&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1. La Gerencia de la Fundació Bit, inició un proceso de selección para contratar con contrato temporal a tiempo completo, uno/a facultativo/a superior TIC para prestar servicios en la Fundació Bit (FSUTU02-25), con la publicación en el BOIB de las bases específicas el 11 de septiembre de 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2. De acuerdo con las bases específicas se desarrolló el proceso selectivo y la Comisión de Selección publicó la lista definitiva con la puntuación de la fase de entrevista personal más la puntuación de los méritos alegados el 11 de noviembre 2025. Una vez finalizado el proceso de selección, dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

La persona con la mayor puntuación ha superado el proceso de selección para ocupar el puesto de trabajo de facultativo/a superior TIC, código de la Relación de Puestos de trabajo L03060044-02, con número de DNI: ***1340**.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;3. El/la candidato/a con la mayor puntuación será requerido/a por la Comisión de Selección para aportar los originales de los requisitos y de los méritos alegados y se tendrá que incorporar al puesto de trabajo el 24 de noviembre de 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;4. Publicar la presente resolución en el BOIB, en la web de la Fundació Bit https://www.fundaciobit.org y en el tablón de anuncios en las oficinas de la Fundació Bit.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Interposición de recursos:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;El orden jurisdiccional social es el competente para resolver las controversias derivadas de esta resolución, de acuerdo con la Ley 36/2011, de 10 de octubre, reguladora de la jurisdicción social, sin que se pueda interponer ningún recurso en vía administrativa ni ninguna reclamación previa a la vía judicial social, sin perjuicio que se pueda presentar una reclamación ante el órgano que dicta esta resolución.&lt;/p&gt;
