es CAIB text/html 65801 2025-11-08 708170 65808 520 812779 es 2025-11-08 ![CDATA[<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#00000a"><span style="line-height:100%">Dado que mediante acuerdo del Consejo Ejecutivo en sesión de carácter ordinario de 3 de junio de 2024 se aprobaron las bases que rigen la concesión de ayudas «Actuacions en Camí de Cavalls» dirigidas a las propiedades por donde discurre el Camí de Cavalls, su zona de influencia o sus viales de acceso de emergencia, para el fomento de actuaciones de mejora, la seguridad y la adecuación del camino y los elementos que lo constituyen, mediante estas líneas de ayudas:</span></span></span></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#00000a"><span style="line-height:100%"><strong>LÍNEA 1</strong>: Mejora, restitución y adecuación de elementos del Camí de Cavalls y otros bienes asociados de tipo etnológico.</span></span></span></li> <li><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#00000a"><span style="line-height:100%"><strong>LÍNEA 2</strong>: Trabajos forestales y desbroces.</span></span></span></li> <li><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#00000a"><span style="line-height:100%"><strong>LÍNEA 3</strong>: Mejora de los firmes en Camí de Cavalls o Viales de Acceso de Emergencia (VAEs) a este.</span></span></span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#00000a"><span style="line-height:100%">Dado que mediante acuerdo del Consejo Ejecutivo en sesión de carácter ordinario de 15 de abril de 2025 se aprobó la convocatoria correspondiente al año 2025.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#00000a"><span style="line-height:100%">Dado que los mencionados acuerdos se publicaron en el BOIB n.º 85, de 27 de junio de 2024 y en el BOIB n.º 58, de 8 de mayo de 2025, siendo el plazo de presentación de solicitudes para acogerse a estas ayudas desde el día siguiente a la publicación hasta el 8 de junio de 2025.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#00000a"><span style="line-height:100%">Las ayudas concedidas serán atendidas con cargo a la partida 6 17201 7790000 del capítulo 7, del programa «17201» del Camí de Cavalls y Medio natural, del Presupuesto del CIM del año 2025, por un valor total de 250.000 €. Los importes y porcentajes máximos subvencionables son los que se establecen en el apartado b) de la convocatoria y que se transcribe a continuación:</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#00000a"><span style="line-height:100%">• Líneas 1 y 3: porcentaje del 100% sobre el coste total de la actuación por la cual se pide la subvención, con un máximo de 15.000 € por cada una de las actuaciones solicitadas.</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#00000a"><span style="line-height:100%">• Línea 2: porcentaje del 100% sobre el coste total de la actuación por la cual se pide la subvención, con un máximo de 10.000 € por cada una de las actuaciones solicitadas.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#00000a"><span style="line-height:100%">Asimismo, el pago de la ayuda se tramitará una vez se haya justificado la realización de las actividades y los gastos ocasionados (base 13.ª) y, según la base 8.ª y el artículo 4.3 del RD 81/2015, el IVA no se puede subvencionar, excepto cuando no sea recuperable por el beneficiario.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#00000a"><span style="line-height:100%">En fecha 2 de julio de 2025, la Comisión Evaluadora prevista a las bases reguladoras de estas ayudas, se reunió para examinar los expedientes presentados. De acuerdo con las indicaciones y la documentación aportada por el instructor del expediente, se puso de manifiesto que algunas solicitudes registradas no contenían toda la documentación necesaria para ser valoradas, motivo por el cual se acordó requerir a los interesados la enmienda de la documentación.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#00000a"><span style="line-height:100%">Una vez finalizado el plazo legalmente establecido para enmendar las deficiencias solicitadas, se convoca nuevamente la Comisión Evaluadora, que se reúne el día 3 de octubre de 2025, para revisar la documentación recibida, las puntuaciones otorgadas y para proponer el reparto de las cantidades totales de las partidas, así como la asignación definitiva de cada una de las líneas que queda de la manera siguiente:</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#00000a"><span style="line-height:100%">• El importe previsto para la línea 1 es de 140.000 €, de los cuales se conceden ayudas por importe de 148.079,05€. En este caso, el importe a conceder supera el previsto, habiéndose aplicado el punto 9 de las bases según el cual, al no haberse agotado la consignación presupuestaria de una línea, esta puede reasignarse a otra.</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#00000a"><span style="line-height:100%">• El importe previsto para la línea 2 es de 50.000 €, de los cuales se conceden ayudas por importe de 12.032,08 €.</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#00000a"><span style="line-height:100%">• El importe previsto para la línea 3 es de 60.000 €, de los cuales se conceden ayudas por importe de 38.040,74 €.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#00000a"><span style="line-height:100%">De este modo, el total de ayudas que se otorgan dentro de esta convocatoria es de 198.151,87 €.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#00000a"><span style="line-height:100%">Vista la propuesta de resolución del instructor de las ayudas que consta en el expediente y que en fecha 21/10/2025 ha sido fiscalizada favorablemente por el interventor del Consejo Insular de Menorca.</span></span></span></p> <div style="page-break-after:always"><span style="display:none">&nbsp;</span></div> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#00000a"><span style="line-height:100%">Dado que el artículo 33.2 k de la Ley 4/2022, de 28 de junio, de consejos insulares, atribuye a los consejeros ejecutivos la resolución de las convocatorias de ayudas y subvenciones.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif;
