&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. El artículo 7.2 de la Ley 1/2022, de 8 de marzo, de educación de las Illes Balears (BOIB núm. 38, de 1 de marzo) establece que el objetivo de la regulación del primer ciclo de educación infantil es universalizar este ciclo, hacerlo gratuito progresivamente y garantizar una educación equitativa y de calidad. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Además, el artículo 7.8 de la misma Ley dispone que los centros públicos y los privados de primer ciclo de educación infantil que cumplan las condiciones legales, estén previamente autorizados por la Administración educativa y formen parte de la red pública o hayan suscrito un concierto educativo, pueden recibir las ayudas económicas que se convoquen. Los tipos de ayudas que convoque la consejería deben tener como finalidad paliar la falta de plazas, contribuir a reducir las desigualdades y favorecer a los sectores socialmente más vulnerables. El alumnado de estos centros, así como el de los centros de educación infantil autorizados en situación de vulnerabilidad que reúnan los requisitos establecidos, pueden recibir las ayudas de escolarización y comedor que correspondan.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. El artículo 7 del Decreto ley 5/2023, de 28 de agosto, de medidas urgentes en el ámbito educativo y sanitario (BOIB núm. 120, de 29 de agosto), prevé que la financiación de las aulas de primer ciclo de educación infantil de los centros privados que prestan servicio público de educación se puede instrumentalizar mediante el concierto educativo, de acuerdo con la normativa vigente y con las correspondientes resoluciones de convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;De acuerdo con los artículos 3 y 7 del mismo Decreto-ley, se fija un módulo de sostenimiento para estas unidades, que se determina anualmente mediante la Ley de Presupuestos Generales de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Este módulo de sostenimiento se aplica a las unidades autorizadas, concertadas y en funcionamiento durante diez meses o, de manera proporcional, a las aulas que permanezcan abiertas menos de diez meses, pero más de cinco.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. El punto 3 de la disposición transitoria cuarta de la Ley 1/2022, de 8 de marzo, establece que las disposiciones normativas referidas a los centros privados de primer ciclo de educación infantil adheridos a la red complementaria a la red de escuelas infantiles públicas, una vez ésta se extinga, deben entenderse referidas a los centros privados concertados de primer ciclo de educación infantil. En aplicación de este precepto, a partir del curso 2024-2025 todos los centros que formaban parte de la red complementaria se han reconvertido en centros privados concertados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. La Consejería de Educación y Universidades, mediante el Instituto para la Educación de la Primera Infancia (en adelante, IEPI), convoca anualmente ayudas dirigidas a los centros privados concertados de las Illes Balears para financiar los gastos derivados de la contratación de personal especializado para la atención de niños de necesidades educativas especiales gravemente afectados. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El importe máximo previsto es de hasta 10.000 euros por niño escolarizado, de acuerdo con la dotación presupuestaria asignada en los presupuestos de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. El Acuerdo del Consejo de Gobierno de 24 de octubre de 2025, por el que se autoriza la modificación del anexo 20 de la Ley 6/2025, de 23 de julio, de presupuestos generales de la comunidad autónoma de las Illes Balears para el año 2025 (BOIB núm. 141, de 25 de octubre), incorpora un módulo económico destinado a la financiación de los gastos derivados de la contratación de personal especializado para la atención directa del alumnado con necesidades educativas especiales gravemente afectado del primer ciclo de educación infantil de los centros privados concertados de las Illes Balears, con un importe de 1.000 euros mensuales por niño y un máximo de diez meses por curso escolar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7. El Decreto 10/2025, de 14 de julio, de la presidenta de las Illes Balears, por el que se establecen las competencias y la estructura orgánica básica de las consejerías de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears, modificado por el Decreto 15/2025, de 12 de septiembre, de la presidenta de las Illes Balears. (BOIB núm. 122, de 13 de septiembre), establece que actualmente es la Consejería de Educación y Universidades mediante la Secretaría Autonómica de Desarrollo Educativo, que tiene atribuciones, entre otras, en materia de gestión y control de transporte escolar y que la gestión de los centros privados concertados corresponde a la Dirección General de Personal Docente y Centros Concertados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Fundamentos de derecho&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Decreto-ley 5/2023, de 28 de agosto, de medidas urgentes en el ámbito educativo y sanitario (BOIB núm. 120, de 29 de agosto).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. Real Decreto 2377/1985, de 18 de diciembre, por el que se aprueba el Reglamento de normas básicas sobre conciertos educativos (BOE núm. 310, de 27 de diciembre).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. Decreto 59/2022, de 27 de diciembre, por el que se establecen las normas que deben regir las convocatorias para el establecimiento y la renovación de los conciertos educativos a partir del curso académico 2023-2024 (BOIB núm. 169, de 29 de diciembre).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7. Acuerdo del Consejo de Gobierno de 24 de octubre de 2025 por el que se autoriza la modificación del anexo 20 de la Ley 6/2025, de 23 de julio, de presupuestos generales de la comunidad autónoma de las Illes Balears para el año 2025, con la finalidad de introducir el módulo económico destinado a la financiación en los centros privados concertados de las Illes Balears de los gastos derivados de contratación de personal especializado para la atención directa del alumnado. con necesidades educativas especiales gravemente afectados del primer ciclo de educación infantil (BOIB núm. 141, de 25 de octubre).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8. Decreto 10/2025, de 14 de julio, de la presidenta de las Illes Balears, por el que se establecen las competencias y la estructura orgánica básica de las consejerías de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears, modificado por el Decreto 15/2025, de 12 de septiembre, de la presidenta de las Illes Balears. (BOIB núm. 122, de 13 de septiembre).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;De acuerdo con todo lo anterior, dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Resolución&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Aprobar las instrucciones por las cuales los centros privados concertados de primer ciclo de educación infantil de las Illes Balears pueden solicitar y justificar la financiación de los gastos derivados de la contratación de personal especializado para la atención directa del alumnado con necesidades educativas especiales gravemente afectados, de acuerdo con el módulo económico establecido en el anexo 20 de la Ley 6/2025, de 23 de julio de presupuestos generales de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears para el año 2025. Estas instrucciones figuran como anexo 1 de esta Resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Aprobar el anexo 2, relativo al modelo de solicitud del módulo económico por parte de los centros concertados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Aprobar el anexo 3, relativo al modelo de justificación a cargo del módulo de financiación de los gastos derivados de la contratación de personal especializado para la atención directa del alumnado con necesidades educativas especiales gravemente afectado del primer ciclo de educación infantil.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Ordenar la publicación de esta Resolución en el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Boletín Oficial de las &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Interposición de recursos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Contra esta Resolución, que no agota la vía administrativa, se puede interponer un recurso de alzada ante el consejero de Educación y Universidades en el plazo de un mes a contar desde el día siguiente al de su publicación, de acuerdo con los artículos 121 y 122 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, y el artículo 58 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de régimen jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Segunda&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px; width:100%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Ámbito de aplicación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Pueden acogerse a este módulo de financiación los centros privados concertados de primer ciclo de educación infantil de las Illes Balears que tengan escolarizado alumnado con necesidades educativas especiales gravemente afectado y que requiera atención directa por parte de personal especializado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Tercera&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px; width:100%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Condiciones para acceder al módulo de financiación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las condiciones para solicitar son las siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) El alumnado tiene que estar escolarizado entre el 1 de septiembre y el 30 de junio del curso correspondiente, o como mínimo un periodo de tres meses, en caso contrario, el centro no podrá percibir el módulo de financiación correspondiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) En su expediente debe constar la fecha de inicio de la intervención, así como el informe de evaluación psicopedagógica y social que acredite que presenta necesidades específicas de apoyo educativo asociadas a necesidades educativas especiales, o un documento equivalente expedido por el órgano competente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Para que el alumnado de necesidades educativas especiales gravemente afectado se pueda beneficiar del módulo de financiación, debe obtener una puntuación en el ámbito de salud y seguridad del modelo de informe de necesidades de apoyo específico para niños gravemente afectados, publicado en la web del IEPI, de acuerdo con la siguiente puntuación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- 22 puntos, en el caso de niños de 0-1 años&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- 38 puntos, en el caso de niños de 1-2 años&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- 54 puntos, en el caso de niños de 2-3 años.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Cuarta&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px; width:100%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Requisitos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las entidades privadas solicitantes deben cumplir los siguientes requisitos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Disponer de concierto educativo para el primer ciclo de educación infantil con la Consejería de Educación y Universidades vigente en el curso para el que se solicita el módulo de financiación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Haber participado en el proceso de admisión y matrícula establecido por la Resolución de la directora general de Planificación y Gestión Educativas que regule, para el curso correspondiente, los procesos de admisión y matriculación de alumnos en los centros sostenidos total o parcialmente con fondos públicos, a los niveles de primer ciclo de educación infantil en las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Estar al corriente de las obligaciones tributarias y con la Seguridad Social ante la Administración del Estado, así como de las obligaciones tributarias ante la hacienda autonómica, antes de que se formule la propuesta de resolución de concesión.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Quinta&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px; width:100%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Módulo de financiación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Para el curso 2025-2026, el módulo de financiación es de 1.000,00 euros mensuales por niño, con un máximo de 10 meses por curso escolar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Se abonará únicamente por los meses de escolarización efectiva y siempre que el niño no sea atendido directamente por personal de la Consejería de Educación y Universidades durante un tiempo igual o superior al 60% de su permanencia en el centro.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Para los ejercicios sucesivos, el importe del módulo de financiación se fijará anualmente en la Ley de presupuestos generales de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears correspondiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Sexta&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px; width:100%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Solicitudes &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Cada centro privado concertado debe presentar una única solicitud al inicio del curso, o tan pronto como se haya emitido el informe de evaluación psicopedagógica del alumnado con necesidades educativas especiales gravemente afectado, de acuerdo con el modelo establecido en el anexo 2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. La solicitud y los anexos necesarios para la presentación y justificación del módulo de financiación están disponibles en la Sede Electrónica de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. La presentación debe realizarse de manera telemática, mediante el trámite habilitado en la Sede Electrónica de la CAIB, donde se deberá adjuntar el formulario correspondiente y firmarlo electrónicamente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Séptima&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px; width:100%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Pagos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Los pagos del módulo de financiación se realizarán con periodicidad bimensual, una vez verificadas las solicitudes y la documentación presentada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. La Consejería se reserva la facultad de suspender los pagos en caso de incumplimiento de las condiciones establecidas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Octava&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px; width:100%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Justificación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Las entidades titulares de los centros deben justificar anualmente ante la Consejería de Educación y Universidades el destino del módulo mediante el anexo 3 de estas instrucciones, antes del día 31 de julio del curso correspondiente, a través de la Sede Electrónica de la CAIB, donde se deberá adjuntar el formulario correspondiente y firmarlo electrónicamente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. El importe total anual percibido en concepto del módulo de financiación debe figurar en las cuentas anuales del centro, aprobadas por el Consejo Escolar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Novena&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px; width:100%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Control&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La Dirección General de Personal Docente y Centros Concertados podrá requerir información adicional y realizar comprobaciones para verificar la correcta aplicación del módulo de financiación. En caso de incumplimiento, se podrán iniciar procedimientos de reintegro o sancionadores según la normativa vigente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
