidad de la composición.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;c) Dificultad del montaje.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;d) El uso de efectos, iluminación y proyecciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;e) El uso de materiales artesanales y/o reciclados&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;8. JURADO Y SISTEMA DE VOTACIÓN&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Desde el área de Patrimonio se nombrará un jurado técnico, formado por 4 vocales elegidos entre los representantes de entidades del municipio de Andratx. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Junto con éste jurado, se creará un jurado popular conformado por todas las personas que quieran participar el día de la visita de valoración.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Cada miembro del jurado técnico puntuará cada fachada, ventana o balcón decorada visitada de 0 a 5 puntos, según cada uno de los criterios de valoración. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En cambio, cada persona del jurado popular podrá puntuar de 0 a 5 puntos cada fachada, ventana o balcón decorada visitada. Y una vez finalizada la valoración, se realizará un baremo de todas las puntuaciones para equiparar los valores a 1/5 parte, como si fuesen un jurado técnico. La suma de todas las puntuaciones del jurado técnico, junto con la puntuación baremada del jurado popular, determinarán los participantes ganadores del concurso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Éste jurado estará presidido por la Alcaldesa o persona que designe, con voz, pero sin voto, acompañada por un secretario que corresponderá a un funcionario del Ayuntamiento. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El jurado se reserva la facultad de interpretar las presentes bases o resolver cualquier imprevisto. La decisión del jurado es inapelable, y se podrá declarar desierto alguno de los premios previstos, por falta de calidad en el trabajo, o por no ajustarse a éstas bases. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Éste jurado tendrá que elevar una propuesta a la Junta de Gobierno Local, que será el órgano competente para resolver el procedimiento, incluyendo la posibilidad de que el premio no sea adjudicado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La visita por parte de los jurados a los edificios engalanados y decorados se realizará el día 12 de diciembre de 2025 a partir de las 18:30 horas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Sí por motivos de organización no se pudieran realizar las visitas con&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; los jurados los día previstos, serán informados directamente los participantes y los miembros del jurado junto con la población que quiera participar en el jurado popular.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; Aplazando la visita &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a la siguiente semana del mes de diciembre de 2025. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;9. PLAZO, LUGAR DE PRESENTACIÓN Y CONTENIDO DE LAS SOLICITUDES&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;9.1. Presentación de las solicitudes&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El plazo de presentación de solicitudes (Anexo I) y el resto de documentación obligatoria &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;será desde el siguiente día hábil a partir de la publicación de ésta convocatoria en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares (BOIB) hasta día 28 de noviembre de 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La inscripción en este concurso es totalmente gratuita.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Les solicitudes se podrán presentar, de acuerdo con lo que establecen los artículos 14.2, 14.3, 16.4 i 66, de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, de Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las administraciones públicas, de las siguientes formas:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Presencialmente: Ante el Servicio de Atención a la Ciudadanía (SAC) del Ayuntamiento de Andratx, con &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000080"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;cita previa&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; (de 8:00 a 13:30 de lunes a viernes) o cualquiera de las oficinas de registro de la Administración autonómica, de la Administración General del Estado, del resto de Comunidades Autónomas o de las entidades que integran la Administración Local. También se podrán presentar ante las oficinas de Correos, dentro de un sobre abierto, con el fin de que el personal de la oficina pueda indicar, mediante sello oficial, lugar, fecha y hora exacta en la que se ha efectuado el registro.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Telemáticamente. A través de la &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000080"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Sede Electrónica&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; del Ayuntamiento de Andratx, mediante el trámite específico (en todo caso, sujetos obligados a relacionarse a través de medios electrónicos con las administraciones públicas y, opcionalmente, personas físicas no obligadas). Es necesario disponer de uno de los métodos de identificación permitidos (certificado electrónico, DNI electrónico o Cl@ve pin).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Si la solicitud no cumple los requisitos establecidos en la convocatoria, el órgano gestor ha de requerir a la persona interesada para que lo subsane en el plazo máximo de 10 días hábiles, con la indicación de que, si no lo hace, se considerará por desistida la solicitud, previa resolución que ha de ser dictada en los términos previstos en el artículo 68 de la Lay 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, de Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las administraciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;9.2. Contenido&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Las solicitudes de participación en el concurso se deberán presentar mediante las instancias y los anexos que facilita el Ayuntamiento de Andratx y que se pueden encontrar en la &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000080"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Sede electrónica&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; de éste.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La solicitud constará de la siguiente documentación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Modelo de solicitud&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;b) Fotocopia del NIF&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;e) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Declaración responsable de estar al corriente de obligaciones tributarias ante la Agencia Tributaria de las Islas Baleares (ATIB), ante la Agencia Estatal de la Administración Tributaria, Seguridad Social y el Ayuntamiento de Andratx.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Documentación gráfica:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Los participantes autorizarán expresamente la captación, reproducción y la publicación de las imágenes generales, con el creador y al detalle de la decoración de la fachada objecto del concurso. (Anexo 1). Éstas podrán ser difundidas en los diversos medios y canales del Ayuntamiento (web municipal, redes sociales, material promocional, publicaciones externas, revistas, trípticos y otros medios propios).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El derecho a la propia imagen está reconocido en el artículo 18.1 de la Constitución Española, regulado por la Ley Orgánica 1/1982, de 5 de mayo, sobre el derecho al honor, a la intimidad personal y familiar y a la propia imagen y Ley Orgánica 3/2018, de 5 de diciembre, de Protección de Datos Personales y Garantía de los derechos digitales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Con lo cual, la fotografía de la fachada o decoración con su creador y/o participante no será objeto de ser difundida en los diversos medios y canales del Ayuntamiento (web municipal, redes sociales, material promocional, publicaciones externas, revistas, trípticos y otros medios propios) sin el consentimiento expreso del participante (Anexo 1).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;10. FINANCIACIÓN E IMPORTE DEL CONCURSO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Para hacer frente a la presente convocatoria, se destina la cantidad total de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;450 euros distribu&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;idos de la siguiente manera:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El pago de éstos premios serán abonados con cargo a la partida correspondiente, una vez llevada a término la tramitación legalmente establecida.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;11. ÓRGANOS COMPETENTES PARA INSTRUIR Y RESOLVER EL PROCEDIMIENTO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La tramitación y gestión de ésta convocatoria estará sujeta a los principios enumerados en el artículo 8.3 de la Ley 38/2023, de 17 de noviembre, General de Subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La Junta de Gobierno Local será el órgano encargado de aprobar las bases y la convocatoria y de resolverla, de acuerdo con el&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; Decreto número 1625-2023, de 19 de junio de 2023&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;, por la cual la Alcaldía del Ayuntamiento de Andratx, delega un conjunto de competencias a la Junta de Gobierno Local, entre las cuales se encuentra la concesión de ayudas, subvenciones y becas económicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Recibido el informe por el órgano instructor que gestione las solicitudes para participar en el concurso de fachadas y comprobado que los solicitantes cumplen con los requisitos exigidos, se dictará la propuesta de resolución correspondiente. Y, posteriormente, la Junta de Gobierno Local resolverá, con indicación de los extremos contenidos en la propuesta de resolución definitiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;12. PROCEDIMIENTO Y NOTIFICACIÓN DE LOS PREMIOS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La convocatoria, con las bases que la rigen , se publicarán en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares (BOIB), en la página web y en el tablón de anuncios del Ayuntamiento de Andratx. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Las resoluciones de concesión de los premios del concurso de belenes se publicarán en la citada página web y el tablón de anuncios del Ayuntamiento de Andratx, en los términos de la disposición adicional séptima de la Ley Orgánica 3/2018, de 5 de diciembre, de protección de datos personales y garantía de los derechos digitales. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El plazo máximo para resolver el procedimiento y notificarlo es de seis meses desde la fecha de publicación del extracto de la convocatoria en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares (BOIB). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Si no se resolviera en plazo, el procedimiento de concesión de concesión de los premios, tenemos que señalar que, según lo que dice el artículo 25.4 i 5 LGS, transcurrido el plazo de seis meses desde la iniciación sin resolver y notificar resolución, los interesados podrán entender desestimada su solicitud. A partir de éste momento podrán interponer el recurso potestativo de reposición (en un mes desde que se producen los efectos del silencio administrativo) o, directamente, el contencioso-administrativo, ante el Juzgado Contencioso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;13. PAGO DE LOS PREMIOS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El pago del total del importe premiado se hará mediante transferencia bancaria en la cuenta corriente designada por el beneficiario del premio (solicitud de transferencia bancaria para pagos (&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000080"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Modelo SEPA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;), una vez se haya comprobado que el solicitante cumple los requisitos para ser beneficiario del premio y se dicte la correspondiente resolución de concesión de la subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;14. OBLIGACIONES DE LAS PERSONAS BENEFICIARIAS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Las personas beneficiarias han de cumplir las obligaciones establecidas en el artículo 8 de la Ordenanza Municipal de Subvenciones de Andratx y el artículo 14 de la Ley 38/2003 General de Subvenciones. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;15. REINTEGRO Y PÉRDIDA DEL DERECHO AL COBRO DE LA SUBVENCIÓN&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Para la aplicación del reintegro se ajustará a las causas y al procedimiento establecido en la presente convocatoria (destacando el artículo 13 de ésta), en los artículos 36 y siguientes de la Ley 38/2003 General de Subvenciones, 96 y siguientes del Reglamento General de Subvenciones, y 49 y siguientes de la Ordenanza reguladora de Subvenciones de Andratx. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

ACEPTACIÓN DE LAS BASES, DERECHOS Y OBLIGACIONES&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La presentación al concurso supone la aceptación de las bases y de los derechos y obligaciones que del mismo deriven. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;17. RENUNCIA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En cualquier momento del procedimiento, los interesados podrán desistir de su solicitud o renunciar al derecho de percibir los premios concedidos de conformidad con aquello que dispone el artículo 94 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La renuncia se tendrá que presentar mediante instancia general, de acuerdo con los artículos 14.2, 14.3 y 16.4 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;18. INFRACCIONES Y SANCIONES&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El incumplimiento de los requisitos establecidos en éstas bases o en la normativa de aplicación podrá dar lugar a la aplicación del régimen de sanciones establecidos en la Ley General de Subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;19. PRESENTACIÓN DE RECURSOS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Contra la resolución por la cual se aprueban las presentes bases, y de conformidad con lo que dispone en los artículos 123 y 124 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, y 8, 45 y 46 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, se podrá interponer uno de los siguientes recursos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a) Con carácter potestativo, recurso de reposición ante el mismo órgano que dictó el acto (excepto si se trata de un acto dictado por delegación. En éste caso, corresponderá la resolución al órgano que ha hecho la delegación), en el plazo de un mes, a contar desde el día siguiente a la publicación de la convocatoria de las presentes bases. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La interposición del recurso, excepto en los casos en que una disposición establezca lo contrario, no suspenderá la ejecución del acto impugnado, de conformidad con lo que dispone el artículo 117 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Si transcurriera un mes desde el día siguiente al de la interposición del recurso de reposición sin que éste hubiera sido resuelto, se podrá entender que ha sido desestimado e interponer recurso contencioso-administrativo ante el Juzgado Contencioso Administrativo de Palma, en el plazo de seis meses, a contar desde el día siguiente al de la desestimación presunta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;b) Recurso contencioso-administrativo ante el Juzgado de lo Contencioso Administrativo de Palma, dentro del plazo de dos meses contados desde el día siguiente al de la publicación de la convocatoria de las presentes bases. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En caso de optar por el recurso potestativo de reposición, no se podrá interponer el recurso contencioso-administrativo hasta que aquel sea resuelto expresamente o se haya producido su desestimación por silencio administrativo. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

			&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:10px"&gt;Comparecencia del jurado:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

			&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:10px"&gt;a la comparecencia por parte del jurado para poder valorar la decoración.*&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
