&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. El Real Decreto 284/2021, de 20 de abril, por el que se regula la cualificación inicial y la formación continua de los conductores de determinados vehículos destinados al transporte por carretera y por el que se modifica el Reglamento de la Ley de Ordenación de los Transportes Terrestres aprobado por el Real Decreto 1211/1990, de 28 de septiembre (BOE nº 98, de 24 de abril de 2021), determina que, finalizado el curso de formación, las personas aspirantes a la obtención del certificado de aptitud profesional acreditativo de su cualificación inicial deberán superar, en un plazo no superior a un año desde dicha finalización, un examen que versará sobre el contenido de las materias incluidas en la letra &lt;em&gt;a)&lt;/em&gt; del anexo 1 del Real Decreto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. El artículo 17 del mismo Real Decreto establece que los exámenes serán organizados por los órganos competentes para la expedición de las autorizaciones de transporte público discrecional de viajeros y mercancías por carretera en el territorio de que se trate.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. En la isla de Mallorca dichas autorizaciones se expedirán por la Consejería de Vivenda, Territorio y Movilidad del Gobierno de las Illes Balears, en tanto que en el resto de islas la competencia para expedir las autorizaciones de transporte público discrecional de viajeros y mercancías ha sido asumida por los respectivos consejos insulares, en virtud de la Ley 13/1998, de 23 de diciembre, de atribución de competencias a los consejos insulares de Menorca y de Eivissa y Formentera en materia de transportes terrestres.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. El Informe de la Jefa del Servicio de Ordenación del Transporte Terrestre de 31 de octubre de 2025, concluye que la resolución del consejero de Vivienda, Territorio y Movilidad de convocatoria de las pruebas para la obtención del certificado de aptitud profesional acreditativo de la calificación inicial de los conductores de determinados vehículos destinados al transporte por carretera que deben llevarse a cabo en el año 2026 en la isla de Mallorca deberá incluir las bases, el tribunal y las fechas en que se prevé que se tienen que llevar a cabo las pruebas. El día, el lugar y la hora de las pruebas se determinarán para cada una de las seis convocatorias previstas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fundamentos de derecho&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. El Real Decreto 284/2021, de 20 de abril, por el que se regula la cualificación inicial y la formación continua de los conductores de determinados vehículos destinados al transporte por carretera y por el que se modifica el Reglamento de la Ley de Ordenación de los Transportes Terrestres aprobado por el Real Decreto 1211/1990, de 28 de septiembre (BOE n.º 98, de 24 de abril de 2021).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. La Ley 13/1998, de 23 de diciembre, de atribución de competencias a los consejos insulares de Menorca y de Eivissa y Formentera en materia de transportes por carretera (BOE n.º 31, de 5 de febrero de 1999).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. El Decreto 10/2025, de 14 de julio, de la presidenta de las Illes Balears, por el que se establecen las competencias y la estructura orgánica básica de las consejerías de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears (BOIB ext. n.º 91, de 14 de julio de 2025).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Por todo ello, y visto el informe de la jefa del Servicio de Ordenación del Transporte Terrestre de 31de octubre de 2025, dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resolución&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Aprobar la convocatoria de las pruebas que se llevarán a cabo en 2026 en la isla de Mallorca para la obtención del certificado de aptitud profesional acreditativo de la cualificación inicial que exige el Real Decreto 284/2021, de 20 de abril, por el que se regula la cualificación inicial y la formación continua de los conductores de determinados vehículos destinados al transporte por carretera y por el que se modifica el Reglamento de la Ley de Ordenación de los Transportes Terrestres aprobado por el Real Decreto 1211/1990, de 28 de septiembre; en concreto, de los permisos de conducción de las categorías C1, C1+E, C, C+E, D1, D1+E, D y D+E.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Aprobar las bases específicas que regirán esta convocatoria, adjuntas a esta Resolución como anexo 1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. Designar el Tribunal Calificador de estas pruebas, que estará constituido por los miembros que se indican en el anexo 2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. Publicar esta Resolución en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Interposición de recursos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Contra esta Resolución, que agota la vía administrativa, se podrá interponer un recurso potestativo de reposición ante el consejero de Vivienda, Territorio y Movilidad en el plazo de un mes desde el día siguiente al de la publicación, de acuerdo con el artículo 124 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas, y el artículo 57 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de régimen jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;También se podrá interponer directamente un recurso contencioso-administrativo ante la Sala de lo Contencioso-Administrativo del Tribunal Superior de Justicia de las Illes Balears en el plazo de dos meses desde el día siguiente al de su publicación, de acuerdo con el artículo 46 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la Jurisdicción Contencioso-administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1.2. La convocatoria se extiende al ámbito territorial de la isla de Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Normas generales de las pruebas&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2.1. Se llevarán a cabo seis convocatorias de pruebas para la obtención del certificado de aptitud profesional acreditativo de la cualificación inicial, necesario para la conducción en que resulte obligatorio estar en posesión de los permisos de conducción de las categorías C1, C1+E, C, C+E, D1, D1+E, D y D+E.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2.2. Las pruebas se ajustarán al programa establecido en la letra &lt;em&gt;a)&lt;/em&gt; del anexo 1 del Real Decreto 284/2021, de 20 de abril.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2.3. Los ejercicios, la estructura y la forma de calificarlos se establecen en la sección 1ª del anexo 5 del mencionado Real Decreto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2.4. El examen constará de 100 preguntas tipo test, cada una de las cuales tendrá cuatro respuestas alternativas. Las respuestas correctas se valorarán con 1 punto y las contestadas erróneamente se penalizarán con 0,5 puntos negativos. Las preguntas no contestadas o que contengan más de una respuesta no puntuarán ni positiva ni negativamente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2.5. La duración de la prueba será de dos horas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercero&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Requisitos de los aspirantes&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3.1. Para poder participar en las pruebas será necesario haber superado los preceptivos cursos, ya sea en su modalidad ordinaria o la acelerada, de conformidad con lo establecido en el artículo 5 del Real Decreto 284/2021, en los doce meses anteriores a la fecha de celebración del examen, o, en su caso, contar con los títulos, cursos y certificados indicados en las disposiciones adicionales segunda, tercera, cuarta y quinta del mencionado Real Decreto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3.2. Si el Tribunal, en cualquier momento del proceso, tuviera conocimiento o dudas fundadas de que alguna de las personas aspirantes incumple los requisitos exigidos en la convocatoria, podría requerirle los documentos acreditativos de su cumplimiento. En el caso de que los requisitos no quedaran acreditados, la persona aspirante quedaría excluida de las pruebas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3.3. En el caso de que el número de personas aspirantes sea superior al número de plazas de que disponga el recinto en el que se desarrollarán los exámenes, se realizarán dos turnos. Los integrantes de cada turno se publicarán con la lista definitiva de las personas admitidas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3.4 El curso deberá finalizar antes de la fecha de fin de inscripción al examen.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cuarto&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Solicitudes, lugar y plazo de presentación&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;4.1. Las solicitudes se deberán presentar de forma telemática a través de la sede electrónica del Ministerio de Transportes y Movilidad Sostenible y se deberá cumplimentar el formulario de inscripción al examen del Ministerio de Transportes y Movilidad Sostenible que pueden encontrar en la página web&lt;em&gt; &lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;http://www.caib.es.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4.2. Se presentará acompañando a la solicitud una fotocopia del documento oficial en vigor acreditativo de la identidad, del justificante de pago de la tasa por los derechos de examen y, en su caso, de los documentos que se indican en el punto 3 de estas bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4.3. Se podrá cumplimentar el documento de ingreso para el pago de las tasas en la página web &lt;em&gt;http://www.atib.es&lt;/em&gt;. La aplicación mostrará el modelo correspondiente a la liquidación de la tasa y la persona interesada deberá rellenar el formulario con los datos que le sean solicitados. A continuación, podrá imprimir el documento y realizar el pago en una de las entidades colaboradoras que figuran en el modelo, o realizar el pago telemático, mediante banca electrónica, siempre que la persona interesada tenga una cuenta operativa por vía telemática con una de les entidades bancarias cuyos anagramas aparezcan en la pantalla. La aplicación indicará también la forma de realizar dicho pago electrónico. Una vez que el pago se haya realizado correctamente, se incorporará al documento de ingreso el justificante del pago efectuado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4.4. El plazo de presentación de las solicitudes será de quince días hábiles. &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;5.1. Una vez que haya acabado el plazo para la presentación de solicitudes, la Dirección General de Movilidad dictará una resolución con las listas provisionales de las personas aspirantes admitidas y excluidas, con la indicación de la causa que motiva su exclusión, que se publicará en el tablón de anuncios de la Dirección General de Movilidad y en la página web &lt;em&gt;http://www.caib.es.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;5.2. Las personas aspirantes excluidas y las que no figuran en las listas de personas admitidas o figuran con algún dato erróneo dispondrán de un plazo de cinco días hábiles, a partir del día siguiente al de la publicación de la resolución, para subsanar el defecto observado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;5.3. Una vez que haya acabado el plazo de subsanación, la Dirección General de Movilidad dictará una resolución en que declare aprobadas las listas definitivas de las personas aspirantes admitidas y excluidas, con la indicación de la causa que motiva su exclusión, que se publicará en el tablón de anuncios de la Dirección General de Movilidad y en la página web &lt;em&gt;http://www.caib.es.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las personas aspirantes admitidas concurrirán a las pruebas provistas del documento oficial en vigor acreditativo de su identidad. En caso contrario, no se les admitirá a las pruebas y no podrán realizarlas. Se recomienda, asimismo, que concurran provistas del justificante de pago de la tasa por los derechos de examen y de la copia de la solicitud de admisión. También deberán llevar bolígrafo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;8.1. Una vez que hayan acabado las pruebas y se hayan corregido todos los ejercicios, el Tribunal hará pública la lista provisional de las personas aspirantes aptas y no aptas en el tablón de anuncios de la Dirección General de Movilidad y en la página web &lt;em&gt;http://www.caib.es.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;8.2. Las personas aspirantes en esta lista contarán con un plazo de cinco días hábiles para presentar las reclamaciones que estimen oportunas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;8.3. Una vez que se hayan resuelto estas reclamaciones, el Tribunal elevará la propuesta de lista definitiva de las personas aspirantes aptas y no aptas a la Dirección General de Movilidad, que dictará una resolución por la que estas personas aspirantes se declaran aptas y la publicará en el tablón de anuncios de la Dirección General de Movilidad y en la página web &lt;em&gt;http://www.caib.es.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Noveno&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Obtención de la tarjeta&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;9.1. Una vez que se hayan publicado las listas definitivas de aprobados, el órgano competente expedirá las correspondientes tarjetas previamente comprobada la validez del permiso de conducir para la categoría del correspondiente vehículo&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;9.2. La entrega de la tarjeta quedará condicionada a la acreditación del pago de la correspondiente tasa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;9.3. El pago de las tasas podrá realizarse de manera telemática en las mismas condiciones que las indicadas en el punto 4.3 de estas bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
