    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;En fecha 27 de octubre de 2025 el Presidente de la Empresa Municipal de Serveis 2002, SLU, dictó la Resolución de constitución de una bolsa de trabajo de la categoría oficial primera conductor que se hace pública a los efectos oportunos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;“Asunto: resolución del Presidente de la Empresa Municipal de Servicios, EMSER, 2002 S.L.U., por la que se constituye la bolsa de trabajo de la especialidad “Oficial primera conductor (ELC0C2/457)”&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Antecedentes&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;1. En fecha 3 de octubre de 2025, el tribunal calificador del proceso selectivo de estabilización por el sistema excepcional de concurso para la categoría Oficial primera conductor (ELC0C2/457) de EMSER 2002 SLU adoptó el acuerdo por el cual se aprobaba la lista definitiva de aspirantes que, no habiendo superado el proceso selectivo, habían obtenido la puntuación mínima de 10 puntos establecida en la convocatoria, y que por tanto podían integrar la bolsa de personal laboral temporal de dicha categoría.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;2. El acuerdo del tribunal calificador dispone que la lista definitiva de aspirantes debe remitirse a la entidad EMSER 2002 SLU del Ayuntamiento de Pollença, que podrá utilizarla para la contratación de personal laboral temporal según las necesidades del servicio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;3. Corresponde al presidente de EMSER 2002 SLU la competencia para dictar la resolución de constitución formal de la bolsa y establecer su vigencia y los criterios generales de uso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Consideraciones jurídicas&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;- Artículo 24 del Decreto ley 6/2022, de 13 de junio, de nuevas medidas urgentes para reducir la temporalidad en el empleo público de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;- Instrucción 2/2023, de 21 de diciembre, de la Consejera de Hacienda y Función Pública, para la confección de las listas de personal funcionario interino y laboral temporal derivadas de los procesos de estabilización. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;- Los estatutos de EMSER 2002 SLU, aprobada como sociedad mercantil local con capital íntegramente municipal. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;- El acuerdo del tribunal calificador de fecha 3 de octubre de 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Acuerdo&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;1. Constituir formalmente la bolsa de trabajo de la especialidad “Oficial primera conductor (ELC0C2/457)” de EMSER 2002 SLU, integrada por las personas que figuran en el Anexo I de esta resolución, de acuerdo con la propuesta formulada por el tribunal calificador del proceso selectivo de estabilización.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;2. Esta bolsa tendrá carácter temporal y subsidiario hasta la creación de una nueva bolsa derivada de futuros procesos selectivos para la misma categoría o especialidad, de acuerdo con lo establecido en la Instrucción 2/2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;3. El orden de prelación de las personas aspirantes será el que figura en el Anexo I, y las contrataciones se efectuarán siguiendo el orden establecido y según las necesidades del servicio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;4. Publicar esta resolución y su anexo en la página web de EMSER 2002 SLU y en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares (BOIB).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
