    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;De acuerdo con el artículo 19 del Decreto Ley 3/2014, de 5 de diciembre, de medidas urgentes destinadas a potenciar la calidad, la competitividad y la desestacionalización turística de las Illes Balears; con el Decreto 99/1997, de 11 de julio, por el que se regula el procedimiento administrativo aplicable a la tramitación de las instalaciones eléctricas de la comunidad autónoma de las Illes Balears, modificado por el Decreto 36/2003, de 11 de abril; con el artículo 2 de la Ley 13/2012, de 20 de noviembre, de medidas urgentes para la activación económica en materia de energía, nuevas tecnologías, residuos, aguas, otras actividades y medidas tributarias; con la Ley 24/2013, de 26 de diciembre, del Sector Eléctrico; el Real Decreto 1955/2000, de 1 de diciembre, por el que se regulan las actividades de transporte, distribución, comercialización, suministro y procedimientos de autorización de instalaciones de energía eléctrica; y el Decreto Legislativo 1/2020, de 28 de agosto, por el que se aprueba el Texto refundido de la Ley de Evaluación Ambiental de las Illes Balears, se somete a información pública la solicitud de autorización administrativa, declaración en concreto y el reconocimiento de utilidad pública, de la instalación eléctrica que se detalla a continuación: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;— Expediente: 2025/21102.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;— Denominación del proyecto: «Línea&amp;nbsp; subterránea a 15 kV “Felanitx/Danús” entre CD 11361 “Son Grau” y CMM 13401 “Plan Regable”»&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;— Finalidad de la instalación: mejorar la capacidad y el suministro eléctrico en la zona.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;— Datos técnicos del proyecto: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;— Se realizará la instalación de 1.920 m de una nueva línea subterránea a 15 kV con conductor 12/20 kV 3x1x240 mm² Al. Transcurrirá por zanja en tierra. El promotor indica que no requiere de expropiación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;— Presupuesto: 304.691,64 €.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;De acuerdo con el artículo 2 de la Ley 13/2012, el reconocimiento de utilidad pública tiene los efectos de la declaración de interés general en los términos previstos en el apartado 2 de la Ley 6/1997, de 8 de julio, del Suelo Rústico de las Illes Balears, así como los efectos regulados en los artículos 25, 26.5 y 26.6 del vigente Plan Director Sectorial Energético de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El artículo 7 del Decreto 99/1997, modificado por el Decreto 36/2013, establece el procedimiento de autorización y puesta en servicio de los expedientes eléctricos de hasta 15 kV.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Lo que se hace público para que el proyecto de la instalación señalada pueda examinarse en:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
