    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Visto que se ha detectado un error en la publicación del BOIB n.º 144 de fecha 30/10/2025 en la versión catalana, se publica correctamente el Acuerdo de Pleno de aprobación inicial de la modificación puntual N.º 3 de las Normas Subsidiarias de Andratx (BOIB N.º 62, de 13 de mayo de 2023).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El Pleno del Ayuntamiento de Andratx en sesión extraordinaria, celebrada en fecha 22/10/2025, ha adoptado el siguiente acuerdo de aprobación inicial de la modificación puntual N.º 3 de las Normas Subsidiarias de Andratx (BOIB N.º 62, de 13 de mayo de 2023)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;«&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERO.- APROBAR &lt;/strong&gt;inicialmente la modificación puntual n.º 3/2025 de las Normas Subsidiarias de Andratx (BOIB n.º 62, de 13 de mayo de 2023), cuya documentación de fecha 11 de septiembre de 2025 es la siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Memoria justificativa&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGUNDO.-&lt;/strong&gt; Someter el expediente a trámite de información pública durante un plazo de 30 días mediante la publicación en el BOIB y en la sede electrónica del Ayuntamiento de Andratx. La publicación del anuncio de información pública en el Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears tiene que hacer constar de manera clara el localizador uniforme de recursos de la sede electrónica para acceder a la documentación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCERO.-&lt;/strong&gt; Solicitar informe a las administraciones que constan en el informe técnico de fecha 10 de octubre de 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CUARTO.- NOTIFICAR&lt;/strong&gt; el acuerdo de aprobación inicial a las personas interesadas que constan en el expediente.&lt;em&gt;»&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
